Al entrar, te sorprenderá la amplitud de este condominio 2BR / 2BA.

Ya sea café por la mañana o cócteles por la noche, disfrutará de la pintoresca vista del lago y el campo de golf desde su porche proyectado.

La decoración es de buen gusto, cálida y acogedora, con baldosas cerámicas neutrales y tonos azules de spa populares en la costa.

La cocina está completamente equipada con todas las comodidades del hogar, incluido un sistema de café Ninja con espuma. El bistro de la cocina tiene capacidad para dos, además de la mesa de comedor con capacidad para seis.

El dormitorio principal ofrece un rey, el segundo dormitorio dos gemelos con un tercer gemelo ubicado en un área de bonificación. Además, hay un NUEVO sofá cama Queen. ¡Cómodas habitaciones para dormir para siete!

Ambos baños han sido actualizados con azulejos decorativos y duchas.

We were able to walk to the beach and pool ( or take the golf cart because it was more fun!) and fish from the backyard! We could also take the golf cart to the grocery store/ shopping and additional fishing sites. The property manager was very friendly and easy to get ahold of. Definitely recommend!

We have stayed in the area many times, the first time in this condo. This condo is best for small families. The extra bedroom beds are not adult size, twin beds. To difficult to sleep in extra bedroom as there is no ventilation, gets stuffy in there in summer.

Great!!! Would definitely stay again, the only reason why I didn’t give it a five was because of the construction that was going on with the property above our as a result not being able to access our patio. But communication was 100% and the property manager was very understanding

I liked the property a lot. Really good layout and golf cart very convenient and needed, however if y’all come in a group of 6 the golf cart is only for 4 passengers, so two trips or tram choice . I have no complaints, everything well stuck and property was clean. Huge place, get familiar with the area and that will make everything easier. We had a little bit of a challenge getting around the first day. The only situation we faced, was the parking space. No assigned parking space, first come first serve, but at this time of the year it was not full, so we parked at the next set of buildings and it worked for us. We were never able to park in front of the apartments….

Shower in master sprayed VERY hard and drain backed up so standing in water entire shower. Golf cart wouldn’t charge one day. Both of these issues were addressed satisfactorily. It is an older property and decor is a bit hodgepodge but inspite of that it was a pleasant stay.

Great spot

This was our second time staying in the Tivoli area and in our opinion it’s the best location within Sandestin. The unit was spotless, having the golf cart was key, and walking out onto the golf course off the patio was really fun for our young son.

Reviewer Comments: Not happy to go to beach, and beach service takes over most of the space, what's the point of owner having free chairs to use when you can't find a place to sit them down. There's no beauty in seeing the beach or ocean when it's covered in umbrellas every foot!!! Master bed squeaky at headboard, hard to get comfortable.Golf cart was nice.

We loved the drive up, park and walk up to the front door, the screened porch for a quiet morning, the closeness to the beach and the golf cart.

Lovely resort

Great location and wonderful rental with all the amenities we could ask for. Loved the ease of check-in, and loved the condo that we stayed in for a week. The resort is beautiful with easy access to the beach, a golf cart for getting around and bike and walking trails that made for a perfect stay.

Two Weeks in Paradise

Reviewer Comments: We got to spend 2 weeks in a new place that felt as comfortable as home, started with a quick trip to the Wnn Dixie to get some groceries for the weeks pretty much had an 2 meals a day in and had 1 or two out, it was nice being able to make meals as we wanted to, but with so many Great places to eat in the area if you don’t want to cook you can always find something Good to eat around the area too from Seafood to Comfort Food, the other things about the condo comfortably was Great! Sitting on the patio and having coffee in the morning or a few cocktails in the evening or watching golfers during the day was fun and entertaining at times. The golf cart is a great feature for easy running around Sandestin for a evening of fun and entertainment in the Village or a nice quick run to the beach and we also enjoyed driving around looking at some of the houses and sights of the area, I’m not sure if my description of the condo shows the Love we have for the time we were there, but it was a Great 2 Weeks that I could have made my forever home if I could afford the move, I believe you will enjoy it as much as we did, and also the Beach!

The extra little twin bed in the closet was perfect for my 3 year old and gave him his own space. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to make some delicious meals. Overall our stay was nice. We liked the neighborhood but the condo could do with some updating. The sheets and beds were not very comfortable.
