Hermosa casa de huéspedes justo en el centro en la parte trasera de la Historic Wilder House en Whiskey Row. Esta casa es un pequeño gran estudio que es muy amplio y privado. Se encuentra justo en el centro, a poca distancia de casi todo y cada evento. Hay senderos para caminar y un arroyo a pocos pasos de la puerta. Weekend getaway

Location of the property is perfect. Very comfortable and clean property. Location is about 50 steps from the stream. Host was very quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy convenient Whiskey Row location

One of the most clearly labeled places I’ve ever stayed. Everything was clearly laid out, so I could make no mistakes. Self contained with a kitchen, this could be a center of activity for as long as one wants. Wonderfully collaborative and prompt communication from my host. I’m grateful for this day. I recommend this location highly.

Work and pleasure

The DeVore or Devour House was easy to find, clean, comfortable, and convenient. It is within walking distance of the courthouse square and whiskey row. We went hiking on Saturday at Granite Lake (drive there a short distance). When we returned, we showered (great water pressure) and then walked to the Bluegrass Festival and dinner. On Sunday I preached and gave a presentation at Hope Lutheran Church in Prescott. It was a very enjoyable stay for our 38th wedding anniversary.

Not quite glamping

Entry - unsafe stairs, sagging on top level landing Very dark. even lights on fan did not work, very few lamps Hot water handle on kitchen sink not working. (Water is very hot, which is good, in bathroom) HVAC -unable to figure out how to make it heat the dang thing Chairs well beyond worn out, and unsafe to get out of (fell twice) Good points - Bill's diner across the street, amazing antique shop next door Driveway access to parking spot very limited, requires cooperation with anyone using adjacent house spot. Bed is comfortable

Location, Location, Location!

Very comfortable accommodations in a great location for walking Whiskey Row and town square. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots, etc and bed was comfortable. This is a clean, convenient, no frills place to stay that does not disappoint.

End of summer in Prescott

We did not receive, or have access to, the check in details, entrance code, etc. however contacting the property manager was easy and they were very helpful. Other than the above issue, everything was delightful. Very happy with the place and its amenities, also the location.

Great location and comfortable accommodations

This is a nice over garage type apartment. It was clean and well equipped with everything we normally expect including a Keurig coffee maker and selection of K cups. The bed was very comfortable, but there is a bright light outside the kitchen area that shines right into the bedroom. I didn't ask if there was a way to turn it off, but I should have. It was difficult to sleep with the brightness. Some room darkening curtains in the kitchen and window behind king sized bed would be very much appreciated by future tenants, myself included. The furniture was comfortable, but has about reached the end of it's usable life. It is faux leather and the outer material is coming off. I didn't know to expect a text on the morning of check-in day with access instructions. I deleted it because I didn't know who it was from and thought it was some kind of spam. The owners resent it, but I am Technically Challenged and struggled to install the App on my iPhone and set up an account. This is used to lock/unlock the door using my phone and it worked great. I learned from the tenants in the main house that we could have just used a code on the keypad. That would have been easier. Overall, we enjoyed the accommodations and location just fine. Just a 10 minute stroll to Whiskey Row! I only bring up the few negative points in hopes they will resolve them before we return. We will stay again if they will have us.

Overall very nice. We had an issue obtaining information to get into the unit. It may have been operator error on my part, but was handled relatively easy with the unit manager.

A way to get out of the Phoenix Heat in July

Had a great stay. Could walk to grocery and town. Rarely got in my car. For a senior, I’m in great shape so stairs were not a problem for me. Even with Covid, there were many great restaurants I could pick up food to go and eat on the courthouse lawn.
