The Space:
The Sparkleberry house is a 2-story, 3,400 square foot home with an open floor plan that features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large gourmet kitchen, outdoor patio and a spa-inspired master bathroom.

The common living space includes 2 couches, 2 leather chairs and a glass card table with seating for four.  Ceiling to floor sliding glass doors and windows across the entire main floor truly bring nature and the outside in.  These doors open to a patio that includes bench seating and a table and chairs for outdoor dining.

This home is located in the prestigious Amelia Island Plantation.  While you are making memories on your visit to the beach, you sacrifice nothing in this spacious home.  The chef is center stage in this gourmet kitchen that opens into the living space.  A fully-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops and farmhouse sink will meet all your cooking needs.  Options for dining space include 6 barstools, a breakfast nook and formal dining at your 8-seat dining table.

The master bedroom is located main floor and serves as an oasis for rest and relaxation.  A seating area with a loveseat and chaise lounge chair offer privacy for curling up with a good book or viewing a movie of the wall mounted flat screen TV.  The walk-in closet leads to a bathroom that features a separate shower and soaking tub, double vanity sink and a commode\water closet.  At the end of your day, you will experience sleeping in luxury with this king-sized bed.

The 3 guest rooms each have dedicated baths, two of which were recently remodeled.  These spacious rooms each boast flat screen TVs, ceiling fans (2) and large picture windows that brighten each room.

The large laundry room includes a Front loading washer and dryer, sink and ample counterspace to serve as a folding table.

As a guest of The Sparkleberry House, you may opt for a golf cart or bicycle rental to access boutique shopping, plentiful dining options, uncrowded beaches less than 0.8 miles from the home, spa facilities and the numerous athletic pursuits this resort community offers.

A short car drive will bring you to Historic Fernandina Beach with an impressive collection of area restaurants, museums, art galleries, Fort Clinch Park and local shopping.  Amelia Island offers a quiet, relaxing respite from everyday life or an adventure for anyone.  Water sports, horseback riding on the beach, world class golf courses and river cruises can be planned with the help of our Reservation desk staff.

All RVs, trailers and boats are NOT allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.

We have a keyless entry system that will allow direct entry into your unit and will not require you to pick up or return keys to our office. Your check-in information will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.

Beach accessories availability may vary due to supply and demand, season, and property limitations. Feel free to ask for extras but be aware that they may not be available during the busy season.

All DocuSign documents must be completed and returned before your arrival date. This is to protect you as a guest and the property itself.
