Welcome to your Downtown oasis! This two-bedroom retreat features vaulted ceilings, a comfortable living space, and a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances. An elevated balcony overlooks Old Firehouse Alley with views of Historic Old Town below. Step outside to dining, nightlife, shopping, and live music — all just moments from your door.

Imagine exploring Downtown Fort Collins, enjoying local food and live music, then walking home to your downtown retreat. Grab coffee at a nearby café, take a yoga class at Old Town Yoga, and spend the evening at the Sunset Lounge for drinks and live jazz. With everything just steps away, this location puts you right in the heart of Old Town.

This home features:
Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: King Bed | Plus Queen Air Mattress | Sleeps 6

OUTDOOR LIVING: Elevated deck overlooking Old Firehouse Alley with an electric grill and lounge seating — just steps from Old Town Square.

INDOOR LIVING: 45" Smart TV, multiple reading/sitting areas, dining table, board games, vaulted ceilings, laptop-friendly workspace

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOMS: One full bathroom with a walk-in shower is shared between both bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes an additional sink and vanity area (please note this is not a second bathroom). A hair dryer, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for every stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

PARKING: One designated parking space is available one block from the loft.

HOUSE RULES:

No events, parties, or large gatherings

NOTE: The private entrance is at ground level with one flight of stairs leading to the apartment, which is located entirely on the second floor. A professional office is located below the loft and operates during standard business hours (9 AM–5 PM).

The place was nice however it can get quite noisy with foot traffic outside. It would be nice if owners installed blackout shades in the bedrooms. We had a major issue with the designated parking space. A car was parked there and didn’t move the entire time. I contacted owner to see if they would get it towed but owner took no action.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location couldn't have been better. The space was beautifully decorated, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The bedrooms were spacious and with comfortable beds. We enjoyed our time here and hopefully will return!

Quick birthday trip

We traveled to Fort Collins to celebrate my son@s birthday. The condo was very spacious. The beds were super comfortable and us was conveniently situated in a great part of the town where we could walk to restaurants, stores, and bars. I highly recommend staying here.

I would not recommend this stay.- The parking is 1) more than a block away and 2) not actually guaranteed. Had multiple instances of it being filled by another vehicle AFTER DARK and their response was essentially “oh well, we can’t control that.” - Unclean linens (stains and random Bobby pins)- Full set of stairs to walk up and down- The deck view is misleading; it’s actually overlooking a grubby parking lot- The property manager sends too many emails in advance (felt spammy and a lot of pressure to extend booking or book again). Chill!- WiFi is spotty- The property manager was unsupportive when concerns were brought to her attentionThe space is beautiful and besides the horrible parking situation, the location is great. It just feels like a rental with no personality that is managed by a large firm with no familiarity of the actual property, and an inability (or lack of desire) to solve customer issues.For the price, I expect more. I do not recommend!

Great Location

Fantastic little place. Great communication. Bars and restaurants everywhere. Parking is a little inconvenient being 2 blocks away but we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

We had a great stay at this downtown Fort Collins loft and would absolutely recommend it.We stayed 6 days with our 8-month-old, and the two-bedroom layout was perfect. It gave us space to put him down for naps and bedtime without having to tiptoe around. The loft is very clean, felt safe, and the decor is super cute.The location is unbeatable. You’re steps from shopping and tons of restaurants. We ate out for all three meals every day and never went to the same place twice, which says a lot about how many options are nearby.Traveling with a baby was much easier thanks to the thoughtful amenities. They provided a pack ‘n play, so we didn’t have to bring ours. The kitchen was fully stocked, and having a washer and dryer was a lifesaver since we were doing laundry constantly. There’s only one bathroom, but the extra vanity in one bedroom really helped.A couple minor drawbacks. The reserved parking spot is over a block away, and a few times someone else was in it. Street parking in front is only two hours and not always available. Also, there are stairs and a split level into the kitchen, and no working baby gate, so something to consider with a mobile baby.Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Management was responsive, and everything was smooth. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was exactly as described! We wanted something downtown since we had a concert at Washington's. Everything was walking distance and the parking spot was so helpful! Overall I highly recommend this place!

The Pine St. loft was everything we thought it would be and more. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a great stay. Stacy made all aspects of our stay perfect. The next time we are in Fort Collins we would definitely stay here.
