Direct Ocean Front Condo

Hermoso condominio de un dormitorio en la playa. Disfrute de la deliciosa brisa del mar y las vistas panorámicas desde su balcón privado del quinto piso (piso superior). Dos camas matrimoniales en el dormitorio y un sofá cama se combinan para acomodar a 4. Un baño y medio, una cocina completa con todo lo que necesita, lavadora y secadora, y un lugar de estacionamiento reservado. Unidad nunca alquilada antes, acaba de salir al mercado. Excelente estado, excelente ubicación en el extremo norte de la playa, disfrute de una soledad tranquila sin dejar de estar a poca distancia de excelentes restaurantes, bares y atracciones. ¡El escondite perfecto de Ocean City!

We had a wonderful vacation at this property! It is beautifully decorated and has comfortable beds and furniture. It is stocked with everything we needed, plus more. The location is superb and the views are amazing. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. This was not our first time staying here, and it certainly won't be our last!

It’s the best!!! Could use a couple more pots or pans, and a vacuum so I could vacuum the floor before I left. But the broom was just fine ! I love this condo and the owners are the best!!!!!

Great condo!

The condo was very clean and neat when we arrived. Location is convenient to restaurants and grocery store. The beach is very nice.A small rechargeable vacuum would be very handy to help keep the sand cleaned up. We did our best with the broom.and dust pan.

This place was the best!! Great view of the beach, slept great every night. We had no issues the entire week we stayed and the parking spot was perfect for getting our chairs on and off the beach so we didn’t have to make the condo extra sandy. We will definitely be back!!

My husband and I enjoyed the condo very much! It was perfect for our needs. The oceanfront view from the balcony was spectacular!! The unit was very clean, and the instructions in the guidebook from the owners were detailed and complete. If I messaged the hosts with any questions, I received a reply immediately. I HIGHLY recommend this charming beach cottage for 1 or 2 travelers. It was perfect!

Beautiful one bedroom condo, right on the beach as advertised. It was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. I'm hoping to stay again next year!

Heavenly Getaway!

Adorably decorated and comfortable getaway with an amazing ocean view! So inviting, well maintained and cared for. Super hosts that make sure everything you need is at your fingertips including reviews of the best local eateries! Perfect location, so much within walking distance, and a beautiful beach! Beds are super comfy too! We enjoyed every moment, can't wait to return!

The property was as advertised with direct views of the beach and surf. It was clean with plenty of space for the two of us. The kitchen was well appointed. We would stay here again.

Off season getaway

Love the location. Got to see many dolphins and a fox on the beach. Porch was a great viewing area to watch the world go by while enjoying coffee each morning

We had a great DIY Writing Retreat!

Bill and I needed a quiet, no-interruption, no-distraction week to finish working on "International Agatha Christie, She Watched" and other writing projects. Oceanwalk East delivered! We were able to focus on writing. We walked, wrote, walked, wrote.It was so calm and relaxed being at the beach in mid March. The kitchen was so well-equipped, the grocery store across the street was so convenient, the beach and the ocean always gave us something to look at when the words didn't flow.Thank you for a fabulous stay. We'll press [PUBLISH] on our books faster than otherwise and we'll be back again -- in this unit! -- in the off-season for future writing projects.

We just purchased our dream place on the beach. We've stayed in this building for years and have loved the location. We had been planning on buying a unit in this building when one opened up and we could afford it. When my father passed, we decided to invest our inheritance into something that we could enjoy, and would give joy to others. When we found out a 5th floor unit had just come on the market, we decided it was meant to be ours.

We like the north end of the beach. When we want the boardwalk, it's a short drive away. And there are plenty of great restaurants in walking distance. But it gets quiet at night - when all we want to hear as we doze off is the gentle sound of breaking waves...
After each stay, your home away from home is professionally cleaned according to CDC guidelines. No lobby, direct access from your own parking spot to the elevator to the 5th floor unit.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Nothing like a private balcony on the beach. And the 5th floor of a low rise building is perfect - high enough to have an unobstructed view - top floor so no one is stomping around over your head, but not such a high rise that you feel unsafe. It's just ideal. We ask everyone to bring their own. OC Solutions can provide towels and sheets - https://ocsolutions.org - book directly with them. We also recommend Roses for inexpensive purchases of towels, linens, toiletry items, sunscreen, etc. In the unit, we have a personal - Bub's Beach Bungalow Book that is full of recommendations for great places to eat, shop, and fun tips to make your stay a beautiful experience. You have your own parking spot, in a safe gated parking lot.
