fun weekend!!

We were lucky enough to book for three nights. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The only slight issue we had was regulating the upstairs air-conditioning temperature other than that great stay!

Nice property in a quiet, convenient location

The accommodations were exactly as we hoped. Our family was comfortable and enjoyed the area, including the pool, which was steps away. The beach is a quick drive and is nice to visit; not too many people during our stay in August. Thank you for a great vacation!

We love this golf course community!This stay has updated bathrooms-kitchen-bedrooms.The extras included, like bed linens-bath towels-dishwasher soap- laundry-garbage bags-paper towels- beach towels- sunscreen—all the little things make a huge impression! We used the beach chairs as well and the community pool which was steps away! The stay was welcoming and the guest service representative was extremely friendly- accommodating-and responsive.Thank you!

Memorial Day weekend stay

Just stayed over Memorial Day weekend. Very nice renovated unit. Very comfortable for our family. Location is great to beaches and all new seabury amenities. We had dinner at the raw bar in the marketplace and our 2 year old granddaughter enjoyed the band in the marketplace. Very kid friendly! We had to go back the next night for ice cream and more dancing. Would definitely rent again. Thanks

Condo was beautiful. Very clean. Very well equipped with everything. You wanted for nothing. Very quiet setting. My only complaint was the location of the tv. It's too high but you really have no other option. Would definitely stay again.

Cute and compact

It was an adorable place to stay. We really enjoyed it for our girls trip. The AC was not the greatest for those staying upstairs. Unfortunately, they were have a heat wave and it was difficult to cool the upstairs. Overall the cleanliness was good with exception of hairs in the shower and a dead moth in my pillow case(found when I was stripping the bed prior to check out). I normally would not even mention it if i had not been asked to do a review.

generally clean and comfortable. A/C did not work well especially on second floor as well as temp was controlled remotely perhaps not appreciating the hot temps at property. Description should be updated as pullout couch was broken so not an option for use.

Great stay!

This condo was exactly what my group needed for a long weekend on the cape for a wedding nearby. First of all, it was extremely well stocked - plenty of linens and towels and the kitchen has more in it than any place I’ve rented before. It was also a great size and is bigger than it appears in the pictures. The owner also had a bottle of wine waiting for us which was a nice touch!

Everything you could want is here!

This is the best rental we have ever stayed in! The location is beautiful in a woodsy area backing up to a golf course. The kids room is upstairs and the main bedroom is downstairs. Each bathroom is across the hall from each bedroom. The decorating is wonderful and the hosts include all the amenities you could want. Although we didn't cook while there, everything needed was ready for us if we wanted to. A washer and dryer are provided as well. They had an extremely helpful welcome notebook with suggestions of things to do and places to go along with instructions on how to work everything in the place and checkout instructions too. Most helpful was the phone/e-mail address of a direct person you could contact with questions, something other rentals often don't include. For young kids there are kid books and little kid board games and a few games and books for adults/teens as well. The decor is great, the beds are very comfortable. They have comfy extra blankets, one I loved so much I found it online and ordered it for myself! The location of Mashpee was well located to the nearby towns we visited. Big thanks to the owners/hosts as to the attention to details and comfort they have provided thereby making our stay on Cape Cod extra special.

Such a great stay!

This was our first trip away with our one-year-old and the condo was everything we could have hoped for. It was immaculate, fully furnished, and we loved the decorations. We had never been to the area so the booklet of recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area was really helpful. Beds were comfortable, views of the trees and the golf course were great, it really had everything my family needed for a weekend getaway. Absolutely plan on staying here again. Highly recommend!
