OCEAN SIDE, BEACH ACCESS. This spacious 4 Bedroom 4 Bath HOUSE (sleeps 10) is conveniently located on the ocean side of the resort and it's just a short walk away from the beach crossover.

With over 1800 sq. feet of living space, this house features a spacious floor plan, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and easy access to the beach. "Sea You Soon" has cable TV with high-speed wireless internet throughout. Two well furnished balconies (one off the family room & one off the master bedroom) makes this house the perfect place to take the family and relax for a beach getaway. Relax to the sound of the waves from the Gulf of Mexico from either of the two private shaded balconies. There is also additional patio space located under the house which adds tons of shaded space for grilling, games, & just relaxing by the pond. The master bedroom upstairs has a queen sized bed, large en-suite bathroom with double sinks, over-sized tub, and access out to the balcony. The other two bedrooms upstairs are spacious and feature a queen bed in one room, and two twin beds in the other. The fourth bedroom is located on the main floor and has a queen bed. The property also has two roll away beds, a pack n play, a high chair, and toys & games for the family!

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island, located approximately 30 minutes from The Strand & other great Galveston attractions. You will have exclusive access to our beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from the crowds.

*RESORT AMENITIES & FEE:
Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment.The optional fee is $25 per person (ages 4 & up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs, a basketball & pickle ball court. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for purchase.

The Pointe Restaurant is now open seasonally for lunch and dinner.

The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable, we suggest waiting to closer to arrival for purchase. **It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home only. We are not in charge of the community grounds and Beach Club amenities to include the restaurant,pools, beach, or elevators.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 a.m. *You are welcomed before check-in & after check-out to enjoy the beach and other resort amenities if you have purchased Beach Club wristbands.
*Please note that the house is accessible by stairs only. There are no alternatives for access to your vacation rental.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones, please!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season is June-November. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully!
