Casa de playa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños con sótano completo (incluye mesa de billar y mesa de ping pong). Duerme 7 cómodamente, ha sido recientemente remodelado en cada habitación. Maravillosa sala de estar grande con concepto abierto, gran ducha al aire libre y terraza para disfrutar del patio privado y AC central para los días calurosos de verano. Ubicado en el barrio de Great Harbors con acceso a la piscina de la asociación, área de juegos para niños, canchas de tenis (los pases para la piscina son una tarifa adicional) y una caminata corta, en bicicleta o en auto a la playa.

Very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Great location just 2 miles from downtown shops and restaurants. Andrew the host was great to deal with. He was very prompt in answering any questions or concerns we might have had. Would definitely recommend this property.

Weekend getaway

Andrew’s place is great and exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is really cute, with access to a playground, basketball courtand pool (if you buy a pass).great views of the harbor. It was convenient to downtown Falmouth and Wood’s Hole. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Andrew was responsive for the couple of questions we had. Would love to stay here again for a longer getaway!

Stayed at Andrews place for a wedding weekend. Andrew was very thorough, as well quickly responded to my questions.The house was perfect, plenty of space for 6 adults. Neighborhood is very quiet and nice, great deck and outdoor shower. I will certainly stay again if in the area.

Weekend getaway

Recently stayed at this charming weekend home rental and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The property was well-maintained, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. The cozy decor made us feel right at home, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. We enjoyed peaceful mornings on the deck and relaxing evenings in the cozy living area. This rental exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to return for another perfect getaway! Enjoyed Our Stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this house in East Falmouth. The open layout of the kitchen and living room feels very spacious. The bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable. Everything in the house worked (no given with rental properties)! Having all the games in the basement was fun. The neighborhood is very quiet and the location is near a lot of beaches and water views. We took advantage of a couple of the bikes that were available and also the grill on the back deck. Andrew was very responsive to any questions before and during our stay. It was a very enjoyable stay.

I have been using VRBO for 15 years and this was one of the best rentals I have had. Unfortunately it was only for two nights as we were attending a wedding nearby in Woods Hole. Clean, well equipped and a very good accommodating owner. Allowed us to check in early, although due to the traffic on Friday we arrived three hours later than planned. The house is in a nice community and from what I could see it looks like a great place for a vacation. Lastly, I have noticed lately a lot of VRBO owners are pulling a "bait and switch" scheme when listing their properties. The show a price per night figure then when you put in how many nights you want they come back with a quote much higher that includes cleaning fees ( understandable) but other fees such as management fee, owners fee ( hey isn't the rental price the owners fee?) etc. which jacks up the price considerably. No so with this owner. An honest and as noted an honest and considerate owner. Thanks fr making our weekend great. Ps the TV is huge!

Beach Vacation 2020

Cape cod get away

My family and I enjoyed staying in East Falmouth. The house was very comfortable for 5 adults. This was the best equipped kitchen we have found in a rental. Outdoor shower is very nice. Spacious kitchen, living room and deck. The neighborhood is very quiet. We went on daily walks and were greeted by anybody we saw. We really liked Old Silver beach. We went there every day, clean water, soft sand and few rocks to get by entering the water at lower tide. Shopping is convenient. The center of Falmouth is quaint. It has many shops and dining. A great place to poke around. The Wallaces

Great home for Cape stay!

We just loved this home in East Falmouth in a nicely maintained quiet neighborhood! The home is bright, airy and uncluttered, in excellent condition, has an updated kitchen, a very comfortable living room, newly finished flooring, a terrific and expansive outdoor shower, huge deck, gas grill, and a great basement with pool table and ping pong table. All linens and beach towels included as well. And central air conditioning! We had five adults in the house during the week and could have comfortably had more. The house is very reasonably priced. It is close to Falmouth center and Woods Hole and is convenient to other Cape attractions. Andrew has created a beautiful and comfortable environment and is clearly interested in accommodating his guests. We would recommend this rental to anyone and will definitely look to rent it again next time we vacation in the area.

Wonderful host, location, and house!

This is one of my best HomeAway/Airbnb experiences. Andrew has been a wonderful host to us. He is very responsive, easy to communicate, friendly, and responsible. His house is so new, well designed, and comfortable to fit more than 4 people. My family had a great time staying at his place, hassle less since this house has everything that we need. We had plans to go to Sandwich, RI, and Martha's Vineyard. His place is convenient to all of them. The Ferry to Martha's Vineyard is only 10 mins away and downtown Falmouth and beaches are easy to travel to too. His place has all your need! Great AC and Heat condition, nice bed and bedding, big kitchen with a lot of kitchen tools and supplies, most importantly, clean like our own home. Thanks Andrew for hosting and we love your place very much. Your welcome package is very nice too. We hope to stay the next time when we visit the Cape. Thanks, Amy and her family

I have been living on the cape for 3 years after moving from Washington D.C. I work in environmental science and do renovations on the side. Although this is my first rental property on the Cape, its design and guest interactions are influence by previous properties I have rented and managed in Hawaii and Portugal. It is important to me to create a warm, modern, safe space, where guests feel looked after and don't have to worry about anything but relaxing and enjoying their time on the Cape.

This property was designed and renovated solely for rental guests. The layout and functionality were created to give the home-away-from-home feel but with hotel-style amenities, feel, and furnishings. I tried to create the type of space I would hope to stay by designing large open spaces which invite relaxation, livability, and function, such as the large sitting room/TV area with humongous high end couch, large outdoor shower, spacious deck with all the furnishings and amenities, a high-end kitchen with large table surrounded by built-in, bay window bench and stylish seating to fit large groups, and sleeping rooms that include large comfortable beds, quality linens, and modern furnishings.

The goal of Portside was to create a bit of form and function combined in a modern living space that was built to be used and lived in. Steps from the inlet and a short walk, bike ride, or drive to the beaches make this elegant rental in a family friendly neighborhood with pool, playing fields, tennis and basketball courts a wonderful get away for the whole group.
