¡Nos encantaría compartir nuestra casa con usted! Nuestra casa de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños recién construida se encuentra en el vecindario tranquilo de Doc Allen Drive, cerca de Kane Creek Road, a poca distancia (o en bicicleta de crucero) de la ciudad. Lo amueblamos con muebles nuevos y elegantes, utensilios de cocina de alta gama y ropa de cama de lujo. Encontrará todo lo que necesita para que su viaje sea agradable.

Las características de la casa y el plano de planta abierto y los grandes ventanales en el comedor le dan una sensación maravillosa. La casa tiene aire acondicionado para mantenerte fresco si viajas en los meses más cálidos. Dos de las habitaciones tienen baño privado. El tercer dormitorio tiene un baño completo justo al lado de la puerta. En el cuarto de lavado, encontrará una lavadora / secadora de gran tamaño y un banco de entrada con ganchos para mantener su equipo exterior ordenado y organizado.

El garaje para 2 autos tiene una mesa de ping pong para que pueda tener una competencia saludable con su familia o amigos. También puede hacer una barbacoa y disfrutar de una deliciosa cena mientras disfruta de la vista de la cordillera de La Sal. El patio trasero es espacioso y tiene grava, por lo que puede estacionar su pequeña casa rodante si está de paso. El camino de entrada está subiendo una colina, pero tiene espacio para dar la vuelta si su RV tiene alrededor de 20 pies de largo.

La casa respalda el popular sendero de ciclismo de montaña Pipe Dream. Si andar en bicicleta no es lo tuyo, también puedes dar un corto paseo por el sendero detrás de la casa para disfrutar de las vistas.

This was our second six-week stay here and it was just as perfect as the first time. Great location, easy walk into town (and to Moab Brewery), and perfect central location for access to national parks and mountain bike trails (Pipeline and Below the Rocks are right behind the house!). Huge garage with a bike stand which was really appreciated as I had to bleed brakes and replace a bottom bracket during our stay. Amazing views of the La Sals and Moab’s famous red rock cliffs. Could not recommend enough for an extended stay in Moab.

It’s hard to describe how awesome this property is in Moab

If you are looking for an amazing place for an extended stay in Moab this is the place you want to book (except for the time I will be re-booking the property for next year…you don’t want those weeks ;-) ). Great location, house layout is terrific, nice garage for toys, this place has it all.

Spacious, convenient and everything we needed

My husband and I stayed here for 2 months and had a wonderful time. Having been our 4th Spring in Moab, we knew our way around town and the area and this home allowed us to bike to everything. The views of the La Salles are fantastic. The hosts were always available if something came up. We would stay here again!

Better Than Expected, Like New Home

Clean, spacious, and decorated like a real home. Beds and linen were high quality. We brought a trailer, bikes, and side-by-side and appreciated the roomy garage and extra parking. Home was ready to use, stocked with towels, toilet paper, and laundry detergent. Really appreciate the chocolate and drinks! Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Hosts were responsive and pleasant.

Best Vacation- EVER

The property was very spacious and quiet. The remodel looked amazing. Extremely close to town, Arches, and Canyonlands Natl parks. Unfortunately, I had to work way more than planned, but the Wifi was fast so that was a tremendous blessing. Hosts are extremely quick to text back for any questions. Lots of dishware, and spices. It was absolutely perfect for our needs and are already planning on coming back with our son and his family.

The best!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! It feels much more like a home than a short-term rental. We stayed all of July and were ready to book for the following year after our first night. Open floor plan makes the house feel HUGE. 2 car garage so we could store our bikes, kayaks and climbing gear. Very quiet street only 2 blocks from downtown. The view from the dining room table can't be beat. Owners are super cool!!!

Wonderful house at a perfect location !

Our plans only allowed us to stay here for a little over one week but it was well worth the cost to have our own house with a private yard. Chipmunks and ground squirrels living in the rocks along the property line kept us entertained and the neighbor's bird feeders attracted a variety of birds including many hummingbirds. The views in every direction were wonderful and the location is only a couple minutes to the main highway with shopping and restaurants. Jody was a great host and communicator. Absolutely nothing to complain about and we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Mountain Biking Vacation in Moab!

