This is our 12th year visiting 30a in the Fall. This was our favorite location. Very clean and a nice quiet neighborhood. Golf cart was great for beach and getting around to restaurants and shopping. We love the Blue Mountain Beach area and this home was perfect for our family of four. That being said, it would accommodate many more comfortably.

Property was in great location and very clean. spacious and decorated lovely and simple. Golf cart was super handy and perfect to get to beach, ice cream and restaurants. I would 100% book this place again!

Nearly the Perfect Stay!

Very nice area and wonderful house. We would go there again in a heartbeat. Nevertheless, we have 2 small things that would have made our stay even better: More information about the area and the many possibilities on site and an additional, fourth bike so that we could get out and about with the whole family.

Fantastic place….clean and couldn’t’ be closer to pool.

We had a great stay here. We had 4 kids under 19 yoa and they all loved the proximity to the pool which the gate to the pool is right outside the back door! Golf cart and bikes were a big hit and necessary since the beach isn’t a short walk. We’d stay here again for sure.

Pros and cons

Overall, the stay was great. We loved the location and the spacious house. One of our main reasons for selecting this location was due to the hot tub and included golf cart. Unfortunately we had issues with both. On our first evening we arrived, the hot tub was not hot and the pool was warmer than the hot tub. The pool was also fairly dirty and tiles by the hot tub were sunken in and moving causing a major trip hazard that got us more than once. We notified the manager and the hot tub issue and it was working the next day, so that was great. We took out the golf cart shortly after arriving and one of the batteries blew within 5 minutes due to a loose connection. It was still drivable. We let the management company know and they sent someone to take a look and let us know it should be done after we personally tightened the connection. He also stated that the outlet had been replaced a half dozen times already due to issues. The battery was plugged in for hours and did not show it was charged once we unplugged it. We thought perhaps it was a fluke with the electronics on the golf cart so went ahead and took it to Seaside for dinner. We ended up getting stranded and had to call an Uber. We requested a replacement and received it late the next day. Additionally, floors were dirty and turned your feet black and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. Again, the place overall was great but could use some attention.

Gorgeous Home and Most Relaxing Trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic fall break trip! The house is absolutely gorgeous! Very tastefully decorated and very clean. The location was easily accessible to many great local restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and chill and we were good with that. We really appreciated the golf cart included with the rental. It was about a 5-minute drive to the beach and we were able to easily park the golf cart at the Blue Mountain Public Beach Access. The neighborhood pool with access right out the back door was beautiful. We spent a couple of afternoons laying by the pool when the beach was too windy. Our teenagers loved the hot tub. Communication from the rental company was very thorough throughout the trip. We hope to be back!

We had such a great time at our stay this November! The house was in great condition and had great access to the pool area with plenty of amenities for a family! We used the bikes to ride to breakfast on our last day. The golf cart was Huge and so convenient when going back and forth from the beach. We will definitely be coming back!

We loved that the pool was conveniently located just steps from the home and the beach is a 5-minute drive in the golf cart. The home was well-stocked with towels, linens and kitchen necessities. The community was quiet and relaxed. We didn't hear noise from the pool/cabana area even though it's located right behind the home. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental to others.

The only thing worth noting is the driveway is short and a little steep, which could be a problem for some people. Other than that, great home.

Not properly Clean

Immediately after arriving I recognized that the property wasn't cleaned properly. The showers and bathrooms were not cleaned, kitchen wasn't cleaned. I have photos to show the filth

Exceptional Experience

We loved everything about this stay! The house was immaculate. The open floor plan was beautiful. The golf cart made traveling to the beach so much fun. I wouldn’t have it any other way. This house has everything you need and then some. Would definitely recommend and even come back!

Great family friendly getaway!

We loved this property! It was clean, well kept and tucked away in a family friendly neighborhood! Great for kids to ride their bikes and the close proximity to the pool was perfect. It was easy to get to beach with cart or bikes making it a non issue that we weren’t right on the beach. This place was wonderful and we’d book it again in a heartbeat!
