Other Things to Note:

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees. No pets allowed. Please note there are stairs - one flight entering the condo and another flight to reach the upstairs bedroom. Located in a peaceful gated resort community perfect for a quiet retreat.



Parking: Please remember to display the parking pass found inside the unit! To help us avoid the HOA's $250 fine for missing passes, we kindly ask that you keep it visible in your vehicle at all times. Thank you so much for your help with this!"
