¡Este fantástico condominio de escapada se encuentra en la EXCLUSIVA comunidad King & Bear de World Golf Village! Capacidad para 8 personas (3 habitaciones, cada una con una cama king size y un sofá cama en la sala de estar) y está completamente amueblada con cocina completa, lavandería en el apartamento, televisión por cable y wifi gratuito. Además de los campos de golf, disfrute de acceso al gimnasio privado, hermosas piscinas y jacuzzi, canchas de tenis y spa en el lugar. Convenientemente ubicado a corto de 20 minutos. conducir desde la playa, el centro de St. ¡Agustín y muchas otras atracciones locales!

Christmas away was like Christmas at home!

We visited my parents and had enough space to cook a Christmas dinner in this well equipped kitchen! We all enjoyed the space, walking the grounds and location is close to everything!

Nice and spacious.

The condo was very nice and spacious. Kitchen has lots of counter space, if you're into cooking. Beautiful location. I would book it again.

It was exactly what we needed

It was a great home, clean and warm. Easy access to surrounding golf courses and attractions. Miscommunication from VRBO and renter keeps it from being 5 star review. Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

Wonderful

The condo is wonderful and was perfect for us and our three little ones. Pool is only a 2-minute walk with toddlers (very close) and shopping is convenient across the street from the main entrance. The World Golf Village is amazing. Loved it!

Beautifully Spacious Property

Our family had a lovely stay. The unit was ideal for our family of 6 with lots of living area and king size beds in all three bedrooms. The condo was very clean and even nicer than the pictures. The grounds were beautiful and we loved the amenities available to us less than a mile up the road - heated pool even in January, playground and lighted pickleball courts. Julie was a great host and responded quickly to all our questions. We loved our stay!

Great location and property

I have had horrible experiences with renting property in past. Was great very clean, the 3 king beds were super comfortable. We had friends visit us for couple nights and they even were amazed at property and beds. Also hard to find pet friendly properties. So we were very happy we could bring our lab.

Beautiful Property

We were amazed by this lovely condo. The accommodation was spacious and spotless and well stocked. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in with plenty of pots, pans, dishes. The mattresses are new and very comfortable. The location of the property was close to amenities yet felt quiet and secluded. The owner, Julie, was great and even helped us find a vet when I tripped over my dog. The pools were very nice with comfy lounge chairs. The restaurant at the golf course, in walking distance, was casual with great food.

Great condo!

The condo was great! Very clean and the perfect size for our group. We added an extra night at the last minute and Julie was very responsive and accommodating . Only criticism would be with the resort. The fitness center was closed “until further notice”“ as well as the steam bath at the spa. We would return to this condo though . Thanks Julie!

Wonderful, relaxing stay

The apartment was immaculate, and the furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony every day. It has a lovely view of greenery and is shaded most of the time. The amenities were great, too. The heated pool was nearby and the hot tub was a 2 minute walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking as well. The sheets were very soft and luxurious , the beds were super comfortable. In addition, was convenient to shopping, restaurants and downtown. We highly recommend the apartment and Julie, the owner, who was helpful and immediately responded to any questions.

We are the Sellers' Family and live in St Augustine. Steve grew up off of Long Island, New York. When he agreed to live in the midwest the only requirement was to go to the beach every summer. We have spent many vacations along the Atlantic coast and have picked St Augustine as our home because it is near the Atlantic Coast. Our children Shae, Mac (and wife Melissa) and Skylar love the beach, too.

This property works for us because Steve loves golf - he's a golf coach. We can enjoy the condo and all the amenities and still be a short drive to the beach. We also have friends here and family in Orlando. And, in 2022, we made St Augustine our permanent residence. We built a new home close to the condo and are nearby to help make your stay go smoothly.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We hope you love Laterra Condominiums and the King and Bear Community as much as we do. We enjoy the pools, fitness center and walking trails the most. Evenings at home are great because of the quiet, serene atmosphere around our building. Many times we feel that we are the only ones in the building because it is so quiet.
