Completamente remodelada en 2017, esta casa de playa de 2350 pies cuadrados en Northport se encuentra en 130 pies de la notable playa de arena azucarada Grand Traverse orientada al sur con exposición total al sol durante todo el día y espectaculares vistas de aguas cristalinas y azules.
El plano de planta abierto con techos abovedados en todo el exterior cuenta con una cocina gourmet completamente nueva con electrodomésticos Kitchenaid, encimeras de cuarzo blanco y una gran isla con capacidad para 5. La cocina se mezcla con la sala de estar con una mesa grande con capacidad para 8 personas, un sofá seccional y un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 "y 4000k. Fuera de la cocina y la sala de estar hay una gran terraza con parrilla de gas y asientos para 10.
La casa puede dormir cómodamente 12 en colchones. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king con baño adjunto con ducha completa. El dormitorio principal tiene puertas correderas que dan al sur con vistas completas al agua. 2 dormitorios cuenta con una cama queen. 3 dormitorios con 2 camas individuales. El segundo baño tiene una ducha y bañera completas y lavabos dobles. El dormitorio 4 es una "sala de literas" muy grande con 3 camas matrimoniales y 3 camas individuales ubicadas en una única litera incorporada. La sala de literas también tiene una gran área de descanso con un sofá cama, TV de pantalla plana de 50 "y puertas correderas con vistas al lago que conducen a la terraza. La sala de literas puede servir como una segunda sala de estar. Junto a la habitación con literas hay un tercer baño con ducha. También hay una sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora nuevas.

Amazing weekend!

The property is beyond gorgeous! The beach right out our back door was incredible. 5 minutes from the cute little town of Northport. Steve was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Perfect for a family vacation

The property was absolutely beautiful with all the amenities needed to feel right at home. The bedroom set up was perfect for our three family groups to come together for the week. The best feature by far was the amazing beach, sandy bottom water, and beautiful bay views. All within minutes from the village of Northport. We will be going back.

Summer trip

Very nice house overall that works well for a large group. The back yard is especially nice. The only odd thing is the bath room that has an opening into the kitchen at the top of the ceiling. Northport is a great little town.

Great Beach House for a large family

We had a great time getting back to where I had spent summer vacations for over 50 years before we sold our family cottage. This beach house was well appointed, clean and the owner was very responsive and caring.

The home was beautiful and accommodated our large group perfectly. There are many amazing outdoor experiences within a short distance of the home making the location ideal. Would recommend this property very highly!

Perfect getaway

The beachfront is perfect. We loved paddle boarding, lunch on the deck and then s’mores from the fire on the beach. The kids loved the bunk room. We even loved the neighbors. The town was cute with a great bakery and a great brewery, along with cute shops. Highly recommend.

Perfect Vacation

Had a great fall family vacation at the property! Great location and exactly as advertised. Home owner was very great to work with and went above and beyond to accommodate my group on short notice. Beach area was fantastic! Really enjoyed fire pit and outdoor lights. Home was very clean and had a ton of space. Kids loved the bunk beds! Would highly recommend the property for a family vacation!

BestMichiganGetaway!

We had such a fantastic time in Michigan. The beach access right out the back door was phenomenal with little ones, totally eliminated having to carry all the things to and from the beach for a visit. Separation of bedrooms was perfect for a family stay/comfortable sleeping arrangements. Owner was so friendly and made extremely available. We are already looking at our calendar for when we'll be back next year! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Lovely week

This is the perfect house for accessing this part of Northport Bay. Two of the bedrooms, the kitchen, and the living room have entrances onto a lovely wrap-around porch leading to the private beach. The children spent hours in the lake. The kitchen and bathrooms are clean and modern.

Simply Amazing!

The property was beautiful and the view was spectacular! While we didn't have the best weather the comfort of the home and the view made up for it! Steve is a great host. He was helpful with recommendations and available for any questions we had. We will definitely be back!!

A Great Lake Retreat

The beach and water are the stars of this location - the clear, shallow, beautiful water and soft sugar sand, just steps from the house, were perfect for our little ones and the whole family. The house is newly renovated, modern, and quite comfortable as well, with views of the lake from all the main rooms. We had a wonderful family vacation here in this very special part of Michigan.

An Up North Paradise

This property is a true Beach House. It is completely as described. All rooms were clean and tidy. The kitchenware (pots and pans, silverware and plates and bowls) and appliances were top notch. This house fit our party of 10, which included 4 young children, with ease. Off the kitchen / great room was a full width deck that made the house feel bigger than it actually is. The kids loved the bunk room with its own couch and TV. For a group of this size, 3 bathrooms were a must. Outside, beyond the deck, was a grass area for lawn games and beyond that a big sand beach which the kids put to use. This led to crystal clear water and a long dock with plenty of seating room at the end of it to ponder clouds, sunsets and life. Northport, just a few minutes away, is quaint with gift shops, a great bakery, grocery store and restaurants. We rented a pontoon boat in Northport and saw the sites along the bay. Overall it was a great place to stay and I would do it again.

Perfect Find!

Beautiful property. Everything we were looking for--from a 6 year old to a 66 year old and many ages in between!!--including teenage boys!!! Perfect space to have privacy and gather the family together for meals and games!!!

In addition to the Northport property I own a property in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. I like to create unique properties that reflect the materials and details that I would want if I were to rent a property.

I began visiting Northport when I was 10 years old when my parents would bring our boat North and keep it in the marina for the summer. As I began to have my own kids I started to realize just how amazing Northport and Leelanau County are--I call Northport the Aruba of Michigan and the best kept secret in Michigan, if not the Midwest. My wife and I searched for years for the perfect place to call our own in Northport and we found it in 2017. I spent the majority of the Summer and Fall of 2017 gutting and upgrading this "Beach House" so that it would be an amazing place for my family, my friends and those looking for a fantastic week on the lake in Northport.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This house has incredible views from just about every room and typically has calm water in front of it as it is protected on 3 sides from the wind. The beach is pure Michigan sugar sand and is just 50 feet from the deck with no stairs or bluff to climb.--I believe this to be one of the best stretches of beach in Leelanau. The area offers things to do 12 months of the year.
