Brand New Beach House LA SIRENA NAUTI- A pasos de la playa, ¡camina hacia todo!

Nueva casa de playa (completada en 2018) en el impresionante Guana Cay. A menos de 100 pies de la prístina playa de arena blanca de 7 millas, esta casa de playa está situada en un carril de acceso a la playa. Abundantes palmeras de coco rodean este oasis elevado con 300 pies de cubierta cubierta envolvente y vistas panorámicas del océano.
La sala de estar y la cocina de concepto abierto cuentan con techos abovedados, iluminación LED personalizada, pisos de madera noble laminados, muebles nuevos, cocina personalizada con una gran isla para cenar y puertas francesas dobles de gran tamaño que conducen a la amplia terraza que da al océano.
El dormitorio principal cuenta con baño privado con ducha y tocador, TV de pantalla plana, cama king size y puertas francesas de gran tamaño que conducen a la cubierta.
El dormitorio de invitados cuenta con un gran armario, cama queen size, acceso directo al segundo baño.
La gran terraza se completa con tumbonas, barbacoa y un juego de comedor de teca al aire libre.
Debajo de la casa hay un amplio estacionamiento cubierto para su carrito de golf (opcional), una ducha al aire libre y espacio para secar equipos de deportes acuáticos.
Esta casa está convenientemente ubicada a las afueras del pueblo, donde encontrará el muelle del ferry, supermercado, deportes acuáticos, alquiler de botes, tiendas de buceo, restaurantes, todo dentro de una caminata de 2 a 5 minutos.
La impresionante playa de 7 millas es el hogar del famoso Nippers Bar and Grill, a solo un paseo de la sirena Nauti. Justo al lado de la playa hay un vasto y hermoso arrecife de coral que se combina con peces y vida marina.

There is so much to love about this house. The location is great. You can walk to town in 5 minutes. In 30 yards you are at the beach. The house is roomy with high ceilings. The wrap around porch is fun to hang out on with 2 comfortable chaise lounges and 2 fans to keep you cool and at night to keep the bugs away. The kitchen pantry is not well stocked besides salt and pepper so bring the spices, oil and vinegar that you need. But it is easy to cook a good meal there. We stayed 5 nights and didn’t want to leave. The island is such a special place. We will be return.

More than worth it

Calica met us at the ferry dock and made sure we made it to the home and showed us around. She even brought back bug spray. Very clean and private with the most beautiful beach steps away. There is a reef with caverns right off of the beach that appeared to go the entire length of the beach. We snorkeled and easily saw sting rays, and all kinds of exotic bright fish. It was beyond amazing. You can actually see how close the reef is to the beach if you google maps it. We simply got in the water with our snorkels and were right there. Water is calm and serene. The beach goes on for miles and is deserted most of the time ( except Sundays). The home has everything you will need. We did stop at the grocery store on Marsh Harbour first but you don't need to. The stores on the island had plenty. You will need bug spray when not on the beach and it didn't seem to matter what time of day though worse in the evening.

Great place to stay in Guana

We stayed here in April. Nice new house wit ha great location. It's on the beach but secluded. Also close to nippers but you can't hear the noise from the bar. It's walking distance to everything in the settlement area.

Bright, clean, airy beach house just steps from amazing aqua sea and soft sand. Great service too’

Our family of four (including 4 & 1 yr olds) had a great week in Carla’s home. It’s incredibly convenient - while many on island had golf carts, we walked everywhere (1-2 min to amazing beach, <5 min to “town”, and <10 min to ferry and grocery store). The house was very clean and bright. We kept the doors and windows open by day and could hear the sound of the waves crashing & the wind in the surrounding palm trees. At night, we had air conditioning and plenty of ceiling fans, and the generator worked seamlessly when power did go out one time. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the beds are quite comfortable. Great wrap-around porch too for meals al fresco and lounging with good books while watching the palms sway. Beach (with beautiful water, great reef for snorkeling) was just steps away though not visible from house. The service from Carla and Darvin were fantastic too, from pre-booking questions via email to on-site assistance on the island, including setting up a last-minute chartered ferry from Marsh Harbor when our flight was delayed and we missed the normal ferry to picking us up in a golf cart at the dock for a tour of the town and house. Darvin was readily available all week and we felt very well cared for and lucky to be in such a beautiful island and part of the world. Really was a magical setting! Would recommend very highly!

Perfectly located and clean

This house is perfectly located with crystal clear water in its backyard and just steps away from nippers. The property manager was accessible and able to provide a golf cart among with other amenities. The house was clean and spacious. Overall great stay! We’ll definitely be back!
