Este Old Town Loft, con vistas al centro de FTC, lo tiene todo. Despierta y baja las escaleras hasta la mejor cafetería del casco antiguo para tomar un café con leche y desayunar. Luego camine a las cervecerías y restaurantes para almorzar. Luego, elija entre los muchos restaurantes increíbles y galardonados para cenar y escuchar música y bebidas a altas horas de la noche. TODO afuera de tu puerta principal.

Por encima de una de las cafeterías más reputadas del casco antiguo, este loft de 2 dormitorios y 1 baño es realmente increíble.

Very comfortable apartment on the Main Street in downtown. Quiet and very convenient for walking around. Only problem is the parking - can’t leave car overnight on street so we ended up having to move it several times and paid for overnight in a garage one night. There was a drip coffee maker in the room but no coffee so either bring your own or go downstairs to the (very tasty) coffee shop downstairs. Host was Welcoming to our senior dog, but going outside required hiking down 25 stairs, then a bit of a walk to find a place to go, then back up! She managed just fine and we were grateful she could travel with us.

Wished we’d stayed here for more than one night! It was so cozy and comfortable for three of us. The beds/bedrooms were great - love the added touch of the noise machines to block outside noise although it wasn’t loud the night we stayed. The location is perfect. Be sure to checkout the coffee shop downstairs.

Fun in the heart of Old Town

We have visited Ft. Collins many times and love the town. This was our first time staying in Old Town and the loft rental is perfect. Awesome location and Bobby (the host) is great. Can't go wrong here.

The rental unit was very nice, and very clean. Perfect location close to everything in Old Town! We did not find the street noise to be excessive at all. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. The only possible suggestion I might make to the owner is to provide more towels and washcloths, but that’s a minor thing that did not take away from our enjoyment of the property.

Perfect location

We had great time! The location was ideal as we were visiting our nephew. The check in and out was smooth. The simple instructions made it easy,to navigate entry, etc. One minor issue was how full to fill the trash compactor and where to take extra trash (if needed). We absolutely loved and will be back!!!!

Only real negative was that we could not find soap and sponges to clean dishes which is a requirement for check out. Had to waste paper towels and hand soap to clean the dishes.

Clean, cozy place within easy walking distance of a lot of great bars, restaurants and shops. Don’t miss MOBB distillery…great spot off the beaten path. Condo is awesome…highly recommend.

Great location and spot in town. Beds were comfortable. We did hear some late night partying and early morning trains, but it didnt detract from the expierence. We would stay here again!
