Beautiful 5 Bedroom, 3 bath waterfront home on Clearlake w/private hot tub

Beautiful lakefront home, fully furnished with all the amenities. 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens, detached bonus room with bunk beds, great room-style living with open kitchen and wet bar opening onto a covered deck overlooking the lake, dock, lawn, and hot tub. Central cooling and heating. An excellent swim dock with a jet ski lift and the ability to moor your boat to the swim dock. Closest boat ramp is in Lucerne, approximately 5 miles away.

Several casinos minutes away and local grocery store (Sentry) within 5 miles. Multiple wineries in the area provide tastings and are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can also explore the many hiking/biking trails nearby. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water.

There are security cameras at our house. There are security cameras on premise, which will be turned off once you arrive. There are 4 cameras located outside, 2 are located facing the driveway, one facing the hot tub and one facing the dock. The driveway and dock cameras will remain on for security purposes and to help us monitor the lake water levels for our docks.

10% discount for military members and first responders.

$300 cleaning fee + $100 hot tub fee (drained & sanitized after each reservation).

Great lakefront property

Denise was incredibly responsive and helpful. The property was amazing. Plenty of room to sleep a large group comfortably. The backyard space is awesome and great for lounging. We had our 23’ boat and the dock and mooring was perfect and made it very easy. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Beautiful Lakefront Property

The owners were wonderful and communicative. The house is as advertised and more. Great stocked kitchen and comfortable living spaces. Would highly recommend booking here for your next vacation.

Family Vaca

The house was spacious and had plenty of rooms. We especially loved that fact that we could fish from the dock. We had beautiful sunsets and sunrises out on the deck.

Great lake house!

Our family of 16 enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. The large family room was great for our all-family Sunday morning "church" gathering, the two kitchens were awesome - 1 for coffee and toast, the larger for cooking everything else and 2 refrigerators - and plenty of cabinets and counter space, really nice bathrooms with lots of hooks, lovely bedrooms. The spa was a hit!

This home is amazing from the house to the views we had an amazing family weekend getaway!

What a great family weekend getaway! This property is exactly as described and even better than the photos! Everything was perfect! The property was clean, plenty of space, an amazing deck and boat ramp! The kids had a great time fishing! Once one caught one they all needed to! Such great family bonding with cooking in the kitchen to dinners on the deck. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us and hopefully we will be able to return in the future😊

Great Getaway

We had 12 people in our group and the house accommodated all of us adequately. There is plenty of space for everyone to find a lounge spot and hang out. The second kitchen was a bonus and made the stay that much more comfortable. The easy access to dock and water was great, the deck/patio and views were spectacular, and the hot tub was used every night-that too was a feature we did not anticipate appreciating so much. The property also sits at the beginning of a frontage road and that made for nice evening walks and access to a local restaurant so we didn’t have to cook each night. The location right on the highway was not a problem once you’re settled, but getting in and out of the driveway especially when backing in trailers, etc. was a bit stressful. The driveway itself provided ample room for our vehicles. Overall, our trip was a success. The host was very communicative, very friendly and reasonable, and we would stay again for sure.

Great house but beware of rice flies

The house provides everything your party and you will need. Lots of sleeping options bathroom, multiple kitchens and very spacious common areas where you can cook, dine and relax comfortably. The outside space is very nice as well unfortunately rice flies really are a nuisance and prevent you to enjoy the outdoors from the evening to lunch (no dinner or breakfast out there). Without that it'd have been the perfect weekend get away.

A Great Spot

A great home in a great location. The water was very low during our stay but we were still able to make use of the swim dock to access our boat. The living area was spacious enough for all to lounge and the views are pretty amazing. Highly recommended.

Lovely Lake House with a Fabulous View!

The house, although a bit quirky in layout, was spacious and clean and more than enough of what we needed for our group of friends and children. The outdoors was also very nice, with a big deck and impeccable side yard with a toasty hot tub. And the VIEW! wow. Gorgeous. Unfortunately the crazy rice flies prohibited us from spending too much time outside at the house, but we visited a nearby winery one day, which was heavenly (and fly free). All in all we had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Great vacation rental!

Our group had a great time at this home over Thanksgiving. You get what you see in the listing. We enjoyed the gorgeous view of the lake & loved watching the birds on the water. The home is well stocked with pretty much everything -towels, pot & pans, dishes etc..... addition of shower gel/body wash & shampoo would have been nice. Definitely a home that we will consider again for a staycation!

