Dos dormitorios, dos baños, condominio de primer piso en un barrio tranquilo. La propiedad de alquiler incluye cocina completa, balcón con vista a la bahía y 5 cuadras a pie de la playa. Ropa de cama y toallas incluidas. Cocina completa (incluye platos, utensilios, ollas / sartenes, etc.) con lavaplatos. Lavadora y secadora incluidas. Seis pases de playa incluidos. Seis sillas de playa proporcionadas. Tommy Bahama beachcart siempre. 2 lugares de estacionamiento asignados. Parrilla eléctrica en la cubierta. We had a great stay. The condo had ample towels, kitchen supplies and beach chairs. Sara was readily available for questions. The 2 parking spots were convenient and the weather worked out great.

Enjoyed our stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Would say the pictures are accurate in telling about the apartment…but click on them for the full scope (much better than the shrunken pics!) I will say we found the apartment to be especially comfortable and cozy. All appliances you would need, including w/d. Also, and quite notable, the owners provided all linens, towels, beach necessities, etc. A must for us but not always provided it seems. Makes a vacation away truly a vacation. A couple of wishes: Professional cleaning, though apartment was mostly very well cleaned. Some of this was due to updating needed, which is taking place (new sinks and vanities arrived during our stay!) But mostly, the property’s surroundings left something to be desired. One is there for the outdoors and the immediate outdoor space is wanting. However, Ortley and Lavallette are quite nice and easy to enjoy once you get out and about. Owners were very accommodating, nice, and extremely responsive. We were quite appreciative. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay here a lot. The condo was nice and clean, she proved stuff for the beach which was nice to not have to bring down. The location was good, easy drive to the beach (you can walk but we had little ones). Didnt need to contact the host at all because everything was set up and available on the property.

The stay was just as expected. The owner of the condo was responsive and the place was super cute! The walk to the beach was a haul, but the provided beach cart certainly helped!

August 2023 Condo Rental

Our overall impression of this property was good when we were looking for a rental. We rented for five weeks and were somewhat disappointed with the condition of some things at the condo. The outside entrance steps needed painting and the siding on the bldg. itself is peeling off. Looks nothing like the picture listed. The air conditioner was constantly blowing loudly, drowning out the TV when on. Some of the outside furniture on the deck (the high-top tables) were very rusty, and there is not a bay view as indicated. The upstairs neighbor is very loud. Sounded like they were doing gymnastics! Also, they complained about a wind chime out on the back deck, and we were asked to take it inside which we did. The oven was not very clean, and we didn't cook anything. It needs a good cleaning. There was a problem with the refrigerator. Water leaks from the freezer down into the refrigerator onto the shelf and one of the drawers. The kitchen and bathrooms in the condo need updating. Very old. Sara and David were lovely and sorry for not such a good review, however, the condo needs certain items fixed and updated-and perhaps that is in your plan. We paid a lot of money for the rental and expected some things to be a little better. On a good note, Sara and David provide all you need for your stay, and they were very responsive to any questions. The condo is in a great location but the outside and inside need work. We appreciate the opportunity of staying at BayStream.

Very secluded and comfortable

The townhouse has everything you need to be comfortable. All the kitchen and beach equipment to be able to pack light. Centrally located to beach and restaurants.

Nice getaway space

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The private back enclosed deck was a great place to enjoy coffee and the breezes from the bay. The apartment is, clean, comfortable and spacious. AC system was on the loud side, but good amenities (dishwasher, linens and towels). Will come again!

Highly recommended-Pictures don't do it justice

The hosts of this rental were organized, responsive and accommodating! The space was clean and larger than anticipated based on pictures. Though you can hear some noise from people upstairs, the Central Air unit was pretty good at drowning out some noise. I enjoyed reading outside (borrowed a book from their reading library cabinet) on the porch and had my coffee. For a last minute booking it was a perfect pet friendly getaway. The location and neighborhood is safe, clean, friendly and close to everything - beach, stores, seaside heights, resturants etc. However the streets can get busy with bikers, cars, joggers and street parking. I had to be mindful with my dog who was not use to so much stimulation-alhough it was great exposure for him. Lastly, having 2 designated parking spots was convenient! This place was reasonably priced for all that it has to offer and I would highly recommend it.

Not the Best, Not the Worst

We chose this property because it was one of two available rather late in the game and with a dog, the pickins are slim. Even though it was more expensive, I liked that the reviews mentioned cleanliness and air conditioning and that we could cancel until two weeks before. In light of Covid, that mattered. The good things: Spacious and comfortable living area, not overly packed with stuff. Excellent beach equipment and four beach passes. Plenty of towels for beach and showers. Air conditioner was cold. Mia's Pizza is right next door and it has tables outside so that we could dine with our dog. The problems: The place had not been cleaned properly even if it hadn't been Covid time. I had to clean out the old food in the fridge from previous tenants. I mean, opened condiments I understand, but opened packages of cheese, curled and dry. Not my job. Also had to clean the dishes (some in the cabinet were greasy!), and the bedding from the previous renters was still in the machine. I washed myself. I called the owner and he offered have the maid come and remove the laundry, but I did not want someone in the house when I was at the beach because of my dog. There was no apology at all and his response to the open food in the fridge was that I was welcome to throw it out. There was dog hair on the top sheet of the bed in the master bedroom, and no comforter (it was on the washer). And plenty of dog hair under the bed. The air conditioner was LOUD. Nothing to do about this. But if you're a light sleeper beware. The place smelled from mold. The kitchen needs work. The area under the sink is clearly the source of the smell of mold. Some of these issues may have been caused by a late check-out on the part of the previous renters. Who knows? Because I need absolute clean, I wouldn't rent here again, but if you're not as picky, it is decently appointed.

Perfect place to stay for a few weeks at the shore

My family and I stayed in this perfectly laid out and adequately sized private 2br/bathcondo for two weeks and we throughly enjoyed it especially with all of the amenities provided including a grill, bikes, beach chairs, outside shower and everything else you need . It also on the main walking blvd adjacent to the bay for beautiful sunset walks each night. Can’t wait to go back next year!

This is the 3rd time we stayed in this property and it was again an enjoyable experience. David and Sara have outfitted the unit with everything you could need for a stay at the beach.

Nice bay condo

This condo was perfect for all of my family's needs. It was conveniently located to get to either the bay beach or the ocean side, and the playground was only a short walk away. Being on the first floor was great with a toddler, and we liked the open concept living and dining rooms. It was incredibly handy to have the beach chairs and beach badges available for our use as well. The host was readily available to answer questions, and we appreciated that easy assistance.

Amazing week, in a great rental! David and Sara, the property owners are great communicators and make the rental process so easy for their guests. New furniture in the condo was quite nice, and looking forward to the updates they are about to do in the unit.

I picked this property for many different reasons: 1) it has exactly what I need, 2) can fit my family comfortably, 3) has great air conditioning (very important on hot summer days), and 4) I feel truly relaxed and happy when I spend time at the condo.
