Beach stay

Cute and neat. Wonderful location. Walking distance to beach and to multiple restaurants. Host added many little details....beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, fully equipped kitchen and even a charging station for multiple devices.

Everything we needed!

Staying here has become a wonderful tradition for us. The house is beautifully designed, equipped with so many nice touches. The kitchen is very well stocked and all the beds / living and outdoor spaces are so comfortable. The location is also pretty perfect, close to the beach and everything in town for a young family! Will definitely be back next year!

Amazing details

Tracey is a wonderful host and thinks of everything for your stay. The place is immaculate with so many nice touches to make you feel at home. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and entertaining… and then some! Our favorite part of this property is the outdoor space to eat dinner or play games as a family after a nice day on the beach. We love this place!!!

Great location and clean

Stayed at this cozy place for an event half mile away. Loke that it was around the corners from two ice cream shops and a few restaurants. Several houses away from the ocean. Excellent stay. Two other apartments on same property, never any issues. Bring sheets and pillow cases. Would stay here again, thank you!

Perfect Jersey Shore Getaway

We have a wonderful week at the Shore at Tracey and Tim’s place. It was the perfect location close to the beach and just around the corner from ice cream, coffee, pizza and shops. We used the cart and chair and umbrella provided every day! The second floor unit was great, bright and comfortable and we felt right at home. Nice outdoor shower too! We definitely would come back!

A perfect getaway

This apartment was a perfect getaway for myself and my two best friends. It was clean and well appointed. We parked our car and were able to walk to everything we wanted. The beach is at one end of the block and the other end has a great breakfast spot, multiple restaurants, a bar with live music and ice cream. Plus Dunkin’ Donuts and rite-aid. The owner was very nice and responsive. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay

Enjoyed a few nights off season with my husband and 2 1/2 year old. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream. Although it was off season there were still a decent number of businesses open. We also were able to take advance of the central location driving just 7 mins to the seaside heights boardwalk to play arcade games and 20 mins to the Pt. Pleasant boardwalk to enjoy the aquarium. The home is cozy, clean, and perfect size for a family of 3-4. Hosts were very responsive and pleasant. The upstairs unit was occupied throughout our entire stay and guests were very friendly. Overall, great stay.

2022 Family Stay at Lavallette Beach

Excellent location. It's a short walk to the beach and all the local shops. Apartment on the smaller side, but it suited all our needs. It was clean, bright , comfortable and has all necessary kitchen objects needed. Tracey is super sweet. Would definitely stay again.

Love this place!

Location is perfect! Walk to everything - mini golf, ice cream, restaurants, produce market, and obviously the beach. Place is great for kids and adults alike with a great outdoor area for quiet book reading or cards. Owner was so accommodating and extremely responsive! Will be back!

Look no further - BOOK WITH TRACEY and TIM

What an absolutely wonderful vacation experience. The condo/ apartment is located on a quiet, clean and close to the beach street. Lots of parking, no need to pay. The owners Tim and Tracey were very welcoming and their beach condo was well stocked, recently renovated, beautiful kitchen, separate patio…. I could go on and on. I loved how Tracey took the time to introduce herself and welcome our family to their rental. She was prompt in responding (although we had no issues or really needed anything). She messaged us the day of check in and was always quick to respond. She even provided my daughters with beach toys to play in the sand. We stayed in Lavalette for a doubles volleyball tournament for my oldest daughter and found that we had everything we needed from cooking, cleaning, beach umbrellas and chairs… we were very pleased. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the AC was efficient and easily adjustable to desired room temp. The bathroom is tiny but perfect! when you take into consideration everything else the property and location has to offer, you will wind up falling in love with the tiny modern restroom along with everything else. Stop looking elsewhere and book! This place is perfect. We will definitely return ❤️
