The host was great and even called to let us know in advance that there was a small leak from the roof that was a non issue. The leak was resolved by the hoa very quickly. The host also worked with our schedule to allow us to checkin slightly early. Will definitely try to stay here again when I return to Moab.

Beautiful home, very clean and comfortable. We stayed 4 nights and used this as our base for travel to National and State Parks. Communication with the owner was easy and very responsive. Highly recommend this home for any length of stay.

This property was great! A newer neighborhood just outside of Moab. Very comfortable beds and we loved the decor. The outside porch area was great to sit and relax.

Enjoyed everything about this property. It was clean & had everything we needed to be comfortable for our 5 night stay. My husband & I appreciated that it is in a nice neighborhood & close proximity to Arches & Canyonlands national parks. Host was very quick to respond to any questions we had & is easy to communicate with. Great home away from home!

This place was amazing!! Definitely more room than we needed for just my husband and I. It was great!!! The check in process was a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. We would have stayed longer than 7 days but someone else beat me to the booking. I highly recommend this unit.

Great for our short stay in Moab

Place was well located to Moab and activities, as well as Arches National Park. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and bath amenities like shampoo and conditioner. Pool was a little crowdedBut that was to be expected with it being so hot! Overall a great stay.

Family vacation

The property overall is ok. The pool and hot tub area are very nice. The pictures on the site are definitely taken by a professional as the space is not as big and open as it seems. We had a snafu at arrival the condo was not very clean. I contacted the host who sent the cleaner to the condo….this is where it gets uncomfortable and awkward. The host wanted me to tell the cleaner what needed to be cleaned. The host asked for photos which I sent to her. At that point I was honestly trying to find another rental to stay at…unfortunately it was Jeep week in Moab and nothing was available.

Great place to stay

This is our second time staying here. This place is a great clean base to relax after exploring Moab. It has a well stocked kitchen and comfortable couches for unwinding. Would love to come back again in the future.

Perfect home away from home

Might be the best place we ever rented. I have not one single complaint, it was perfect. Great location. House had everything we would expect, everything we would need and more. Communication from owner was amazing when I locked myself out.

Moab adventure trip

Everything was as described. Nice location with lots of amenities. Nice to have room to spread out, cook, do laundry, etc. The garage was nice for extra secure storage. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay near Moab

This was a nice location for being able to visit Arches, and Canyonlands. Kitchen was well furnished as was the laundry room. It was clean and nice place to stay.

Great place to stay while visiting Moab

This was a great place to stay near Moab and Arches National Park. It was clean and plenty of pillows, blankets, kitchen tools, etc. The grill was nice. Everything felt safe especially since you were able to park in the garage. The owner was very very easy and kind to work with and helped us out with tweaking our reservation when it didn't update on the VRBO app. I definitely recommend staying here.

Very clean!

This was a great property, very clean and well maintained. Only complaint is the smell of the cleaning products /fabric softener was too strong, we prefer fragrance free products due to artificial fragrance allergies. Would still recommend this property!

Wonderful

The property was very inviting. I loved the decor. They had everything you could need in the kitchen. It had pool toys and other things for kids to do as well. Communication was excellent, will be recommending this house to others. Wonderful hosts and home!

Great place to stay

Loved our stay here. Comfortable, clean, and relaxing. Everything we needed was provided and the location just out of town was perfect for us. Lots to explore and do around the area. If we ever get back to Moab we would love to stay here again.

My son and daughter n law live in Moab and are originally from Texas. We would come to visit them often and loved Moab so much we all decided to buy a vacation home together for when we come visit and to also open a nightly rental. The area is really a beautiful place and so much to do! If you have never been to Moab you are missing out!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This home is located 10 minutes out of town and is very quiet and private. You have a view of the La Sal mountains and a view of the rock rim. Very easy to get to, clean, and organized with all the necessities. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, fireplace, patio, balcony, garage, bike rack, washer/dryer and close to all the adventurous things to do in the Moab area!
