Paradise on water es un condominio frente al mar en el segundo piso, con 2 habitaciones, 2 baños y 1 auto, ubicado en la conocida subdivisión de Puente Vista. Esta propiedad se encuentra en una ubicación única que le brinda una excelente vista de la Laguna Madre y un fácil acceso (en barco) al Canal Intracostero y al Golfo de México a través del Canal Packery. También se encuentra a una corta distancia en automóvil de las atracciones del área como Mustang Island State Park, Padre Island National Seashore, USS Lexington, Texas State Aquarium y mucho más.
El complejo también ofrece una gran área de piscina para tomar el sol y una casa club que está disponible para reservaciones (consulte para obtener más detalles). Las parrillas Bar-b-q y los resbalones para botes están disponibles por orden de llegada.

INTERIOR
El condominio ofrece 1 cama king, 1 cama queen y un sofá cama Queen para acomodar fácilmente a 6 personas. La cocina está bien equipada para que pueda preparar el desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena, luego disfrutar de una cena en el interior o disfrutar del aire libre y las maravillosas vistas desde el patio con vista a la Laguna Madre.
El dormitorio principal tiene la cama king y su propio balcón privado con vista al agua, así como un baño privado. El dormitorio de invitados está justo al final del pasillo y tiene la cama de matrimonio. El garaje a nivel del suelo está disponible para almacenar kayaks, equipo de pesca o cualquier otra cosa que no quieras llevar arriba.
Lavadoras y secadoras están disponibles en el complejo de lavandería.
Ya sea que esté bajando para aprovechar las excelentes oportunidades de pesca o para disfrutar de un merecido momento de tranquilidad y hermosos atardeceres, se sentirá gratamente satisfecho con esta propiedad frente al mar.

Location was perfect to visit our son stationed at the base in Corpus Christi. Everything was in good condition. We especially enjoyed watching the activity out on the water from the living room. We would stay here again.

The condo was in a great location for those whom love to fish. The condo was clean and had what we needed. The beds were amazing and so comfortable! Felt like sleeping on a cloud. I would love to stay there again with the recommendations of things needing to fixed. 1.) The front door lock needs to be fixed. Getting into the condo was fine, but the hardware was loose and the screws did infer with us closing at times. We did contact owner and offered to send maintenance out but we managed pushing the screw back in (looked like it was previously broken) Once you were inside I did feel safe knowing we could lock the deadbolt. 2.)The bathroom where the full size bed is, never received hot water! At all…warm never hot. 3.) The sheets/comforter/shower curtains did smell clean but definitely feels like it’s time to buy new ones…they were suppose to be white but were not. 4.) the kitchen light flickers. 5.) the fridge was very clean but has a fishy smell to it. Overall, everything else was good. We definitely would stay again. Thank you.

We had a great stay. Property was clean. Fully furnished kitchen. Was able to park our boat on the water overnight at the dock to the rear of the condo. Space was available in the front parking area to park the boat trailer. Food and beach close by. Enjoyed the location. Will stay again

Great Location and Condo

We have stayed in this complex at 2 other condos and this one is one of the best. It's smaller than the pictures make it look but very well appointed. For just the 2 of us it was perfect. The place had everything you could need. It was pretty clean on arrival, some crumbs on the floor but nothing big. We had an issue with getting on the wifi the first night and the Padre Escapes management group was excellent in helping us and we were able to get on it the next morning. The TVs and wifi were excellent. My husband fished off the dock and it was great. The pool area was nice too. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to smaller groups.

The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The kitchen had all the appliances and cookware we needed. Great view!!! Small downside was the lack of water pressure in the sinks in the bathrooms. And I wish the pool was in better shape. Overall love this place and will be staying here again.

Family Vacation

Condo was nice. Few food crumbs under the sofas. 2nd bedroom was super hot due door leading to the washer n dryer having a vent thus all the hot air going into the room. Garage was a huge plus! Helped with storing all our beach equipment.

Much more than expected

Wow! This condo was amazing. Cool clean and updated. All the appliances and TV’s were new and very nice. This was by far the nicest we’ve stayed in on this property. Thank you ! Lots of dishes, bags, cleaning agents for clothes and dishes.

Great Condo!

Perfect size for a family of 4. Plenty of room for everyone inside and on the multiple balconies. Minutes from the beach for sun and fun during the day. We did have a phone call for the pool code that went unreturned from the property management group, but were able to access through other guests without issue. Overall a great vacation unit that we would use again!

Great stay for weekend beach trip

4 of us enjoyed our stay for a guy’s beach trip. The unit was as described in the listing. The beds were more comfortable than expected! For the price we would absolutely stay here again.

It's right over the bridge from the best restaurants in town and close to the beach. We loved relaxing on the balcony and fishing off of the private dock. You'll love this place! We took the boat out fishing every day and the condo was a good place to return to. We parked our boat right outside the front door in diagonal parking in the median portion of the street. It is just a short drive to bait shops and boat ramp. We could’ve left the boat in the water behind the condo but we prefer to pull it out of the water. Padres Isles was very helpful, friendly, and they have great communications.
