Nuestro impecable piso superior 1 BR / 1. 5 BA Gulf Front Condo tiene todo lo que necesita para una escapada relajante en la playa! Ven a ver el espectáculo de los delfines desde tu propio balcón privado, ¡el espectáculo es increíble! Sentirás que tus problemas se desvanecen mientras disfrutas de toda la belleza que te rodea, desde el amanecer hasta las impresionantes puestas de sol cada noche. Solo escuchar las olas rodar bajo la luz de la luna te adormecerá cada noche.

Desde el momento en que entras, te sentirás verdaderamente relajado y en unas vacaciones "Island Time". Los propietarios han hecho que su hermoso condominio sea especial al decorar con varias de sus creaciones de arte impresionantes y únicas que se exhiben en todo el condominio. Te sorprenderá su talento.

Dolphin View está profesionalmente decorado, muy cómodo y extremadamente limpio. Para su comodidad, esta unidad del piso superior está totalmente equipada, ¡incluyendo una lavadora y secadora dentro de la unidad! Quédese una vez y será un huésped repetido una y otra vez.

Very good location. Very clean and loved the decor. Felt safe there and it was very quiet. Really enjoyed sitting on balcony watching and listening to the waves. Will stay here again

Cozy Condo Get Away

This condo was absolutely perfect! Every little detail was considered for your stay, the decor, beach chairs, beach towel and a cabinet in the kitchen which had spices, coffee, etc. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and you could see the ocean the minute you walked thru the door. It was exactly what I needed to reset my mind and soul. I will definitely be staying at this beautiful little gem, that I am so thankful I ran across.

The condo was nice and the view was amazing BUT it would've been nice to know that the entire front balcony and steps were rotted and being held up by temporary stilts. We probably would've chosen a different location. Also it does list that its on the 3rd floor but doesnt list that there isnt an elevator

Wonderful and relaxing

Our stay here was wonderful! The condo is right on the beach and just a short drive to the Fort Walton Beach boardwalk area. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will certainly be back!

Relaxing get away

We came down for the weekend to relax in peace and quiet after the holidays. 302 was perfect for that. We turned the a/c off and opened the balcony doors, sipped homemade cocktails and had food delivered. It was wonderful.

This condo was wonderful. We were excited to see the listing represents the condo accurately. The beach view on the balcony at sunset was breathtaking. Property Manager was prompt with communication. This kitchen was fully stocked and then some. The decor was nice and everything was very clean and comfortable. The beach chairs and umbrella were included with the rental which made it fantastic as well. We have only good things to say about #302 Island Sands!

Beautiful beach vacation

My wife and I had a wonderful vacation at this property. The views of the ocean were great. The property was very clean and was decorated beautifully in a beach theme. We were able to see dolphins multiple times while eating breakfast on the balcony. Definitely would stay at this location again if we come back to this area.

We were satisfied with the room & view, however, we overlooked the small building with 3 floors and no elevator, which is understandable, but the stairs are not for old folks and you may want to mention this to other guests

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean with cute beach decor. It was well supplied with kitchen things and linens. Great ocean view and super short walk to beach! There are beach umbrellas and chairs provided for the condos. We have nothing but great things to say and we would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I loved this Condo. Everything is decorated beautifully, we had everything we needed and the bed is comfortable. We had a 6 night stay and did not want to leave! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Vacation Getaway

My wife and I stayed for a week as a “babymoon” before our first child is born. We loved everything about the condo, especially the location! It’s perfectly situated far enough down Okaloosa Island that you feel removed from the busyness of the area, but still close enough that most everything is a short drive (including our favorite seafood restaurant, Stewby’s)! The beach in front was never overly crowded and the top floor unit provided a perfect view. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent property

We travel a lot and this property was the cleanest and the most well maintained of any we’ve been to. Great location - tucked away from the hustle bustle of the area yet close to restaurants and grocery store. Condo had everything we needed. Even though we were in the area during a very busy spring break this condo was very quiet. Would highly recommend this property and hoping to head back.

We are a mother-daughter team that handles short and long term rentals throughout Fort Walton Beach. We are locals who live about 10 minutes away from the condos. We pride ourselves for offering personalized service to all of our guests. Sarah has a degree in Hospitality and Resort Management while also having worked in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years. Linda owns and manages multiple properties throughout the area and has been specializing in short and long term management for 40+ years. We treat all of our rental properties as if they were our own. Sarah personally inspects all of the condos after each departure clean to ensure proper cleanliness and sanitizes all furniture and high traffic touch zones such as light switches, handles, door knobs, remotes, etc.
