SELF CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT / CHECK-IN y CHECK-OUT SIN CONTACTO

El apartamento (60 m2) se sitúa en la primera planta. El acogedor salón comedor cuenta con una TV, sofá y una mesa comedor. A su lado disponéis de una cocina totalmente equipada (horno, microondas, frigo/congelador, cafetera eléctrica, utensilios). Cruzado el pasillo, tendréis 2 dormitorios, con 2 camas cada uno. Al lado, está el baño totalmente equipado con ducha, wc y bidet, así como una lavadora para que podáis disfrutar de una estancia más largas sin preocupaciones.
Sin duda, lo que os atrapará de nuestro alojamiento es la espléndida vista sobre Cala en Porter. Aquí podéis empezar el día desayunando en nuestro balcón mientras os perdéis en el azul del mar menorquino.

Contamos con una ubicación envidiable: a 500 m del centro de Cala en Porter en una zona muy tranquila y soleada, en frente del Paseo Marítimo y con un panorama sobrecogedor. Cerca del apartamento, en Carrer de Ponent, contáis con posibilidad de aparcamiento gratuito según disponibilidad. Las tiendas, los supermercados y restaurantes se encuentran a unos 300 m, mientras que la playa de arena fina de Cala en Porter está a unos 15-20 min a pie (para llegar hay un camino con escaleras, por tanto se recomienda el alquiler de un coche si se desea una mayor comodidad). Si lo que buscáis es un poco de "movida", a solo 450m tenéis el bar discoteca más famoso de la isla, la Cova d'en Xoroi. No os preocupéis por el ruido, nuestro apartamento está en una zona residencial, por tanto seguiréis disfrutando de la mayor tranquilidad.

A home from home

We had a very pleasant two weeks at this property, it has a great location with beautiful view overlooking the bay. The property has everything you will need for a relaxing holiday, a well equipped kitchen area, air-conditioned lounge area, modern washer and facility to dry clothes. The property is quiet yet only a short walk from the town and beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful apartment

The apartment was perfect for our weeks holiday. The accommodation was very clean and well looked after. It was also bright and airy. The balcony was delightful, offering, I would say, some of the best views on Cala en Porter. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Location is key and this rental does not get better!

This is the first time I have used VRBO in all my years of extensive travel. The experience was top notch and this property with the view and location cannot get better. The property owners made the process seamless and provided local suggestions which only highlighted our visit. We will be coming back!

Good communication with the host. Have to bring your own cleaning items and toilet paper. All items we needed to cook proper meals. The view is gorgeous. Close to restaurants and shops. Had a very lovely time there.

The most stunning view !

The place was very clean, walking distance to the supermarket, bus stop and to the beach. It was so pleasant to seat in the balcony and see the stunning sunset. The communication with Alessia was fantastic, very attentive to any question or detail. The flat was well equipped and she provided with wine, drinks, milk, spaghetti’s, pesto sauce and fruit. Everything you needed was there! Amazing host!

Fantastic apartment, ideally located with one of the best views of Cala En Porter. The apartment is clean, homely and comfortable. The host was super responsive and accommodating. Beautiful Location, Clean & Comfortable!

The apartment is on the top floor of the apartment building. Very private balcony at the end of the building. It’s right in front of a tourist picture stop which was very fun for us to watch. The view from the apartment is absolutely amazing! The apartment is well stocked with everything you need to prepare your own meals. The beds were very comfortable, as well. We are so happy we found this place! Communication was excellent and they went above and beyond for us. Thank you for making our trip to Menorca lovely!

The views!

This is the perfect flat for a few days to enjoy endless views of this beautiful cove. The hosts had wonderful communication, and getting into the flat was easy. There were nice details that you don’t find in many places - cold water bottle in the fridge, some fruit, and a few other food items that were much appreciated. There is a (long) set of stairs near the house to go direct to the beach, or you can drive there too. This cove is amazing for kayaking, as there are several caves just east. Thank you!

A trip down memory lane

We booked a trip to Calan Porter to revisit holidays we had with the children and extended family, and to relax. We decided on this apartment mainly for the location. The communication with the owners was excellent and very supportive. The apartment was just right, had everything one would need for self catering, relaxing and watching the yatches, the mountain goats lol the sunsets and the world go by. The area around the apartment is very hilly but definitely walkable. Buses run all day and it's possible to go all over the island by bus. Definitely recommend and hopefully look forward to a second visit.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful location

We had a wonderful time at Alessia's place. The apartment was very easy to find and check into. It was clean and had everything we needed and more. We were particularly grateful for the beach towels, and use of a couple of beach chairs. The view from the flat is amazing and we loved eating our dinners on the balcony. The location is perfect - within easy reach of the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. We walked the 180 steps to the beach but you can also reach it by road. The beach is absolutely beautiful and in late September you can rent a sunbed for 10 euros a day. Alessia was a great host - proactive and responsive, extremely easy to contact and really helpful with any questions. We'd love to come back!

Little gem with millionaires view amazing

We stayed for 5 days just perfect and near amenities the baclonie has the sun there at teatime till late so perfect times for not burning the apartment was clean and inviting with a birthday message for my friend ❤ its a little hiiy to get to amenities but not hard and a lovely walk we 60 and plus and managed 😀 and its down hill on way back .. its only 20 euros by taxi from airport and easily found xxx cove bar near us is a must 👌 only 7.50 euro by taxi ... ill be back .. the owners are a text away and are friendly nothing was too much for them to answer your questions .. not one regret here great choice ... thankyou for letting us stay xxx simply amazing and ill be visiting calla de porter again bringing family which is suitable for all ages xxx

Wonderful stay in Cala en Porter ♡

We already knew Cala en Porter but didn't expect the flat to be so great! Very clean, Very well located (not to close but not far from the beach, very exceptional view, very well furnished with absolutely all the necessities (even AC ! We were not used to this) ! The only thing missing was the wifi but I forgot to ask. Cala en Porter is do-able with only buses but only in summer and there aren't so many so we had to take some taxis as well (and discovered Alaior!). The flat is ideally located if you want to discover el Camí de Cavalls or go to Cova d'en Xoroi for example (not the same style !) I have to say I absolutely loved staying there, will definitely be back and would like to thank Alessia for the communication was absolutely perfect from the first message to the whatsapp group she then created for us !

Clean, spacious, well located and well equipped apartment. But, of course, the incredible view of the sea, the beach and the cliffs of Cala en Porter steals the show. Communication with the hosts was excellent. A welcome gift of wine, beer and coke was a nice touch. The washing machine as well as the beach towels provided by the hosts were also very useful. Just a few minor things to note. There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment, but it isn’t listed as an amenity, so that was on us for not checking. Also, make sure that there is enough toilet paper in the apartment or make sure to get extra. There were no extra toilet paper rolls in the apartment beyond the 1 roll that our family of 3 received, and unfortunately we found out just past midnight on our last night. Finally, the air conditioning is in the living room only. The bedrooms have fans and can get a little warm if you’re used to a cooler room. None of these things detracted from our wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

EXPERIENCIA INMEJORABLE

El apartamento hermoso, bien equipado, limpio y en una ubicación ideal con vistas asombrosas. Los hosts estuvieron pendientes desde el momento de la reserva hasta el día que nos fuimos, incluso nos dieron un late check out. Volveremos a Menorca y sin duda les volveremos a alquilar! Mil gracias!
