Great location, super clean! Check in isn’t bad, just had trouble with the code for a bit, but it’s gated and super safe and in a nice part of Sandusky. Mark was an excellent host, quick and easy to communicate with. We were in town for a VB tournament, Cedar Point and a day trip to PIB. Great location for our itinerary.

We were in town for a baseball tournament, 2nd year in a row staying in this complex. Everyone is so friendly and beautiful condos. Mark was a great host!

Perfect location

We love the location and the stay was great. The beds are comfortable and the pull out couch was helpful with the kids. Mark, the property owner, was attentive and very nice!

Amazing place to stay

If you're a group of adults visiting Sandusky (yes we were there for Cedar Point), this place is an excellent choice. The location is honestly perfect, right on the water, steps from the restaurants and nightlife. The view from the main room of the lake is great and we spent our mornings basking in the sunshine. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms big.The owner was super helpful (especially when I had some unrelated trouble) and even the guys manning the parking lot entrance were friendly.Highly recommend

Great condo! Super clean and perfect location! You can walk to downtown area with shops and food, or take a 10 minute drive to Cedar Point. Had everything we needed. Only suggestion would be a couple blankets for the pullout couch. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect views

Beautiful condo with perfect views. Check in was so easy. Checking out was the easiest I have ever done. I was grateful for how safe I felt. The guys at the gate were so nice and helpful. Everything was perfect. My granddaughters and I enjoyed shopping, Cedar Point, and chilling in the condo. If you’re looking for a place to stay near Cedar Point, this is it. We loved how we could see the lights from the park while looking out the windows. Don’t forget to walk outside and watch the beautiful sunsets just steps from your door.

The location was amazing and great view of the water. The pool was very nice and residents very friendly. Close walking distance to restaurants. Also went to Cedar Point and was a short drive since the ferry wasn’t running yet but is located right next to the ferry dock. The condo was very clean and comfortable we really enjoyed it!

Wonderful!

This is our third or fourth stay with this host. This time it was a different loft, but equally wonderful. We already have next year booked! Great, beautiful getaway! Would love to get an overnight in before next year. Very peaceful.

We came in town for a work event and to see family. The location was too cool. As we checked in, the Goodtimes 1 was pulling up, live music and all! Will stay here again!

great location-a few items need clarification

Stayed with group of older former teachers. Loved view, spacious condo. Could not find fob for pool. not noted on any of instruction papers. Found it around corner from entrance door on our way out. That location really needs to be included on the pool instruction sheet. The photos of condo showed an island with stools, which we had planned to use for our cocktail hour with snacks etc. Photos should be updated to reflect that the island is gone and a small table with chairs is there instead. The two instruction sheets need to be updated and laminated. The condo is very nice, but is lacking in end tables or a coffee table etc. Overall, we had a great time, but we just offer a few suggestions to improve the experience.

Super Stay in Sandusky

Mark’s Apartment at the Chesapeake Lofts was perfect for our family of four. The place was spotlessly clean and the location can’t be beat. Great views of Lake Erie and Cedar Point from the living room/terrace. Plenty of options for dining and drinks within walking distance from the apartment and Cedar Point is about a 10 minute drive away! We absolutely loved our trip to Sandusky and would highly recommend Mark’s place for your stay if visiting.

Cedar Point Getaway

Ended up booking this instead of a park hotel, and so glad I did Great location, lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the pool was fantastic after a hot day at Cedar Point. The residence was absolutely spotless and exactly as pictured online. Thank you for such a fun stay! (We didn't have any bedding for the sleeper sofa which we needed to use but luckily the kids had brought some sleeping bags.)

Fun in Sandusky

Nice space & clean! Felt very safe in the area. Worked well for family of 4. Enjoyed seeing the lake, pier, boats, and Cedar Point in background. Pool nice extra bonus.

This condo was fantastic as was the very quick communication with owner. There was a live band playing at the park so just open the windows and enjoy.

The property is fantastic!!! Loved the pool and views! Beds are comfy! Easy 10 min ride to Cedar Point! Mark was fantastic, responded quickly with any questions. He even drove 2 hours on a Sunday at 11pm when the fire alarm sensor went off!! Rockin good rental!

Perfect place to stay in Sandusky, walking distance to so much

Easy to get over to Cedar point either other boat or a short drive. So many great restaurants to walk to. Condo was spotless and Mark so easy to work with. Thank you.
