Recliners in living area did not work. This was something I looked for when booking so I could evevate my legs and for my sister also. Light above the table was inadequate at night. We played games on this and had trouble seeing. The sink and tub in the master suite had major drainage problems. The location was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay there.

Condo was clean and all all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Rooms were spacious. Large soaking bathtubs in both bathrooms. Balcony views are stunning. The only negative is the kitchen water pressure wasn't very good. Communication with property manager was easy, check in and out was simple.

The condo was awesome. It sits right on a cannal and has its own private dock and fish cleaning table. The place was well maintained and clean.

Clean and great location!

We’ve stayed at this property before and both times it’s been clean and a great property for fishing and getting on the water bright and early since it’s near all of the bait stands. Great views off of the back deck and fishing under the lights down on the dock. Highly recommend!

WONDERFUL CONDO AND VIEW!

My husband and I stayed in this 3-bedroom unit for 7 nights and we were very comfortable. It was very clean and spacious and looked to have been recently remodeled. The photos are a great representation of the condo. The highlight was the wall of windows overlooking the canal and bay and the balcony, from which we viewed BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS AND DOLPHINS! We will certainly stay here again when on N Padre Island!

Nice Location, beautiful condo, bad communication.

this condo is in a beautiful spot, and it is spacious. One issue I had was I was leaving the condo and some lady came running towards me giving me the third degree, asking if we were supposed to be there because her friend owns it and he said no one is supposed to be there. First, what the heck? Second, yes we’re supposed to be here, otherwise how would we have the door code? Even once I told her yes, we rented it on VRBO, she kept asking questions about who contacted us to give us the door code. It definitely made us feel weird. Also- both of our vehicles were burglarized right outside of the condo so be super cautious & don’t leave anything valuable in your cars.

Great location, basic amenities and cleanliness.

The location is perfect but things like a lack of hand soap, small stains on sheets, no extra toilet paper, no laundry detergent or dishwashing soap and dirty dishes in the cabinet were a huge turn off for me. There is a portal you have to access for more info which is a huge pain for me since I’m literally going from being super busy to breaking into vacation and like everything to be self-contained on one site or app and all info disclosed at the time of booking. We weren’t aware that this was a second story walk-up and wouldn’t have booked it if we knew we didn’t have ground-level entry. It makes a huge difference when you’re traveling with kids who want to come in an out and when trying to move your luggage. We did like the exclusive use of the boat slip outside and the views very much. A belonging of ours was left behind and a couple of days later I haven’t gotten feedback on it… hoping we can get it back.
