Sitting on your private deck you can unwind with a view of the of the Choctawhatchee Bay, the lakes on the fairway or the beautiful sunrises.

This charming unit has a spacious open floor plan including two bedrooms and two and half bathrooms.. The fully-equipped kitchen with washer and dryer opens to the living and dining area. The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 4. The living room faces more windows and features a flat screen tv so there's plenty of room for the whole family to curl up and watch movies or enjoy the scenery, living room also has a queen sleeper sofa.

The open staircase leads to the Master Suite, complete with a king-sized bed, private bath with ensuite bathroom, flat screen television and more views of those coastal landscapes. The additional bedroom upstairs has two twin-size beds, a large closet, it's own private bath and of course, a flat screen television.

This home is located in the quiet, relaxing Fairways community on the bay side of Sandestin and has a true neighborhood feel. The Sandestin Owners Club offers one of many pools just down the street and a heated pool to use closer to Baytowne. Take a walk, bike or jog around the lakes and bay, and remember there is a tunnel under Highway 98 that takes you straight to the beach. Take a dip in the New Audubon Pool at the entrance of Fairways.

You could spend your entire vacation in Sandestin. It offers everything you need for a memorable vacation-four award-winning golf courses, numerous neighborhood pools, abundant dining and shopping, spa services and more. Or take advantage of everything nearby Destin or 30-A has to offer.