We stayed a month in this beautiful home, what a wonderful vacation we had. Very pleased with the house, it is well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and keeping things neat and tidy was a breeze. The house is spacious with plenty of room to spread out, of course having the Pipedream trail in your back yard is pretty awesome too. What gorgeous views morning and night. We were close to town but super quiet and no light pollution: gorgeous night sky/ stars! Looking forward to next time!

Spectacular MOAB Experience

It doesn’t get much better than this. The property/building/home/appliances/location/views are all very desirable. I spent the month of JUNE, 2021, there. My goal was to immerse myself in the photography of the arches of the region. I did just that…both inside & outside Arches Nat’l Park. I photographed nearly 30 arches, some on several occasions. The property is situated in a location where you can avoid “down town” except for when you want to provision, dine, or, get gas. I could easily ride my bike, on the quiet backstreets, from the house to the paved bike trail which continued along the very picturesque, Colorado River. An added attraction was the two+ car garage. It made life easy to park my 4Runner inside, anytime I was not out adventuring. The whole VRBO/MOAB experience tickled my heart.

Absolutely Wonderful!

I loved every minute of the two months I stayed in this beautiful, private, and comfortable house. The views are simply outstanding, and you're also close to town, which isn't the case for a lot of Moab resort properties, as many are out in Spanish Valley, which isn't as handy and feels very different. As a previous long-time Moab resident, I enjoy being in town and closer to Arches and the backcountry, which this property provides. The house is newer and very clean and has one of the best-equipped kitchens with top of the line appliances and cookware. The beds are super comfortable, and having two custom walk-in showers will make everyone happy, as well as two tubs, one tub having a shower. Lots of room in the garage and parking area, and my dogs loved the hiking trail right above the house. The yard isn't fenced, but it wasn't a problem at all, with rock walls all around, though you will want to keep an eye on your dogs. Everyone loved the pingpong table in the garage. Thanks, Jody and Jeff, for offering such a beautiful and yet pet-friendly property.

Best Place Ever

This is the best property that I've stayed at. If it is available, don't think more, just book it. - Location is the best trails and red rock walls right out the back door - Furnishing were top-notch, not like some rentals where you can tell they skimp, this place was new and well decorated - Attention to detail can be seen throughout, the grill was great and had a full propane tank - Neighborhood was excellent and the neighbors were friendly - The owners were great, helpful when needed. We stayed for a little over a month in the middle of the pandemic and were happy that we did and wish we never had to leave.

This property has beautiful views. It is a new house. Linens and towels are great quality. The kitchen is very well equipped with upscale appliances, pots and pans, kitchen gadgets, very nice knives and flatware. There is lots of space, a great tv. Looks exactly like the posted pictures. The owners are very responsive to questions. We will definitely reserve this property on our next visit to Moab. There was no down side to this home.

Moab Memories

We have just returned from our August stay in Moab and this house is fabulous both inside and out! It is a great location with the trailhead for The Pipieline Trail just up the street, an easy walk to the Slickrock Cinema's and Moab Brewery and it has stunning views of the Moab Rim and the La Sal Mountains. With Moab being the center of biking, hiking and jeeping, the adventures are endless. We have stayed in Moab many times before, but this stay was by far the best and this property made the difference! We will be back! Ken & Karen Engquist

We want to provide you with an experience that allows you to enjoy our home as if it's your own. We are avid mountain bikers, love to eat out, and explore new areas.

We have been looking for a 2nd home in Moab for years. We have been visiting and enjoying mountain biking and hiking since 2002 and have always wanted to spend more time in the Moab desert. When we saw this property, we knew it was the one we have been waiting for.

We were attracted to the convenient in-town location, nice neighborhood, the privacy, and the view. It's tough to find all of these elements in a single family home in Moab. This house was constructed in late 2017 and the floorplan is perfect for a vacation home. We have stocked it with everything you can imagine and the interior design is a fresh alternative to the norm. Oh and you can bring your dog!
