Best feature is the location. Provides excellent access to beach, quiet and private, lovely setting. Perfect views. Kitchen had all necessary equipment and utensils. Air conditioning struggled to maintain even temperatures throughout the unit. Downstairs bedroom had no closet. Downstairs bathroom no AC vent.

Beautiful view from property, Bedrooms warm.

This property overlooks the ocean and the Wailea walking path. The view is gorgeous. We were able to walk to the beach and snorkel from the property. The property had avbsolutely everything that we needed. I gave it a 4 star rating because the downstairs bedroom and one of the upstairs bedrooms were hot at night. The airconditioning did not keep these two rooms cool. There were floor fans in the rooms to circulate the air but it was still warm for us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was as described and was in a perfect location, just a few steps from both the beach and the pool. Each day we would watch the sunset from our lanai and then have dinner outside. The location was quiet and surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The property manager was exceptional, assisting in getting us into the unit, leaving us a generous basket of welcome gifts, and even mailing home some clothes we forgot to pack. We would definitely stay here again and use this property manager!

Wailea-Perfect Location

Renting property was easy with no issue. Location was perfection. The property and beach were gorgeous. As others have noted and what we expected our accommodations would be was found true. The unit was a bit outdated and most furniture could use some updating. Garbage disposal and dishwasher did not work. 3rd bedroom upstairs was uncomfortably hot even with fans. Recreational supply box in lanai was not worth opening. But all in all it was a lovely stay. Location made up for everything else.

Excellent location for Elua condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The hosts, Bob and Sunny, were very helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay at Elua. The condo has a terrific location with stunning views of the ocean and close to the pool. The condo has 3 bedrooms and the arrangement is interesting. One bedroom is downstairs with a king bed and a bathroom/laundry room close by. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms- one with two twins, a lovely lanai, and an attached bathroom. The other upstairs bedroom has a king bed and is more a loft style, in that one wall is open to the downstairs. There are wood shutters, but you can definitely hear everything going on in the living/kitchen downstairs. It was also fairly warm up there, even though there is AC in the unit. I'm giving 4 stars for the general condition and cleanliness because there was no maid service for the week we were there. they need some additional door mats to help keep the unit clean, and the lanai could use a good cleaning (lots of leaves, table and chairs needed cleaning). Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location steps from awesome Elua Beach

Perfect location, well supplied with beach chairs, surf boards, other toys. Kitchen well supplied, as were towels, bed linens. Overall, suited our group well but could definitely use a refresh. Weather was perfect so we loved patio and BBQ, but indoor furnishings should be updated. Quite dark inside but as I say, we were mostly outside enjoying perfect weather and great location. Nice pool area and we loved the pickle ball courts.

Family Vacation

We’ve stayed in Elua condo rentals many times. This condo didn’t meet our standards for a rental. Cleanliness was poor! The quality/comfort of beds to the quality of kitchen supplies was poor. I will say the location is awesome.
