Bienvenido a "The Emerald Lyme": Grand Caribbean East # 202, un espacioso condominio en el segundo piso, con dos habitaciones y dos baños en el atractivo vecindario de Crystal Beach de Destin. Disfrute de las vistas del agua desde el amplio balcón: ¡es el lugar perfecto para tomar un café al amanecer o tomar un café al atardecer! Se puede acceder fácilmente a las playas blancas como el azúcar y a las hermosas aguas verde esmeralda del golfo a través de una pasarela exclusiva ubicada directamente al otro lado de la calle.
Este condominio mejorado de 1077 pies cuadrados cuenta con una nueva cama King en el dormitorio principal, en el segundo dormitorio encontrará 1 cama Queen, además de un sofá cama con nido, y Twin Bunks están ubicados en el hall, con capacidad para hasta 8 - hay una cama para todos - ¡nunca tienes que sacar un sofá cama! Cada baño tiene un combo de ducha / bañera. El condominio cuenta con tres televisores de pantalla plana y reproductores de DVD. La cocina está muy bien equipada con todo lo que necesitas. Además, hay una lavadora y secadora en la unidad.
Las comodidades incluyen una piscina climatizada (en temporada), bañera de hidromasaje y dos áreas de parrillas comunitarias con hermosos jardines bien cuidados y un gran aparcamiento privado directamente detrás del edificio. La propiedad tiene bonitas escaleras amplias en ambos extremos del edificio para facilitar el acceso. También se ofrece internet de alta velocidad de cortesía. Absolutely Beautiful

Amazing view, clean condo (ceiling fans could be dusted), kitchen had everything we needed, short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay!

this is our 2nd year vacationing in Destin, both times we have booked this unit. The location is perfect, right across from the beach and a short drive from shopping and restaurants.

Wonderful property

Everything was wonderful. Very clean!!My one complaint is that there is very little flexibility with the thermostat. We had to reset the temperature every morning @ 8am or the temperature would kick back up to a temperature warmer than what was comfortable.

We will be back!

This place was a fantastic find! The condo was clean, well kept and decorated beautifully! We enjoyed a lot of time on the balcony, looking out at the ocean from the second floor. Access to the beach is right across the street and the condo is just a 5 minute drive to lots of popular restaurant choices. We absolutely loved our stay!

My experience at the grand Caribbean Destin FL

I love that place it was what I wanted to be in, very clean with a few details not been taken care off, but didn’t affect us at all. I really enjoyed Grand Caribbean east and I’ll be there soon and stay longer time. I love the ocean view!

Location, location, location

We absolutely love this property. It’s directly across the beach with access. Everything is clean. Checks all of our boxes. We had friends with us this year and it was their first time and they loved it as well. Can’t wait to go back next year!!

Favorite Condo

We have been to Florida the past 8 summers, and by far enjoyed this condo over all of the others we have stayed at. The walk to the beach was very easy, condo was very clean, and the ease of check in/out made the stay very enjoyable. We will be back!

Nice I would stay again

Pros- condo is nicely built, comfortable beds, nice view and walking distance to the beach. All the dishware you could need. Washer dryer worked great. Very peaceful Cons- there were a few dirty pots and skillets so had to rewash them

Great location

The property is located right next to a cross walk to get to the beach and is only a few minutes walk to having your toes in the sands! Only negatives we can think of are only having 2 garbage bags and rolls of toilet paper available. Otherwise was a great place to stay!

Very nice condo across from beach.

Really nice condo with plenty of kitchen necessities! Right across from beach with nice view! Only problem was a little loud underneath third floor guests. Other than that, stay was great!

Family Vacation

We loved the condo and close proximity to the beach! However, we were given the incorrect gate code for the pool at check in and were never able to use the pool. We called the rental company Best Beach Getaways twice to get the correct gate code and no one ever got back with us. For that reason, we will not stay here again.

Great space close to beach path

Very comfortable, good sized condo across from beach. Sleeping quarters great for all and balcony nice, although a very busy road on beach path, so rarely quiet until later at night. Beach crowded but wonderful. The pool sufficed but always full of others’ children, and hot tub only lukewarm. So, I wouldn’t count on those amenities for adults or older teens. My only suggestion is for rental to offer beach and pool towels as that was annoying to have to buy. Otherwise, a lovely place for a spring trip to Destin.

Very nice property, across the street from beach, beautiful ocean view from balcony. The only problem I had was with the advertised price. Price much higher than the daily rate listed once you added fees. Six days listed at $655 but with taxes and fees it was $1364 that’s over double, just advertise the real rate this property is worth it.

Beautiful Condo

This condo is the perfect place for a GREAT beach vacation! We stayed for 4 nights in Destin and were so glad we chose this condo. The location was perfect and the condo is on the 2nd floor- so the views are great. The patio is a nice size. We cooked all of our meals at the house. The house is fully stocked with plates/ cups/ utensils. However; we went out and bought a 12" skillet so we could cook in one pan- i'm not even sure the skillets at the house were 8". We also went out and purchased bath towels. We were given 4 bath towels at check in so we didn't have enough for us to all shower at one time. Those were minor, as we were driving home and packing was easy. We made a run to the local Walmart after we assessed what we were going to need. From Trash bags, extra toilet paper, dish soap, condiments, etc. Just be prepared to purchased everything :-) This was the first VRBO house we've stayed at that didn't supply any extras...such as toilet paper or trash bags. That is minor. I would recommend anyone coming to the area to look into this home. We stayed 4 years ago in a large house with the same distance to the Beach. No Complaints on location!! It is perfect!! We did get told by the neighbors below us that we needed to walk quieter. This surprised us as we are all average size adults and our children are older so we weren't running on the floors. The family above us had toddlers that ran the hallway every day...multiple times a day. We're use to noise so it didn't hinder our stay one bit. But the neighbors below...did take us by surprise. The floors are not insulated enough to quiet the sound. DO NOT get groceries on Saturday. We learned that the hard way!!! We had to go again on Sunday morning to get what we forgot in all the chaos! Sunday was easy to maneuver and wasn't crowded. Some of the things we enjoyed: Captain Jambos Sailboat cruise- Awesome! We went to Gulfarium- the kids loved this. Dewey Destin- great place to eat. And the BEACH- you will not be disappointed!!! Overall, our stay in DESTIN and this Condo was Amazing!! 5 Star Recommendation!

Beach vacation

Unit was clean; kitchen was well equipped. It was across from the beach which was nice. However, the unit could use a lot of updates. Living room furniture was dirty and not very comfortable.; you can say very “broken in”. The bedrooms did have new furniture, which was nice, but not new mattresses. They were extremely uncomfortable. The bunk beds in the hall are practically useless. It was like sleeping on cardboard. It’s nice to have a washer/ dryer in the unit but they either need repaired or replaced. The washer would rumble and shake; very loud. It would take 2-3 cycles for the dryer to dry a load of towels. Our major complaint though, which is no fault of the owners, was the stomping, jumping, running and loud upstairs occupants; very inconsiderate. I guess the units are not very sound proof. The pictures online are a little deceiving. In one bedroom , the bed had no comforter, just a fitted sheet, and 2 flat sheets. The bunk beds were not made and the bedding was in a pile at the end of bed. We didn’t have access to the pool for a few day; wrong code was given with check in instructions. Finally another tenant kindly gave us the code. We’ve been coming to Destin for over 30 years, we stay in different places - from houses to condos on the beach and across from the beach. This was our first stay at Grand Caribbean and unfortunately our last.
