Come Relax, Unwind, and Enjoy the beach in our 1 bedroom and 1 bath condo with lovely ocean views, located at The Marylander on 127th in North Ocean City. You will have access to the following amenities in our condo and while you stay at The Marylander:


• All linens, towels, paper products (paper towels and toilet paper), and soap included.

• One double bed and a twin over full bunk bed in bedroom, and a queen pull out sofa bed in living area.

• A fully stocked kitchen with a stovetop/oven, microwave, toaster oven, full size refrigerator, Keurig, and a traditional coffee maker.

• Free WIFI and smart TV's to stream your favorite shows

• Washer/Dryer in the unit.

• A large balcony to enjoy the ocean views and the southern exposure.

• An indoor heated pool (Hours are 9AM - 9PM)

• Game Room (including a ping pong table), sundeck, and an elevator.

• Fully secured building and keyless entry with self-check-in and check-out.

• One covered parking spot included with free parking available on the street.

• On-Site Manager (10AM-6PM daily), to assist you, if needed.


You will be 90 steps from The Marylander to the entrance of a beautiful, low-density beach with plenty of space to spread out. Some other advantages of staying in our condo in this area are:


• Northside Park directly across the coastal highway, which includes a playground, walking/running paths, kayak/paddleboard rental, ballparks, outside gym, fishing and crabbing, Winterfest of Lights Festival (mid-November to December 31st), 4th of July and New Year’s Eve fireworks, and beautiful sunsets from the pier.

• A wide range of restaurants nearby for everyone’s tastes within walking distance, including the famous Dumser’s Dairyland for ice-cream and mini golf.

• Ocean City bus stops within 1 block on the coastal highway.

• Short drive to Ocean City’s famous boardwalk.

• Minutes to the Delaware state line and another 30-minute drive to the outlets in Rehoboth beach for tax-free shopping.

What a fabulous condo! My husband and I traveled to Ocean City for bike week and wanted something close to the ocean, not far from the week’s festivities but in a quiet location, and we could not have asked for anything better. We had an ocean view from our balcony, a view of the sunset over the bay, the condo management was super friendly, and the owner of the unit was incredibly communicative and answered all of my many questions. We had a good parking space for the trailer and the motorcycle, with plenty of on street parking for the truck, which is exactly as the owner had described. The unit itself had all of the amenities we needed. Having linens and paper products in the unit made for less packing. While we did not use the heated indoor pool or the game room, we definitely would have if the weather had not been so nice. We enjoyed being such a short distance from the beach. While it was just the two of us, the unit is big enough for a family with a couple of small children. We hope to stay here again sometime!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, very well maintained and managed. Highlights included friendly and helpful front desk, easy parking, close proximity to the beach, an ocean view from the deck, the indoor pool and the game room. Looking forward to staying again soon!

Clean, lovely condo! Good location.

We only stayed one night but it was such a cute place! Very clean. The only thing I was surprised about was there were no bath towels. Other then that, view of the ocean is amazing. It’s a quieter location and was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Dan was so responsive but we really needed nothing at all his place had everything we needed. The condo was so clean and in a safe area 2 min walk to beach. We will be back!

AMAZING Weekend Getaway

My husband and I never had a honeymoon, so this year I told him we are going to the beach for our anniversary. After many hours of research and review reading I landed on going to OC. This was also our first VRBO vacation. The Marylander is such an awesome little condo. Tammy was amazing, super friendly!! Checking in was a breeze. Honestly, it was our home away from home. Dan was quick to respond to all my questions. The condo itself had everything your could ever need, although with everything within walking distance we really only slept there. The bed was super comfortable and the towels were so fluffy!!! It was immaculately clean and all the instrutions/rules for checkout were very visible. Being a condo the walls were a little thin, but that is no ones fault. The beach was literally righ there and we watched the moon rise over teh ocean it was the most beautful thing I've seen. I 100% reccommend staying here and plan on doing so again, maybe with our kiddos some day!! Thank you Dan and the Marylander for making our weekend as amazing as it could be!!! I only wish it lasted forever!! ~ Beth & Levi

Peaceful Getaway

This was just the quiet getaway I needed! The condo was clean, well stocked for cooking, with comfy beds, and a great view from the balcony! The owner and property manager were responsive and kind in all communications.

Perfect beach condo

We enjoyed our stay. Located right across the street from Northside Park where our son's travel baseball tournament was held for the weekend. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and entertainment for the family. Loved the close beach access, pool, game room and parking. Clean and cutely decorated with everything we needed for our stay.

Clean Cute and Relaxing

Upon entering the condo, my sister and I were imressed with the cleanliness and decor. I felt right at home and immediately called dibs on the cute and comfy recliner (as you learn to do as the yougest sibling lol). There was great communication with the property managers and owner. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils. The view from the balcony was beautiful. A very relaxing vacation!

Clean, great location with ocean view!

We have stayed in numerous properties in Ocean City and I would rate this as one of the cleanest and most comfortable properties we’ve stayed in. A huge bonus is that linens and bath towels are provided, which has not been our experience with other properties. It’s nice to have those two things off the packing list. Also provided are toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and several small packages of hand/body soap. The kitchen had all of the appliances that we needed and were in great condition. There was ample seating for meals, as well as lounging in the living room. Lots of space for our 6-year-old to dance around. The view from the balcony is perfect and there is a table and chairs out there as well. The beds and pillows in the bedroom were really comfortable, which has not been our experience with other properties. I can’t speak for the pullout couch mattress as we didn’t use it this time. The indoor pool is heated and easy to access. The parking is under the building and is also easy to access. Dan reached out to me before our stay and helped to arrange after-hours check in since we arrived later into the evening. He was quick to respond and we knew exactly what to expect. We would definitely like to stay here again. It was perfect for a long weekend and I’m sure would be even better for a week-long stay in the summer!

Easy check in process, very clean and cozy condo right next to the beach!

Very easy to book and check-in. Basic necessities supplied (dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper) was nice. Had a great time in Ocean City, didn’t get to enjoy the beach much as we came in November but might have to come back in the summer!

Fall getaway near the ocean

The condo is very close to the ocean with an ocean view. It was clean and very comfortable for two people. We were able to walk to restaurants and explore the towns along the Maryland shore. Management and the owner were very responsive. We had a nice relaxing week!

Wonderful condo

We loved staying in this unit! The updates that were made to it are wonderful. Very clean & amazing views! We love that it’s just steps to the beach and the park across the road is great for kiddos. Will definitely stay here again!

What a gem!

The condo was immaculate and decorated in a fun beachy theme. Kitchen was remarkably well stocked. It is cuter in person than online. Property manager was great to deal with.

Wonderful!

This condo is just lovely! Beautifully decorated and spotless clean! There were many "homey" touches. Loved that there were just families staying there. It is quiet, and we felt very safe! So close to the beach. We had a wonderful time! First time beaching it in September. We would love to return to your condo next year!

We love staying in our condo at The Marylander in North Ocean City. We love and chose this location for being within walking distance to restaurants, mini-golf, ice cream, and a great park across the coastal highway for our morning walks. The low density beach is great in the summertime. There is space for everyone and you don't feel so crammed in together.

We fell in love with our newly renovated condo for the lovely decor, the proximity to the beach (90 steps), the nice views of the ocean and visualized making some great memories at the beach with our family.
