Limpio y cómodo es lo que obtienes aquí ... Solo unas pocas palabras que hacen que este condominio se sienta como en casa en esta unidad de esquina en el 3er piso de Ilikai Marina. Este es el lugar perfecto para ver los fuegos artificiales de la noche del viernes, con una vista sin obstáculos del puerto de yates, la laguna de Hilton y más allá hacia el océano abierto. ¡El reflejo de los fuegos artificiales y las hermosas puestas de sol sobre el agua te dejarán sin aliento! Este condominio de un dormitorio ofrece soledad tranquila en un ambiente cómodo. La cocina completa tiene todos los electrodomésticos y el espacio de la encimera que necesitarás para cocinar, incluso en vacaciones.

El dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y un televisor. Los muebles de la sala de estar son acogedores con un televisor de pantalla plana y un sofá cama tamaño queen. Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Apartment is in very poor condition, not as advertised! It's old and not well maintained! Bathtub is disgusting and a shower head is liking. The vent is so loud, I couldn't hear myself! I want to take a shower without constant noice! Kitchen counter was sticky as well as refrigerator's handles. After 8pm almost no hot water. We would never rent this apartment!

The unit was clean and pleasantly decorated. It was also warm. Definitely needed the air conditioning. The kitchen could be better equipped. Not even a baking sheet .... which we needed. Constant dripping of hot water in shower. Also, the bathroom door stuck, which was annoying.

The living room furniture shown in the photo was not the furniture in the condo. Instead of a sofa there was a very low futon (hard to get up from). We only found out 2 weeks before we arrived that the building was undergoing outside maintenance and we would not be able to use the balcony. We assumed we would still be able to open the windows to get fresh air. But no, the balcony door and window were screwed shut.

Friday Fireworks right downstairs. Size is good. Parking no problem. Nice and clean.Cons: Bed and sofa bed is hard, not comfortable. Couch low to ground. Extremely loud all night partying next door. Trash shoot right next to it-loud. No oil/nonstick spray/salt/pepper, etc. Marina filthy and nasty to look at.

Close to wikiki and the marina

Great location if you want to be close to wikiki but not burried in the crowds. We were close enough to walk to everything we needed but far enough the we didnt have to trample over people right out the door. Parking was 33 a night which is steap but compared to some other places we saw cheap for wikiki. View out the back was great watching the boats come and go.

Location is great, by everything: beach, restaurants, etc. large space, has everything you need from chairs to towels to garbage bags, etc. I was able to catch the fireworks on Friday. I would absolutely stay here again. My only complaint is that their fridge was on the highest setting and ruined about $70 worth of my groceries.

Overall experience...

We had an issue with some lack of cleanliness and an item or two not functioning, but management was quick to respond and handled the situation to our satisfaction. Overall, the experience was very pleasant. This is our second time staying at this property and we will gladly return to it in the future.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am honestly very disappointed with my stay here. We chose this rental because our kids are very picky eaters and having a kitchen would allow us to cook for them. On our first night we went to the market and spent a little over 500 dollars on groceries to last us the two weeks we would be there.Cons-There's a strong musty smell in the hall way that leads to our room. -Our room had a very strong smell of floor cleaner. -The pots and pans had deep scratches on the non-stick coating-One of the dinning chairs was a broken.-After the first night my 3yr old and I felt very itchy but we couldn't find the cause. Then my 3yr old started getting insect bites on his face.-On our 5th night I woke up to baby roaches on the cabinets, counters, and stove. I always make sure to clean up after myself so I knew it wasn't a cleaning issue and more of an infestation.I reached out to customer service and they told me they would send the maintenance guy to add traps and that they do monthly pest control on their property. I ask if they could please relocate us as the roaches kept coming out during the day and even crawled on me. They said they didn't have anywhere to relocate us. The maintenance guy told me the traps should stop them from crawling around. But the next day there were bigger roaches crawling on the floors and in the kitchen. I reached out to customer service and they told me to clean and not leave food out. They offered to refund me the remaining days. I tried looking for a hotel with a kitchen but due to it being last minute everything was so pricey, I eventually booked a room without a kitchen and we had to throw our food out. It was such a waste and so stressful moving. Once we settled in our new room the itching went away and my 3yr old stop getting bite marks. -The room is next to the trash room and the stench leaked into our room. Reviewer Comments: Ein schönes großes und sehr sauberes Appartement in bester Lage zur City.Der Ausblick auf den Hafen, gerade bei Sonnenuntergang ist wunderschön.Genügend Handtücher \ Strandtücher und Strandutensilien sind vorhanden.In nur wenigen Gehminuten ist man mittendrin im Stadtleben Honolulo‘s. In nur 5 Minuten ist man am Waikiki Beach und kann das Feuerwerk, welches immer Freitags dort am Hilton Resort stattfindet sich anschauen.Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants rund ums Appartement. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Appartement an der Straße zu finden für 1$ pro Stunde, wer da nichts findet kann im Parkhaus direkt neben dem Haupteingang des Appartement Hauses parken ( Preise 33$ pro Tag).Die Betreuung durch Alii Beach Rentals war zu jeder Zeit super. Anliegen wurden sofort und immer im Sinne des Kunden bearbeitet. Man erhielt rechtzeitig alle nötigen Infos zum Aufenthalt! Die Abwicklung des Mietvertrages lief reibungslos und sehr schnell!Wir können Alii Beach rentals sehr empfehlen und würden wieder dort buchen.

The water and AC was turned off for 2 days, internet spotty, Technicians came twice to reset theTv’s. Lots of noise from the street, 730am building construction and trash can by front door. Furniture was nice but appliances and electronics old and very run down. harbor area very dirty and Lots of homeless people around. Would not stay this building or area again.
