We understand that your experience was not what was expected. While we have a high standard of cleanliness and the unit and bedding had been fully laundered, it was unfortunate that some hairs had stuck to the sheets and not been noticed in the making of the bed. This was an issue in 1 of the 2 bedrooms, the remaining unit being clean as far as I understood. I also offered to dispatch someone, though after hours of having anyone in the area, to take care of it, but you indicated that your daughter was already changing the bedding with the clean spare sheets that where in the closet. Since you indicated that the blanket also had hair (no proof received) and we did not have another blanket in unit, I requested that you wash it as the quickest and easiest solution as I would only have a cleaner in the area the next morning, leaving you without a blanket for the night. For this 1 bed, we provided a generous refund on the majority of the cleaning fee.
