Venga y disfrute de la casa luminosa y abierta de la segunda fila de playa con 3 amplios dormitorios y 2 baños renovados. La planta baja tiene un concepto abierto que es ideal para una escapada grupal. Los nuevos electrodomésticos en la cocina completamente equipada y una parrilla Bar-B-Que de alta calidad a nivel del suelo lo convierten en el sueño de un chef, ¡aunque siempre puede optar por uno de los muchos restaurantes deliciosos cercanos! La casa duerme 10-12 cómodamente al incluir un sofá cama en la sala de estar y en el retiro principal de arriba. Si planea quedarse un tiempo, la casa tiene una lavadora y secadora para usar a su conveniencia.

La casa tiene hermosas vistas al mar desde las cubiertas en cada piso y se pueden ver hermosas puestas de sol de Galveston mientras está sentado en la mesa de la cocina. ¡A solo unos pasos de la playa! ¡Estar tan cerca del agua hace que esta casa sea perfecta para su escapada a la playa!

We had the BEST time. Check-in was super easy and we got in, dropped our stuff, and immediately walked to the beach. It was clean and everything was ready for our stay. Being as close as we were to the beach was awesome!!

Relaxing Stay

Wonderful vacation

We always love coming down to Sea Isle. The house was comfortable for my family of 5 and kid friendly. We made good use of the kitchen and upstairs balcony. Overall great stay.

Fantastic Get-Away

Great stay

Great stay, very relaxing, beach was very close and the water and weather were fantastic. The house was clean, has an great open air and view, especially for sunsets and then just to sit in the terrace and relax. Will definitely do it again next year.

House has everything we needed for the stay, very spacious and easy walk to the beach. Bring a folding table in case you plan on sitting outside under the house for any meals

House is perfect

House was great, clean, easy communication, has everything needed. Beach was good and neighbors are friendly. Only thing we didn’t like is the distance to town, but if you plan on staying at the house and just being on the beach this house is perfect!! Very relaxing, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is a drive to town but still a wonderful property!

Great Beach House!

We love this beach house. We’ve stayed here 2years in a row and absolutely love it!! Super easy to get to the beach. Great downstairs shower for all the kids to wash off. Plenty of beds. The grandkids have a great time. The whole family had a blast! Again!! Looking forward to next year!

Great Beach House!

Listing was very accurate, and we loved all the "extras" like toys for our toddler and games in the living room. Check in and check out process was very easy, no weird requirements. This neighborhood is pretty far away from the main attraction area, a plus if you plan on staying put but the drive (though beautiful) got tedious after a day or two. We absolutely loved the house though and had a wonderful time!

Nice Beach Getaway

Overall this was a great beach house for our families. Walking distance to the beach made it a great location, though it’s on a busy road which we didn’t love. There are a few areas that need attention (kitchen sink handle was broken), but overall it was a great little home. One suggestion we had was to make extra sets of sheets available for all of the beds. We had a sick kiddo one night and we couldn’t find extra sheets for the bed.

Awesome Place to stay

This house was amazing. Perfect distance from the beach. Going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean was amazing. The house was very clean and had the things we need for cooking. My husband really liked the grill. We also enjoyed the games they had. My kids enjoyed playing grounded for life. Communicating with the owner was also very easy. She responded quickly to my messages. I definitely look forward to booking this house.

Family vacay

The location of this house is amazing! It was so nice getting to the beach and back so easily on the gold cart we brought. Keep in mind this house's driveway is off the main highway so backing up our small trailer was tricky but its a good size driveway. We had a couple of issues, but the owner was very responsive and sounds like they are going to be making some necessary updates that this beautiful beachfront house deserves! We loved the room layout. Master bedroom upstairs is HUGE! Would have loved a covered area on the main level porch. The Sea Isle subdivision is our favorite Galveston destination! Its absolutely worth the 25 min drive to town if need be.

Great BUT....

This is a great house, great location. However, the sleeping part is a little wonky. The bunk beds are nothing but thin "mattresses" - the rods go into your back - there is no sleeping on them so be warned. It was incredibly uncomfortable. I'd book again but I would bring a mattress pad or just not plan to use the bunks. Also, the pillows are plain awful - bring your own. Great stay otherwise - just do not plan on good sleep unless you make some adjustments.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house is clean, updated and well decorated - laid out well with an open kitchen looking out at the living room and has high ceilings. We had 7 adults and three small children. I've stayed at many rentals that say family friendly, but this place had porta cribs and a high chair stowed away in the huge master walk in closet if needed. We had a two year old so the high chair was really nice to have for meals. Both back balconies were so nice to sit on in the evening to listen to the waves coming in and to feel the cool breeze coming off of the ocean. The location was great. We only went into the city of Galveston once during our stay so the long drive in was not an issue for us. The beach was so close - closer than I anticipated. Erin always responded quickly to the few questions we had. I will stay there again in a heartbeat if the opportunity arises.

Definitely Great!!

My sister and I wanted to do something special For My dad for His birthday. We decided to rent a house by the beach and we did!! We rented this house which we believed was nice!! But it was not only Nice.. it was the perfect and had everything we needed. The location was great, only a few feet from the beach which my dad loved. The owner was responsive and helpful. We will definitely like to return to this home!! Thank you Erin!!

Perfect beach house

We loved our stay at Erin’s beach house. It is the perfect location. It far enough away from the crowds, and traffic, but close enough to drive into town if needed. Erin was very accommodating, and prompt at answering any messages, and concerns that we had. We hope to return again.
