Beautiful home! Great for small groups. Backyard was my favorite! Serene and tranquil energy. My only issue was the wifi. Didn’t work well when it did work. We ended up having to use our hotspots. As a result of the wifi not working, the TVs were not working either. Other than that… great stay! Would definitely book again!

We have upgraded of WiFi service at the property, the provider has had construction in the area and cause outages we have added speed to the system and hopefully this will resolve this , we appreciate the feed back and our goal is your satisfaction

Very nice back yard like an oasis. It had a pool bar side and a TV. It was very private and relaxing. The house is well maintained and perfect for our visit.

Everything was very ok. When the hot tub heater turns on the pool heater turns automatically. We were uknowingly billed 300/day for pool heating we did not want.

Richard kicked us out the night before our stay on Thanksgiving weekend because he thought we were going to have a party. We went to watch my daughter play volleyball. I said my daughter and her teammate may come to use the jacuzzi for an hour before we go to my daughters hotel for Thanksgiving dinner. He said that’s not allowed and kicked us out. We ended up staying at a great place, the owner had no problem with my daughter coming but she never did. I am a STR owner and have never had this happen to me or done it to anyone. What a terrible experience. I do not recommend staying here!

The tropics in sin city

We traveled from Ga and vegas was our 3rd and longest stay, house was big and back yard was spectacular, like being in a tropical paradise. We were in great area and the house was just what we wanted, comfortable with a little vegas glam!!

Sphere and strip access w/o casinos

Great location. Friendly host who bailed us out of a jam. We heated the pool and spent half our time there. Well stocked and comfortable beds.

Great spot off the strip

Stayed here with 2 other couples and we enjoyed our time. Just take notice of the extra charge to heat the pool in the cooler months. Would recommend!

Outdoor Oasis

We were in town for a bunch of family celebrations and wanted to spend time away from the strip. We would travel into the downtown area for activities and food and then come back to the house for some relaxation. The outdoor pool, hot tub and TV were a hit with everyone and was a great way to wind down.

Easy check in. The location was perfect. The backyard "oasis" was relaxing and was a nice spot to get away from the sun. I would definitely consider staying here again if we ever make it back to Vegas.

Quiet neighborhood

Great place to stay if you do not desire to be right on the strip. Plenty of places to eat within a short distance. Always have a quiet place to relax in after the bustle of the strip. The host is very responsive to inquiries throughout your stay. We had a great time.

Great escape from the strip

Fantastic accomdations. Clean, spacious and close enough to strip that it’s a quick Uber away. Great communication and fast response from property manager to any questions. But what really sets this property apart is the pool and spa. Second to none and better than most! Did not want to leave!

Anniversary Vacation

This was the perfect spot for our anniversary trip. We lounged around the pool and hot tub during the days and and at night went down to the strip or the art district. This was exactly what we were looking for. We avoided the crowded pools at the hotels and were able to relax during the days. At night we would hit the town and it was short Uber ride to everywhere we wanted to go. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect house to enjoy Las Vegas!

We can to Las Vegas to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. The house was perfect and had everything and more than we needed. The pool is absolutely gorgeous and the layout of the house was awesome. The pool table was a lot of fun and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. I would love to book the house again. Thank you so much for a perfect house for our vacation.

Good Times

This place is a cute little get away. Made for light entertaining, privacy, and relaxation. Natural light, soft tones, and retro feel are all wonderful. There are some things I would upgrade, but overall this place is a winner. We will definitely return soon.

This home is so fun and amazing. Spacious oasis in the desert. Wonderful use of space and delighful kitchy decor! Step back into the 80s with this awesome space. Oh and the pool area? Unreal. Watch your favourite movies at the swim up bar!! My family was in heaven.

Great Spot

If you’re looking for a break from the strip, and over priced hotel rooms, this is an excellent option. Richard was easy to deal with and met our every need, including heating up the pool to 87F!!! We had to drag our wives out of there! Lol

Exceded expectations

A very pleasant stay, and having a pool / outdoor oasis while in the middle of 109 degrees -- a big plus. I spoke to Richard about VRBO indicating the property is listed in a not so desirable area, but he clarified that it is in a quite residential area. True to his description, a beautiful set-up and quiet at night.

Anniversary Oasis Paul & Jacqueline

We have visited Las Vegas many times n this by far was one of our nicest stays. The house was emaculant n the pool is large in fun. The house is spacious and is equipped with all the amenities. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed sun filled days by the pool. This was an awesome stay and wonderful way to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The neighborhood was nice with plenty of stores close by. The owner was very accomodating and made the process stress free. Would stay at this house again when next visit Las Vegas.
