This charming beach cottage is perfectly situated right in the dunes, just steps from the Atlantic Ocean via your own private beach walkway. With its unbeatable location and spacious ocean-facing porch, this coastal retreat invites you to slow down, breathe in the salty air, and savor the laid-back rhythm of island life.
Step inside and you’ll be greeted by a bright, open floor plan that immediately shows beautiful ocean views. The remodeled kitchen offers all the modern conveniences you’ll need—whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a seafood dinner to enjoy with the whole family. A large dining table comfortably seats eight, making it the perfect spot for meals, card games, or late-night storytelling. In the living area, a cozy sectional sofa invites you to stretch out and relax—ideal for catching up on your favorite shows, reading a good book, or simply unwinding after a day on the beach.
The cottage features a classic, family-friendly layout with two bedrooms on each side of the main living space. The primary bedroom offers a plush king-size bed, gorgeous ocean views, and a private en suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. Perfect for kids or young-at-heart travelers, the bunk room features two sets of twin bunk beds and has direct access to a shared bathroom, also with a walk-in shower. Two additional queen guest bedrooms provide comfortable and versatile accommodation for extended family or friends, ensuring everyone has a cozy space to retreat to.
Outside, the home continues to impress. The expansive oceanfront porch is the perfect perch for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine, and it leads directly to your private walkway through the dunes. Spend your mornings beachcombing for shells and sea glass or simply enjoy the peaceful sounds of the waves as the sun rises over the Atlantic. After a day in the sun, the outdoor shower offers a refreshing rinse that’s sure to make you feel like a local.
When you're ready to explore, you’ll find local shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance, giving you a true taste of the island’s charm and flavor. Whether your idea of the perfect vacation includes quiet mornings on the porch, action-packed days paddle boarding and biking, or sunset strolls along the shore, “Ocean’s Edge” offers the ideal setting for your family to make unforgettable beach memories.

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queen, 2 Bunks (Twin/Twin).
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 4 vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