Great Vacation Rental!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The view from the house is beautiful. The home itself is very spacious and open and served our group size and needs very well. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, equipment and dishes, cups, etc. It was also really nice to have a second kitchen with another refrigerator. The second kitchen also houses a washer and dryer, which is nice to have, if needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels. The backyard/side yard area was our favorite. We enjoyed using the lawn games, hot tub and fire pit in the evening. It was unfortunate that during our stay the water was too low and mucky to swim in right from the dock, but that’s due to the drought and outside of anyone’s control. Denise & Ben were accommodating and responsive when we reached out. All in all, we had a great time and look forward to our next visit!

Weekend Stay

The view from the property is amazing. The description provided on the website is also very accurate and the managers are very responsive to e-mail message and texts. It was unfortunate that the water level was low due to the drought and we had to drive a bit in order to enjoy any water sports.

Mosquitoes house

If you love mosquitoes this place is for you The mosquitoes was so overwhelming that I can’t even enjoy going out to fish or relax in the backyard or bbq. I got charge for additional guests fee which the listings says up to 15 guests and I had 14 guests. Just beware!

Hi Nancy, I'm sorry that you had some issues but in our Welcome package I sent you it states the following: Rice flies (they look like mosquitos) are seasonal and can be a nuisance at times, but they do not bite. If they get in the house, please do not swat them against the walls or ceiling. Use the small vacuum cleaner in the closet near the bar area to suck them up. They usually die within 24 hours but can hatch again. The key is to keep the doors and windows closed and exterior lights off at night. We’ve also put up screen doors on the sliding patio door and Rec Room, if you tap the screen before going thru each time, they will fly away and this also helps prevent them from coming in. Also, in the rates section, it says any guests over 12 people will be charged $50 per person, per night. Upon booking you should have seen this in the charges along with the cleaning and jacuzzi fees. I'm sorry if you overlooked those fees before booking. Again, I'm sorry you had any issues with the Rice flies and yes they are a nuisance. Denise

Great and relaxing get away

We stayed over 4th weekend with 2 families of 4. Four kids 15-18. House was super cool and fantastic for a party our size. Teenagers had nice alone space which they appreciated. Really well stocked with pretty much anything youll need including extras like lots of paper towel, baggies, TP. I’ve been to some rentals that really scrimp on that stuff which is frustrating. Denise had it really well stocked. There is a TON of fridge space which was also very cool for large group. Unfortunately for us water level was really low so lots of algae but we knew that was possible going in and is nature. We just ran up to blue lake to swim which otherwise we likely wouldn’t have ventured there and it was sooo beautiful. The views at night were phenomenal and was really nice watching wildlife. We had a great time and super happy we rented the lake house!!!!

Awesome weekend getaway

My family and I had an awesome weekend celebrating our sins HS graduation. The location of the house is perfect right on the water. The kids were able to lower the swim dock and spent hours in the water. The hot tub in the deck was a huge hit, the only issue we had was with all of the flies but we were warned about them prior to our stay, we weren’t able to put the fire pit to use due to all the flies but other than that everything was great. Huge space for the whole family, we enjoyed every minute of our stay!!

Great waterfront rental

The property is well kept and the owners are VERY responsive. We had a few issues with appliances but the owner is getting them fixed. Overall the property worked very well for our large group of 8 adults and 2 children. The main entertaining area is absolutely fantastic; it is very large with windows all around and is open to the kitchen so your entire group can be together very comfortably. This is not a full time rental property, it is the owners' vacation home as well so the kitchen is well stocked with plates, cups, pots, pans, etc. and the owners care for the property very well.

This place is very nice with beautiful view.

It's our first time rental a lake house. But Denise was attentive, super responsive via message to any question and concern we have. The house was well appointed and we spent much of our time looking at the lake. We catching a dozens of crappies fish from the dock. The lake house was perfect we love our stay and the kids enjoyed the beautiful hot tub. All I can say is that this is the best, well stocks, has everything like your own home, very clean, and the most beautiful lake house we have ever been to. We very much enjoyed our stay and are looking forward for next year vacation again. We definitely recommend this beautiful lake house to families and friends.

The most perfect and peaceful getaway!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The family and friends had a wonderful time at this beautiful lake house. The view was breathtaking and the home was such a relaxing atmosphere. The best part was being able to fish right on the dock! Communication with the host was great and we appreciate the accommodations upon request.

So Relaxing

Perfect place to get away and enjoy the family. House was spacious and very clean. The view was amazing. The fishing was great right off the dock. From ages 8 to 77, all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
