Disfrute de actividades durante todo el año en Granby Ranch y comunidades cercanas, bosques y parques, como Winter Park, Grand Lake, Devils Thumb, Rocky Mountain National Park mientras se hospeda en este condominio de tres dormitorios y tres baños. Observe a su familia y amigos esquiar por la montaña en invierno y andar en bicicleta o caminar por la montaña en verano mientras se relaja en la terraza. Nuestra terraza también es un buen lugar para disfrutar de la fiesta de bodas que va y viene de la ceremonia en la cima de uno de los picos de Granby Ranch. Another Amazing Stay

Once again, we could not be happier with the accommodations that we had with this unit. It is well kept and well stocked. It has easy access to the slopes. There is a great view from the balcony to watch all the lifts and slopes. The hosts are great to work with. So glad we could find a date that worked with our schedule again this year. We will be back again next year to spend another weekend with family at Granby Ranch in this unit.

Lovely property

This condo had everything you could ask for. Very convenient to the lifts with beautiful views of the ski area. We had 6 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. I particularly liked sitting on the patio where it was sunny and quiet. Property was very clean and well furnished in the kitchen, baths and with lots of games to play during our stay. Communication with property manager was excellent. We'll definitely stay again.

Granby ski trip

The condo was perfect! Very clean and had plenty of room for our family. Loved the location which made the ski in ski out experience great. We will definitely plan on staying here again.

Awesome condo overlooking the Granby Ranch Base

3 generations were able to have a great vacation skiing together at Granby Ranch. The lifts are just steps away from the building which made it so easy to get the kids to ski school or catch the first chair. The view is awesome and you can see all of the base and watch as you skiers are coming down to the base. Great for families and first time skiers.

Perfect condo for holiday ski trip!

We have been taking a family ski trip to Granby Ranch for the past 16 years and have rented this condo numerous times. The condo is clean, well stocked for cooking family meals in the evening, and the condo has amazing views of the ski area from the fourth floor. We also love parking our vehicle in the heated ground level garage. The owners are quick to respond and have really thought of anything that is needed during the stay. The ski resort has made some nice improvements in the past couple of years including improving pass scanning with the use of a gate system and improved ski making equipment. Such a great trip!

great condo - we would come back!

We really enjoyed the condo and found it comfortable and spacious. Fantastic location and great views of the resort and mountains. I would recommend staying here and would gladly come back.

Great wedding weekend

We had a very relaxed stay in Granby Ranch. Beth made sure we were comfortable from the start and answered questions in a timely manner. Condo was well stocked and we felt at home. Weather was hot during the day but comfortable at night. We were amazed at how peacefully quiet the atmosphere was! Restaurant food was delicious and staff very accomodating!

Wonderful family trip!

We traveled to Granby Ranch for my nieces wedding. Beth’s condo was absolutely perfect! We had everything we could have wanted for our stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. My grandchildren had plenty of toys to play. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!!

First Family Ski Trip

Our family enjoyed our stay at Beth & Jeff's lovely condo! It was clean, comfortable, and inviting! Our kids had a great time on their first ski trip. We loved being able to walk to the ski rentals and lift. We also appreciated being able to easily walk back to the condo for lunch and rest. We can't wait to go back!

Great view

This property is nice with great views. I do wish the kitchen was stocked a little more with serving utensils. We enjoyed the large kitchen table for eating and games. They had anything you would need for your stay. We would definitely recommend this unit to others.

Wonderful Ski Trip

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was so much fun to sit on the balcony and watch all the activity at the base, especially the terrain park competition. There is a view of the runs from every room. The condo was clean, welcoming, and very spacious. It was extremely well stocked, and all the little things were thought of. We loved the convenience of the garage parking and ski locker. We agreed that this is one of our favorite Granby Ranch rentals.

Base Camp One Has Our Hearts

We love staying at Base Camp One for our family ski trips because it is so convenient for everyone to come in and out and for whoever is not skiing to still enjoy the view and watch everyone from the balcony. This year we brought Mimi and Papa along and needed a bigger space and this listing did the trick. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and had the perfect view to watch the kids coming down the slopes and getting on the lifts. Beds were comfortable, everything we needed was there. Look forward to staying here again next year, because Mimi and Papa want to come again! Thank you for sharing your space with us!!

Another 5 stars weekend

This our second stay in this unit and it was just as good as the first. It has an excellent view of the slopes and is an easy walk to the lifts and lodge area. The unit is one of the best stocked units we have stayed in with new appliances, lots of cookware and other supplies. Owners are easy to communicate with and are a pleasure to deal with. We give it another 5 stars plus rating! We will definitely be back for another stay next year.

If you’re looking at this property, look no further. The location is perfect ski in/ski out. Incredibly spacious! The owners were beyond communicative and so kind. Very well-stocked and easily felt like home. Underground heated parking: bonus! New spacious communal hot tub and pool is fantastic. Book this property immediately!

We really enjoyed our stay in Granby. Property was spacious, fully stocked and truly comfortable for our family. And end unit with lots of windows looking over base area. Great choice!!!

Wonderful Mountain Wedding

We were at Granby for our son's wedding and the location could not have been better. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Lots of room for hanging out. The host is very responsive as well. Definitely will stay here again!

Our family purchased this condo (our third at Base Camp) after coming to, what is now, Granby Ranch for 24 years. It is our pleasure and privilege to share this great condo at this small, family oriented ski, hiking and biking mountain community.

We chose Granby Ranch area as it is, by far, our favorite destination out of all the ski areas/resorts within two hours of our home in Denver area. We chose Base Camp One because of its proximity to the mountain and lodge in addition to its amenities. And finally, we chose this particular unit because of its location in the building and orientation to the mountain. This corner unit is on the fourth/top floor and has three beautiful views of the ski mountain, lifts, biking/hiking trails and lodge.

Granby Ranch is a warm and welcoming biking, hiking and ski mountain community. It is an enjoyable place to spend time together, year-round.
