Labor Day weekend getaway!

Loved the location and lake view of this condo! Having a lake view and able to walk right down easily to the lake was perfect! Loved the high ceilings in the condo. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay!! We had plenty of space for our family. It was in close proximity to the Indian point Harbor where we rented a pontoon on Saturday. Only negatives was limited parking and the water had a lake odor. Other than that we enjoyed the condo!

The place was nice and clean! It worked great for me and my family. We brought a boat, so the available slip at the marina was convenient. There was plenty of parking at the marina to quickly shuttle back and forth.

More than accommodating

This property was excellent! We've stayed in lots of places over the years and this is one that exceeded our expectations (and they are high! Lol). The host/owner was extremely responsive and went above and beyond. During our stay there were bad storms that came through the area in the middle of the night. When tornado sirens started going off at 3:30 am I contacted the owners to find out where to go for safety. They didn't hesitate to answer their phone in the middle of the night and not only did they answer their phone promptly but they allowed us to come get in their basement! They were very friendly, helpful and understanding. I highly recommend this host and this property!!!! The property was also well stocked, very comfortable, clean and the view was excellent!

Beautiful and EXTREMELY clean

The property is EXTREMELY clean. It seems that everything has been freshly painted and remodeled. There is an amazing view of the lake. We spent lots of time of the deck. The kids had fun in the pool. Be sure to bring beach towels. The outside of the building has new steps. It is very nice. There is LOTS of empty pantry space for storing food, yet they have all the pans, dishes, etc., that you would need. You will need to bring paper towels and other such items, as those are not provided. The refrigerator is old and small. The icemaker and water dispenser weren't working. I think they just haven't gotten around to replace it, yet. Most beds are comfortable, but we found the Master bed to be VERY UNcomfortable. There is, also, only one nightstand, so I had to put my phone on the window ledge. Everyone else said their beds were extremely comfortable, so I think this is another item they haven't replaced, yet. The master closet is very large. You might need to bring hangers, if you are staying awhile. The bathrooms are nice and clean and they provide plenty of towels. The shower is on the small side, but that is due to the age of the condo. There is a large bathtub in the Master Bath. Be sure to bring games and cards to play, as there are none in the condo. My husband enjoyed the use of the boat dock. He and our grandsons ate at the floating cafe quite a bit. They really enjoyed it. Once the mattress in the Master gets replaced, we would stay here, again

Excellent

I brought my mother and her cousin to Branson for a quick pre-Thanksgiving trip. This condo was extremely clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Beautiful view! Coffee maker is a drip pot in case you're wondering what type coffee to bring! That's important info for some of us! 😁 Highly recommend this place! We've stayed here many times with family. We've always been pleased!

Spacious with a View but wear shoes at all times.

Most of the condo was clean and fresh upon checking however the floors hadn’t been mopped between guests. Flip flops were a must for walking around the condo or your feet would be black with dirt in a few seconds. Beautiful views of the lake and ability to walk the trail to the lake.

Great view

The property is mostly as described (great views and nicely decorated) however the steps up to the 2nd and 3rd floors are in need of repairs. My daughter and I both tripped and slightly twisted our ankles on the same step. Also, there was an issue with the water system during our stay and the water smelled like sulfur. It tasted even worse. We used bottled water for drinking. The whole complex could stand a paint job too (but that’s minor). Overall a nice place with a great view of the lake.

Condo on lake

We enjoyed the lake view and that a boat slip was included. There wasn’t very many parking spots and no room to park the boat trailer at the condo. Floors turned your feet black and the unit could have been cleaner. Overall it was good and we enjoyed our stay.

I'm the property manager for this beautiful condo on the lake. I'm also the owner of Hunter's Friend Resort on Indian Point. I have an extensive background in Hotel Management and graduated Business & Marketing with Cum Laude honor. I have been managing this condominium since 2009.
My goal is to provide nice, clean and affordable accommodations to our guests. I'm a very customer service oriented manager and I respond to my guests' questions and concerns in a timely manner. My office is located at my business which is at Hunter's Friend Resort on Indian Point.

There are certainly lot of condos available in our area however, we are proud of this condo for the fact that it offers the best location to our guests. Whether you visit Branson for Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake or for other attractions you are close to everything yet you are in a location where we can offer you a peaceful setting. The lake view from this condo is absolutely the best not only from the balcony but from 2 of the bedrooms as well.
We also believe that you will truly enjoy the modern yet elegant furnishings of this unit. It's not overcrowded with personal things offering you more space with more comfort.
Easily set up to hold up to 8 people, this condo will leave you with great memories at the end of your vacation.
