Ubicado en un piso alto del Aston Waikiki Sunset con vistas panorámicas del océano, la costa y el parque, ofrece 1 habitación (2 camas dobles) amplia sala de estar (sofá cama queen con colchón tipo Tempur-Pedic), 1 baño y ESTACIONAMIENTO GRATUITO . Completamente renovado en 2018 con acabados de diseño de alta calidad. Aire acondicionado centralizado en todo el condominio. SIN TARIFA DE RESORT.

La cocina completamente equipada con todos los elementos esenciales hará que este condominio se sienta como en casa. Amplia cocina con capacidad para 4-6 junto con una mesa de comedor separada con capacidad para 3-4. También hay una mesa de comedor en el patio al aire libre para 2.

Our stay here was epic! The view was stunning! And its one of tallest buildings so we could see the gorgeous water from every part of the condo. The inside felt fresh and clean and not outdated at all. The shower was really nice and kitchen and everything was great. Fold out couch was big and comfy for our daughter. The bed in the room was really comfy, i am a very tall 300lb man so finding beds that are good is hard. This was perfect. Not too soft and foamy like cheap beds and not too firm. Just the right amount. Plenty of pillows and bed sheets and blankets. Both tvs are huge and work great with all the streaming apps (not that we used it much with hawaii all around). The building is very nice and has a market and a really killer pool area and bbq grills! Pool wasn't cold either! Great easy parking garage. The host was very friendly for our anniversary and she did her best to accommodate us when she was able too. Could not have asked for a better stay! I would highly recommend this place! Also very easy walk to beach and everything!

Nicely remodelled condo. Amazing views. Host was super accommodating and easy to communicate with. Having a bunk bed was great for the kids. The building is somewhat dated, but having parking included is very useful.

This unit is absolutely as beautiful as the pictures make it out to be. Located in the Waikiki Sunset, the condo is just over one long block inland from Kuhio Beach, our favorite area of Waikiki (due to the breakwall). The unit is well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels (bath, hand, kitchen, beach, etc.), shampoo & conditioner, etc. I noticed at the end of our stay Courtney even had laundry detergent 'for guest use' in the supply closet. The king bed was very comfortable and there were no complaints from my fellow travelers who utilized the sofa bed and bunks.As for building amenities: The pool isn't large and lacks a hot tub that other properties may offer, but the water was warm, the pool deck was clean and we never found it overcrowded. The parking garage was easy to enter and exit. The unit was quiet and though we occasionally heard noises from the hallway, other guests were respectful of the posted quiet hours and we were never disturbed during those times.As a host, Courtney was a great communicator. We had no issues during our stay but I've no doubt if issues had arisen they would have been dealt with promptly.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was super accommodating and made everything easy from start to finish. The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The view of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head was absolutely stunning — even better than expected. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautifully designed, comfortable, spotless, and so thoughtfully laid out. Everything felt polished and professional, making it an easy five-star experience across the board. The view was gorgeous and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The pool area wasn’t quite as charming as the rest of the property, but still totally fine and functional. Overall, a phenomenal stay — we’d absolutely return!

We had a wonderful month long stay and found the condo to be just great, we loved the upgraded finishes, the kitchen had everything one needs, they had cleaning supplies available, the condo was very clean upon arrival, the layout was very comfortable and the host was excellent! BUT the very best part was the ocean view!

Very clean and inviting condo. Owner took my few phone calls and kept us up to date during the tsunami. THAT was a surprise event, which made the stay more memorable. We holed up in the place until the warning lifted. Felt safe and comfortable.

Courtney was great and check in was simple. Location was prime time. Steps from the beach and lots of food options nearby. Place was spotless and updated and exactly what we wanted. I would recommend it!

Perfect place to stay in Waikiki!!!

Condo was beautiful, recently updated. Beautiful view from the balcony of the ocean, close walking distance to beach and restaurants/coffee shops. Free parking in the garage was a huge bonus. Communication with the owner was fantastic. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo in a great location.

We had a fantastic stay at Courtney’s property! The location was lively and right in the heart of everything—just a short walk to Waikīkī Beach, great restaurants, and excellent shopping. The unit was spotless and very well-maintained. We were warmly greeted with a beautiful gift basket and a personalized card, which was such a thoughtful touch.Check-in was smooth and easy, and having free parking was a huge bonus—especially with no resort fees! The building also has a cute pool, and the unit came stocked with everything you’d need for a perfect beach day, which made things so convenient.Courtney was a wonderful host and made sure every detail was taken care of. Highly recommend staying here!

Well-Stocked, Very-Clean, Renovated Condo

For the Christmas holidays, we planned a trip with our two teen boys (16 and 19) for surfing in Hawaii. After booking, Courtney kept us informed of possible A/C repairs and generously gave a discount though it later turned out that the A/C repairs would be pushed back and would not affect our travels.We arrived to a nicely renovated, very clean condo with enough beds and towels for all of us. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots & pans, utensils, etc for us to cook our own breakfasts. The boy appreciated that the condo was close enough to the Wakiki beach them to walk about 10 minutes to rent surf boards. Please note though that the condo is located at the end/edge of Wakiki beach. Though it wasn't far for us to walk to the more central area for shopping and restaurants, it may be a little bit of a hike for younger ones. :-) Overall, it was a great experience for us.

Great location

Beautiful apartment close to the beach and tons of restaurants and stores. There was also beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler, cart, etc. Also a well equipped kitchen if you plan to prep meals at home.

Our healing trip

My mom and I came over to recuperate and heal up from the last 2 yrs of loss and grief our stay at the Astin Waikiki Sunset was just what the dr ordered. The condo was beautiful and clean with some of the best sunset views i have ever seen. The hosts were quick to respond whenever i reached out and when i asked if we could extend our stay they went to any length to accomodate us. Even comping a couple of nights. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful host and wonderful stay

We love Hawaii and we love this condo. We were visiting my daughter at the university so we stayed in the condo for six nights. The location was the perfect distance to everything (the beach, the university and Ala Moana) and the view of diamond head/Waikiki was priceless. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. It was supplied with everything we needed for the week. Courtney was a great host and was quick to respond if we needed anything. We even had a welcome basket with Hawaiian goodies waiting for us when we arrived, which we were very excited about. There were plenty of towels for us to use and there was a laundry room right down the hall to wash clothes when we needed to. The beds we so comfortable and even the couch was pleasant to sit on. You could enjoy the gorgeous view from both rooms because of the large windows. I will definitely stay there again when I return to the island to visit my daughter.

Great property

This is the third time I’ve stayed at this property, and I will definitely stay there again. It is immaculately maintained. The property manager, Courtney, and her staff are super helpful. The kitchen is nicely equipped. The location at the Diamond Head end of Waikīkī is my favorite. Close to the beach. Walking distance to every thing. Can’t say enough good things.

Clean and Comfy

Look no further for an immaculately maintained home away from home. It is stocked with quality items like what you’d have in your own home. No “starter” supplies. In the past I’ve had to purchase items such as toilet paper, paper towels, bath soap/shampoo to supplement whatever was supplied. Cupboards contain sets of items, not mismatched plates or thoughtless collection of kitchen items. The condo is in a typical dated building but its location can’t be beat. No need to drive through busy Waikiki. Parking is a HUGE plus! Recently the entire building was being “updated.” During the days when water or power were not available Courtney went beyond expectations. She sincerely offered to do anything to make our stay enjoyable. This just shows what kind of person she is. Thank you, Courtney!
