Absolutely fantastic spot right in the heart of the best part of Fort Collins. Walking distance to so many great places if you want to go out, but loaded with so many lovely amenities if you decide to stay in. I had a little issue with parking (100% on me) and the hosts were incredibly fast in their response time, and perhaps more patient than I even deserved. I would love to stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location couldn't have been better. The space was beautifully decorated, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The bedrooms were spacious and with comfortable beds. We enjoyed our time here and hopefully will return!

Clean, comfy, & perfect

Wonderful stay in the heart of Old Town. Great location around food and shops. Great for a family or a young couple wanting to hang out near bars and restaurants. The home was very clean updated and comfy. We will stay again

Wonderful location!

This place was exactly as described! We wanted something downtown since we had a concert at Washington's. Everything was walking distance and the parking spot was so helpful! Overall I highly recommend this place!

Great Location

Fantastic little place. Great communication. Bars and restaurants everywhere. Parking is a little inconvenient being 2 blocks away but we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Quick birthday trip

We traveled to Fort Collins to celebrate my son@s birthday. The condo was very spacious. The beds were super comfortable and us was conveniently situated in a great part of the town where we could walk to restaurants, stores, and bars. I highly recommend staying here.

Great Property

The Pine St. loft was everything we thought it would be and more. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a great stay. Stacy made all aspects of our stay perfect. The next time we are in Fort Collins we would definitely stay here.
