Este adorable condominio 1/1 está ubicado en Oceanside. (Marcador de millas 90) Esta unidad está ubicada en una comunidad bien mantenida. Este hermoso condominio frente al mar tiene muchos servicios como: piscina climatizada, área de playa privada, casa club, cancha de tenis, gimnasio con sauna, lavadora / secadora, cabañas Tiki, parrillas para barbacoa y áreas de pícnic en el agua. This condo was perfect for the two of us to unpack and stretch out! We loved watching the birds from the patio. Be sure to notice the ospreys nesting on the light pole on the football field directly across from the patio! We appreciated the closet full of extras like games, a cooler for day trips, and a wagon to help with big loads from the car. It was nice having the option of a classic coffeemaker and a Keurig. The bed was super comfortable and the AC worked great.The location is fantastic, close to Highway 1 to take you wherever you want to go.The pool was awesome, plenty of covered seating for when you've had enough sun. Meditation Point on the beach was very peaceful during sunrise. We would happily stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and accommodating. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and store our food. The condo was conveniently located so we were able to drive in and out to explore all the Keys. We went to Key West one day and was only a 2 hr drive. We loved the balcony and went to the pool once. It was sparkling clean and the temp was very pleasant. Was a great place to stay and we would definitely come here again if we ever make it back to the Keys! John was easy to get in touch with and gave us instructions on how enter the condo in a timely manner.

We had a great time at this Condo spending Christmas in the keys. Everything was clean and had everything we needed to prepare some meals while we were there. The game room and pool area were great and the beach area had games too. On Christmas Eve we enjoyed a potluck in the community room with other renters and some owners. Everyone was very friendly. We will definitely be back!

John is an amazing Host with great communication and quick responses to our questions. The unit was cozy for our short stay, & we slept great on the comfy bed! The Seagulls condos are quiet and well maintained with a Nice heated pool! The area of course is beautiful and I enjoyed watching the sunrises on the beach area at the condo.

Nice and quiet. Pots and pans in the kitchen could use an upgrade. Second time to stay on this property and will stay here again. Just beware that traffic is very busy in the morning around the high school and afternoon when school lets out.

Great visit from Maine

We stayed for 13 days in the Keys. This was a really nice rental property for the two of us. We enjoyed the area and made a trip to Key West. We would definitely stay there again. It was perfect for us.

Great price for a great place!

An incredible setting, having a view of the ocean from our balcony was unbeatable! Pool was beautiful, and any time you can view the ocean while in the pool is an absolute win! Communication with our host was impeccable.

Best place to stay in the keys

We had everything we needed and they even gave us a bottle of wine on arrival! Very nice property and lots to do there! The host John was very nice and attentive! We will definitely go back next year!

Memorable Family Vacation

Our little family thoroughly enjoyed our time at John’s condo! The building was well maintained, offered wonderful amenities and had a perfect location within the Upper Keys for us. The marina was close, the area felt safe, and the condo was cozy. It had everything we needed, and we all felt at home and slept well which is always a huge plus when you have two small kids on vacation! We would highly recommend this place, we were able to make some wonderful memories over the last week!

Our stay

The sea gull condo was a wonderful stay. The area was beautiful and residents there are very friendly. I do have to say the condo does need updated and needed to be cleaned a little better. But over all John was amazing.

Better than we hoped!!

This property was private and secure and in a great location to explore the keys! The room was clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a week vacation! The pool, gym, and public room were updated and wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at John's condo. Excellent location. Condo had everything you needed and some. The grounds and pool were spotless. Very friendly neighbors. Communication with John was excellent. We can't wait to come back
