Welcome to Seaside Serenity 7B! 69 Crystal Beach Drive #7B, your Luxury Beach Cottage! Just steps from white sands & turquoise waters of Crystal Beach, Destin! This 1 Bedroom/1 Bath tropical getaway cottage sleeps 4 .Fully stocked linens and kitchen, just bring your toothbrush! Updated from top to bottom, this stunning home features top of the line LVP floors, new tile showers & vanities in the bathrooms, brand-new kitchen with all quartz countertops, complete with full-size dishwasher. Lighted king bed with built in charging stations in bedroom and queen size memory foam sleeper sofas. This property, provides modern luxury & comfort for all guests. The unit sleeps up to four people and includes one king bed, one set of bunk beds, and one queen pullout sofa. This luxury beach condo also provides access to a community pool just off the back, high-speed Wi-Fi, and on-site additional laundry facilities by the pool. 1 small pet allowed, 30 pounds or under with $100 pet fee. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional long-term pet fee of $150 is required. No Cats Allowed! Have a larger group? Call for information on renting the upstairs unit, 7A which is also a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, rented together you can sleep 8! No Golf Carts Allowed!

No real issues. This condo was meant to serve as an overflow for a larger family reunion based in a nearby house, and ended up being used by only one adult couple. Very clean and well-stocked. We had trouble with wifi initially due to inaccurate network information, but agents were helpful and maintenance came to help quickly. I enjoyed the patio chairs in early morning. Barely used the kitchen or cottage amenities.

Accommodations as advertised. Unit clean, appliances good quality, newer, in working order. Combo washer/dryer in unit. Coffee maker is brew type, requires filters after first pot (which we left ), beach chairs were top notch, built in cooler, towel pocket and backpack straps. Plenty of towels. A/C was more than adequate for the unit.

Very clean & a block to the beach! It was fun sitting outside facing Scenic Drive people watching & visiting with walkers. Disappointed that the three beach walks within walking distance only had 60’ or so of beachfront that was public beach - private beach roped off even though chairs & umbrellas were set up on the public area. Public beach parking lots fill by 9 am during spring break. Coffee shop on Scenic Drive yhree blocks away was nice. No Keurig coffee machine in the unit & it would bee ed nice to have a full length mirror. Negotiated two months stay & ability to have our two cats even though it is listed as pet friendly.
