Con una ubicación céntrica "justo" al otro lado de la calle de la costa atlántica, "solo" a una cuadra de Ocean Drive y "solo" 1. 5 millas del muelle de Cherry Grove, ¿habrán estado todos "no" simplemente allí ?! ?

Paradise Cove tiene capacidad para 24 personas en 6 habitaciones, 5. 5 baños en 3 pisos, 1 cocina completa, 2 cocinas adicionales con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo y anafe (sin horno), lavadora y secadora, wifi gratuito, televisión por cable, 1 televisor encendido Cada piso, sala de billar privada, área de parrillas y piscina compartida en la propiedad. 8 unidades en el edificio. Las imágenes son de diferentes unidades, pero todas son similares. La unidad real puede ser diferente. Hay 8 en el edificio. El día de salida debe ser un día en la semana de alquiler de sábado a sábado o de domingo a domingo.

All Star Softball Weekend

Good place

I’ve got no complaints at all. It was better in person than in photos. Parking was a bit tough with a 15 passenger van but very doable. We stayed for a whole week and golfed. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Will definitely be back next year.

Overall stay was a lot better than the pictures had us thinking it would be.

I thought the stay was far more enjoyable than I would have guessed. Only thing I wasn’t a big fan of was that they charge you after your booking for sheets and towels. I think people would prefer to just pay more initially for obvious necessities

Thanks Tyler, I understand. Having sheets included is good advice. We have considered it. Of course, it would make the per night cost more. On the other hand, this area's beach houses are traditional without linens, but that's an old tradition.

Clean with perfect location

We came for our family vacation with 20 people ages 67-5 and everyone enjoyed it. It was close enough to the beach and close enough to all the shops and stuff on Main. The teenage kids were able to walk up and get ice cream and play in the arcade. We had one small issue with the a/c and the owner/manager was super quick with addressing it and we were fine the rest of the trip. The place was super clean when we arrived. I do wish there had been more of a sitting area for us to all sit but there were stools and we made it work. It was overall a great place and I would recommend!!

Hi Alejandro, We sent the A/c repair man to your unit twice upon your request. Both times he reported the two a/c systems are running and working, but on both occasions he said your front door was wide open upon his arrival. Your place is three stories tall and heat rises. Leaving the front door open is essentially heating the floors above. Moreover, the temperatures were above normal- a heat wave. Best, Monroe

The location was perfect to all amenities

The property was big and we definitely had plenty of room. The townhouse itself needs a major remodeling. Furniture was old water spots on the ceilings outside chairs had dirt and mold. It looked like the property hadn’t been clean in months

Not satisfied

The place was not clean, there was old furniture, the carpets looked like haven’t been cleaned in a long time. I would never put my food in a cabinet that look dirty like that. Overall I would never stay there again.

Had a few issues soon as I arr6big puddle of water in kitchen floor. Called maintenance came up and cleaned with towel. Tried to wash clothes washer did not drain water had to squeeze out by hand. Called maintenance Sunday stated will send someone Monday no one showed up. Used dishwasher got so hot cracked three glasses

Recommendations

We're glad to have picked this unit and location. However the wi-fi, and television was extremely disappointing. It'd be great if there was a top for the pool table that would enable eating and we had electrical problem with a switch upstairs--even though the maintenance man jury-rigged a solution (i.e. made a 3-way switch into a 2-way switch). Having the washer/dryer was great!

The property met our needs, and we had no real issues. Great quality time with family!

The only issues someone spoke of was lack of tv channels however instead we talked, and played our board games. So I was really glad!

Great location

Worked great for our family. Close to the beach, easy parking, lots of beds and bathrooms. Only downside was that the thermostats were in locked boxes so we were not able to adjust the temperature. It was too cold on one floor and too warm on another.

Perfect Place

This was the perfect place for us! The space was big, clean, easy to access, and one block off the beach and restaurants and stores. Just down the road from the grocery store and easy access to highways. We loved it!

FUN TIMES, Loved it!

We have stayed at Catalina Manor 2 years in a row and each year the vacation get better! We ran into a few minor issues that were resolved in a timely manner. Administration was so polite and professional. The kitchens and outdoor grills were up-to-date and the rooms were spacious. We all really enjoyed our stay. Can't wait until next year to vacation at Catalina Manor again. Thanks so much!
