Questions were answered in a very timely manner before our stay. House was exactly as pictured and was clean. Was the perfect space for our daughter’s wedding weekend on Omni property.

It was such a great house. I can't say enough about how amazing this place was. You know how most places don't meet your expectations once you are there? Well, this one did! Would recommend without question.

Cool house. Great Location

Family trip to enjoy the beaches and meet up with friends. House was a 5 minute walk to beach. Beach toys, chairs, and beach wagon were in garage. Golf cart was terrific. Lots of room for kids to play and terrific location.

Overall a good stay!

We overall enjoyed the house. Very easy to access, good space for a group, location on the plantation close to everything, enjoyed having the golf cart and fairly kid friendly besides the stairs. The only complaint would be that it did not seem to be cleaned very well with animal hair and dust in places, a mattress topper left off one of the beds, and a stain on one of the sheets. Bare minimum products/utensils (ex: no salt and pepper) which is fine, we came mostly prepared with cooking oil and some other toiletry items.

One of 3 houses rented for about 20 brokers for a company trip of golf and fishing. Great!!

Family get away

The house was very nice but dusty you could tell nobody had stayed there for awhile. Then on the 6th day one of the bedrooms had bug infestation, I called and was told bug company would come and spray. The next day the bathroom had bug infestation also. They did offer to have someone come clean up the bugs I said no because only had to stay the night and check out in AM. Was very inconvenient my daughter had to move downstairs to hid-a-bed and we all had to share the master bathroom. I asked about a discount and was told they don't give discounts for problems like we had because they fixed the problem! Was not fixed bugs were a problem the next day in the bathroom. Not very happy with that ANSWER at all!!! This was the 2nd time I used them for rental not sure I will use this service again??

Roofer work while on vacation

We were there for a 5 night stay during the most expensive time of year. Paid top dollar for stay at a secluded resort where quiet is expected. Instead, as soon as we arrived there was a roofing company tearing up the roof over the master bedroom to repair a previous repair under warrantee. That roofer was there for 4 of the 5 days making plenty of noise on the roof during the entire day! In addition, the advertisement claimed there was a new gas grill outside. That was a complete falsehood. It appeared old enough to have its interior paint chipping off and it was beyond cleanable. I asked for the management firm to have the owner contact me for an adjustment and was told by the management firm the owner was not giving back any of the cost of the stay. Expect the same arrogant greedy lack of accountability if something breaks down in the future at this home like a A/C unit. Not even VRBO would consider that covered under the "Confidence Guarantee.

Great place for family vacation

We celebrated Christmas at this lovely beach house. The property is a short beautiful walk to the beach so we were able to take morning walks to see the sunrise The property itself was wonderfully comfortable-- we relaxed and caught our breath after a crazy year! Thank you!
