Este es un condominio recientemente eviscerado y totalmente remodelado. Es uno de los mejores que encontrarás en Edgewater. No se han ahorrado gastos para hacer de este las mejores vacaciones que haya tenido. Ya se trate de los enormes televisores de pantalla plana en cada habitación con reproductor de DVD incluido y DVR en cada uno, los colchones con la parte superior acolchada y el sofá cama con espuma viscoelástica mejorada, granito en todas las superficies de la cocina y los detalles que diferencian a este lugar. No se ha reparado en gastos.

Couldn't have asked for a better location! Walk right out to the beach or the pool. Plenty of space and everything was clean. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo overall is in great condition, however, master suite does smell like cigarette smoke, and I found a cigarette bud under the bed. This did not affect my rating because overall we had a great time. Beds are comfy. Property management is very responsive and has great customer service.

Very spacious, well-appointed unit. Fantastic location and gorgeous ocean view. Our family of 5 enjoyed the huge resort-style pool, reserved umbrella and chair service on the beach, the on-site market and the custom airbrush t-shirt kiosk on property.

Great condo at Edgewater with all the amenities. Love the location on low floor so no need to wait for elevators. It was clean with comfy beds and great showers. Fun family vacation!

Clean, roomy, SUPER comfy beds (esp for a week’s stay)! Perfect location on the first floor especially with kids in tow to run back and forth from beach to the room (they need something every 10 minutes) & teens to keep an eye on after we got off the beach for the day! We were able to send our teens down to the hot tub & volley ball court and could see them right below our balcony. Also strict curfews for the pool & hot tubs so parents aren’t the “kill joys” thankful for that. Convenient location for groceries & a convenient store IN the resort for daily needs, drinks, ice, etc. Nice golf course located over the overpass on the resort also. Husbands loved that for quick morning rounds before reserving our beach area of course! Overall 10/10 for views, convenience, space, & location. Awesome trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was perfect for our 7 night stay in Panama City Beach. We were there for a baseball tournament and a little vacation. The condo was beautiful, exactly as described. Large and spacious, we felt right at home our week there. We had everything we needed to cook and eat meals in the condo, and more than enough space to not feel like our family of four was on top of each other. We travel a lot, and are very picky about where we stay. But every member of my family loved our time here with no complaints! First floor access, but still requires stairs/elevator to get to and from beach or parking lot. Super close to the stairs so it was an easy in and out. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Pcb vacation

Stay was short due to hurricane helene we left on tuesday evening to be safe we live 6 hours away. Condo was nice had a fee issues door knob off the door going into queen bedroom and dryer not working in bedroom on parking lot side no note on it saying do t plug it up it started burning when i tried to plug it in and use it and broken chair on deck one board other than tah great place to stay i did not get to stay until saturday 09/28/24 we decided to leave before things got bad for my grandchildrens safety

Great Location!

Really good location - close to stairs (1st floor so only 1 flight If you don't mind taking the steps), close to walkway to the beach. Property itself is right in the middle of everything. ECDI (management company) was responsive in day 1 but dropped the ball later in the week when we couldn't get our front door locked. Took them almost 24 hours to respond. Good thing our safety want involved! We did figure out how to lock the door (it stopped locking automatically) but the fact that during the workweek we didn't hear from them tells me they don't care. Condo was nice, not sure where the 11th person would sleep if you had that many but we were not that big of a group so just wondering out loud. Could use some ceiling fans and overhead lights in bedrooms. Brighter lights in living room would also be nice. These are just friendly suggestions,overall the place is nice!

Perfect Location for Edgewater Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, first floor near stairs so we didn’t have to wait for elevators. More spacious than the pictures show. Great ocean view! When we arrived the place seemed to need a little work: floors were still sandy and dirty, so we mopped. Air conditioner didn’t work well especially in master bedroom, so we kept curtains closed and changed air filter which helped a little. Door knobs were loose and falling off so we tightened the screws. Otherwise, the location and view was exactly what we were looking for. So close to pools, beach access, and restaurants. Was nervous about parking availability but we were able to park all three vehicles in the summer and had spots very close to the stairs. We had a great stay.

We loved the outside furniture on the balcony, 4 LG Flatscreen tvs, beds were very comfortable, walk-in shower very nice, leather recliner was excellent, and on the first floor. We will stay here again.

Great stay!

Wonderful stay. Excellent and prompt communication with property manager. We were there for spring break and some young college types were a little loud in the hot tub til late at night but that wouldn’t be as big of an issue during non-spring break weeks. The unit was well-appointed and so convenient to the beach. Great to have gated property with 24/7 security.

As always, an amazing family vacation at Edgewater. We loved this unit. Clean, well stocked, plenty of room, and the location was the best! Can’t wait to be back!
