Mere seconds from the St. Augustine Amphitheater and a short bike ride to the beach and downtown, this modern escape is 3 beds and 2 baths.
Welcome to Music on Marilyn! This is the quintessential St. Augustine experience. Nestled on a quiet street that dead ends to the intracoastal, walking distance to the St. Augustine Amphitheater, Lighthouse, Anastasia Park, Alligator Farm and much more! St. Augustine Beach and historic downtown are just a short bike ride away.
The space
HOME FEATURES:
-Location! Walking distance to the St. Augustine Amphitheater and close to beach, downtown and some much more!
-Saltwater pool (not heated) with private backyard.
- Additional family room (adjacent to living room) with fireplace, foosball table and large sliding glass doors that open to the pool.
- Screened in lanai
- TV's in primary bedroom, daybed room, living room and bonus/game room.
- Equipped Kitchen with 8' island that seats 4
- Dining Room
- WIFI
- Garage
- Play Station 4
- SONOS system
- Grill (charcoal)
SLEEPING ARANGEMENTS:
- Primary Bedroom with ensuite (King)
- Second Bedroom (King)
- Third Bedroom (Daybed with trundle (can be slept as 2 twins or 1 king)
- One full bath with tub/shower
