Nice condo. Tons of burs in the grass. Wear shoes until you get to the sand because they're brutal. I prefer staying where there are activities within walking distance but it was a nice place.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed this little place. It was perfect for our long weekend. It ended up becoming our engagement weekend so now this place has a special spot in our hearts. Love the access to the beach. Will definitely stay again!

Beach is directly out the back door

Perfect beachfront spot for a small family with young kids and wants ground floor access. Hosts are very responsive and helpful with last minute reservations.

Convenient and comfortable for snowbirds

We stayed 5 weeks and appreciated the easy access to the beach; the well-equipped kitchen; and the spacious living area. The hosts were great to work with, we liked Okaloosa Island, and the other snowbirds were friendly. This is a good choice for a couple wanting to spend a month or two escaping winter.

Wonderful!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent and worth every penny…. Being on the ground floor and steps away from the beach was perfect for our family. It allowed us such easy access to things we needed when we were on the beach for the whole day. The unit was well stocked and very clean! We loved it!

Great Pet friendly unit. Easy beach access.

We really enjoyed our stay in this pet friendly, ground floor unit. Easy beach access and being able to load and unload directly in front of the unit was exceptional. No stairs to climb or walking around the complex to visit the beach. Great for us older folks. The unit, despite the smaller bathrooms was excellent. Clean and looked to be recently renovated. Had everything we needed for the week we stayed. The included beach service was great to have. The exterior needs some work but it didn't bother us. Will stay here again without hesitation.

Beautiful

Wow!!!! Loved this condo and the extreme kindness from the Quinlans!!! The condo and beach were absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer was a HUGE plus, used them several times. Just a gorgeous place and I plan on coming back as often as possible!!

Loved it!

I stayed at Ft Walton Beach 15 years ago. It has changed so much. Loved where we were located! It was perfect for two. Nice pans and cooking equipment. Clean bathroom space. Pool was close as well as beach. We stayed before Nov 1 and the outdoor chairs were wonderful! This condo is a diamond in ruff. My grandsons played football everyday in the grassy area outback.

Nice condo. We've stayed in this building a few times. This was the 1st time on a ground floor. There's no elevator so it was nice just parking in front and walking in. Missed the ocean view but very convenient with our Yorkie. The multiple palm trees and sand dunes were still scenic. Left-side yard is best for potty breaks, miminal sand burrs. If I didn't want to go all the way to the beach for the view, the boardwalk was right outside our door with two built in benches. You can sit there and see the ocean. Certainly if you're going for the ocean, can't get much closer. It is convenient walking right out your back door instead of going out the front and walking around, which you can only do with ground floor. The pool was nice and we were always the only ones in it. It's gate coded and so is the bathroom. Hard to remember all the codes but I guess better security. I liked that it was in the front so, you're not overlooking the pool. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of pillows but only one extra blanket. 2 full couches so that was nice. Liked having the washer and dryer. Didn't see a dust pan or a hair dryer. Didn't have a back patio light. Assume it was burned out. The air fryer was nice enough that I want one like it...lol. A HUGE bonus was the 2:00 occupancy. When deciding between a few different properties on VRBO that was one major deciding factor. Don't have any actual complaints. It was a great stay and a nice condo. .

Very dissatisfied with the king bed. The mattress was terrible. It sunk in the middle and was stained. The bead frame was falling apart. The inner shower liner was old and yellow. The toilet paper couldn't have been any thinner. The back door latch needs repair. The outdoor patio furniture seating material was ripped. With that said we enjoyed everything else.

Cleanliness, a quaint unique spot

The property was extremely clean upon our arrival. Usually, I feel as though I need to disinfect everything and straight away take down the shower curtain. But here at this unit I didn't need to. The patio area was small just needs to readjust some floats and things. The view you can see sand dune not the ocean but it still is beautiful. And it's just a short few steps to the beach. We even asked for another day the response of property owner was quick and helpful. THANKS again!

Would not hesitate to go back. It fits us perfectly.

Well located, small place. Please type of beach access. Beach service guy Juda is forgetful, paid him to reserve us a chair, he only reserved it once. Facility is clean for its age. Parking lot is super small, no problem for my prius. I would recommend this place for a small family. Our kids 7 and 9 slept on couch. No issue letting them run from beach up to room for drinks or bathroom. Felt safe in doing so. I would go back

Great condo and location!

This condo was really clean, comfortable, and we really liked the easy accessibility of being on the first floor. Jerry and Colleen were helpful and responsive to any questions we had and we were very happy with our stay!
