Settle into Base Camp Retreat, our cozy condo right at Granby Ranch’s base. Take the elevator from the garage, stroll to the lifts and trails, and sip coffee on the deck facing the slopes. After adventure, light the fireplace, stream a movie, and grill dinner as the sun sets. Sleeps 6 (plus infant) with a king suite and a bunk + trundle room. Perfect for couples and small families exploring skiing, biking, Grand Lake, and Rocky Mountain National Park.
At McAdams Properties, we pride ourselves on providing amazing vacation experiences! We are located remotely, but will be happy to connect with you via email, text or phone anytime to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. We also have local resources standing by, if needed.
Located just 25 minutes past Winter Park on highway 40, Granby Ranch is one of Colorado's best kept secrets. We chose this location due to the significant number of activities available year-round and the relaxing atmosphere due to the absence of large crowds found at the larger resorts. Whether it's skiing, tubing, biking, golfing, fishing or just kicking back and relaxing, you can find it all here in Granby Ranch.

Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! Upgraded finishes, cozy furnishings, towels and linens. Parking for one vehicle is available in the heated garage below the complex. A storage locker for ski or and golf equipment is available for your use in the locker room on the first level. The kitchen, all living & sleeping areas and balcony are available for your full use.
There is a community fire pit and seating area outside the condo building that is available for use. There are also community grills by the fire pit.
The community Ranch Hall, located next to the condo complex, is available for guest use and features a heated pool and hot tub that are available year-round. You will need to purchase a daily guest pass at the pool for $20 per person/per day. Children 8 and under are free. For a pass to be issued you must provide proof that you are staying in this home. The welcome email or the confirmation email, showing the address, should suffice. Granby Ranch requires a paid day pass and signed waiver for guest use of the community Ranch Hall and community trails. See their website for details.
