DON'T LET THE PICTURES DECEIVE YOU!

We had to clean&, repair(the pool was in awful condition) as soon as we arrived. We called maintenance, which responded after we cleaned things up.The power to the house was turned off on us for 4hrs, which totally wasted our food and time. Finding out that the owner didn't pay the electric bill! This property needs alot of maintenance, too many to list.The pictures are so out of date that its not funny. This place needs major cleaning, exterimating, and repairs.Don't go by anything in the pictures, because it either not there or its totally broken!Our advice, do not rent this house until its repaired and updated! We are very disappointed with this rental!

Family Beach Trip

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was very spacious and was close to great fishing spots, stores and the beach!Really need some upgrades. The pool liner needs replacing. One corner was coming off. The hot tub was dirty with sand. The outside furniture was very dirty and trash was left behind from previous guests. The pool table and cues were damaged but we made do.

Youth Group Beach Retreat

We had an excellent stay at this house. It was large enough to accommodate 14 teens and 4 adults. The property is a super short walk to the beach. It was clean and only a few minor issues (nothing tragic). We would definitely stay here again! A really good bang for your buck!

Huge disappointment

the place was swepted, not vacuumed. The pool table had sand on it. The outside are picnic table had piles of shells on sand on it. The outdoor charcoal grill was not emptied. The carpet in the great room was badly torn and several people had tripped over it.Several pillows were badly stained and hair was found in some of the beds. On the morning of our departure we found 2 large bags of linens at the top of our stairs, which made it difficult to carry our luggage and belongings to our cars. our departure time was 10 am, when at 8:55 am the cleaning crew appeared while we were in the process of loading up our vehicles. Was by far our worst experience with a VRBO rental. I have pictures if you need to see them. Regards, Bill Flynn

Great House!

There were 20 of us and house was a perfect fit for us. We stayed last year at the unit next door so we knew it would be great for us No complaints about the house but the beach was very crowded versus previous years.

Relaxing!

Very nice…plenty of room to hang out. We enjoyed playing pool in friendly competition, soaking up some much needed hot tub time, games and great conversation around the table and family room. We loved the quick walk to the beach for a beautiful sunrise and afternoon spike ball. We explored much around the area…good shopping, food, ice cream and activities. It’s a great location and beautiful home.

Basically a good stay regarding location,parking and house overall, however needs more silverware, better internet service with local streaming access. Need wine glasses( they’re were none).

The house is nice and perfect for a big family. Just a short walk to beach. We had trouble with the hot tube but they came right out and fixed it. The living room furniture needs updating but overall great family vacation.

Exactly as pictured

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is large and had plenty of room for our family trip. The house was very clean. The only thing that was inconvenient for us was that the house did not have any dish towels or dish rags and having to take the trash a few units down instead of being able to just use the roll out trash bins below the house was a little frustrating. Mainly because we had a large group of little kids. We wiped and cleaned a lot and we had a lot of trash. If I had known that there was no kitchen towels or rags I would have brought some and I may have missed something stating that. So not the end of the world and we will definitely stay here again.

Property was decent for what was advertised. Seemed like living areas and floors were dirty/sandy. Some general maintenance could be improved. ie deck steps loose. A/C stands boards loose. Drainage near back patio, hot tub was not clean. Property did fit guests well with plenty of room. Amenities suited needs.

A Family Vacation

The pictures are inviting. Very welcoming but the property itself is not so much. The property wasn't the cleanest. Some tv's didn't work, the grill didn't work. The curtain rods on the wall fell off in two rooms. Although we know people are visiting before and after us, I just think the cleaning of any property should be the one of the #1 priorities. There are check in and check out instructions, and we all try to respect and honor them however; if things are not as "they" say they should be, you / we are penalized. I wish we as people could some how get back to personable service. Face to face conversations / customer service. I want you to review the process with me and let me ask the necessary questions.. Frequent texting as a way of primary communication is not always the best. We'll definitely consider a completely different beach location next year. Thxs

Perfect Family Week

Location-1/2 block from the beach. Well equipped, clean unit with fully stocked kitchen and 2 refrigerators- everything you need for a large family. Large capacity washer and dryer. Best vacation rental we have ever had! Would definitely return.

Almost perfect

We visited in May and the water was still very cool. Due to the pool being so chilly we were excited for the hot tub..... We never got to use it. We had to call for the maintenance to come out due to it not being clean. They were quick to respond the next day, however the hot tub was never hot enough to get in. We couldn't get the water about 78 degrees. That was after having it on and the top on it so it'd heat up faster. . . That is the only negative we have. The beds were PERFECT. The home was clean and very beautiful. We will be back, but definitely gonna wait for warmer days so we can really use the pool.

Very nice size and location!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was a perfect size and great location. The only negative thing I would say is that it has very little essentials compared to other places we've stayed. For example we had to go out and buy toilet paper and garbage bags and there wasn't enough towels and wash clothes so we had to wash multiple times. Overall it was a great experience!! We would definitely stay again!!

OUR SUPER BOWL WEEKEND

Eleven of my golf buddies and I had a GREAT stay, the weather did not allow us to get in amy golf, but the Condo was great for just hanging out with the guys and watching the SUPER BOWL, this place is truly a GEM. Had such a great time at the condo, will try to booked this place for my family this summer.

Great stay by Our Golf Group

We had 8 guys stay at the condo for a 4-day golf trip to the Myrtle Beach area. The place was perfect for us - plenty of room, accommodations were great, the pool table was fun, plenty of TV's for watching sports.

Family getaway

The house was in good shape, plenty of room for all. Everything was just what we hoped it would be, the only thing that could have been better was the hot tub could have been cleaner, Would return!

RAY/STATEN FAMILIES 2022 VACATION

Cherry Grove Beach, Bermuda Breeze – D, was the most wonderful place for the Staten/Ray families to spend our 2022 vacation. The community was quiet, comfortable, and enlightening. There were four children ages seven to twelve. It was a joy just to see the enjoyment on their faces. There were so many places and events for all to participate in. The young men went fishing, even though the fishes were not running. An adult accompanied the kids, went to the beach, boardwalk, movies and to the nail salon. It was almost impossible to get them out of the private pool. The adults took advantage of the jacuzzi tub. We planned a meal to eat on site every day, all other meals were catered in, or we ventured out to eat. The living quarters were just what we needed, eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The game room was kept remarkably busy playing computer games and pool. We couldn’t ask for a more perfect vacation. Lorrie Ray, Wendell, NC

Great Family Getaway

We visited in winter. The property was easy to access (although the passcode was a little long ). The house was large with all the bedrooms quite spacious and plenty of bathrooms. Every room has a balcony! Also, the hot tub was great to have.
