Nice place overall with good beach access and a nice pool! Room was a little outdated but clean. Other than the shower not draining very well not issues! Would stay again.

Do Not Stay Here!! The room smelled bad, they had air fresheners in the room that had run out so obviously this had been a problem for a while. The A/C didn’t work. They had cardboard duct taped to the unit and had a portable A/C unit in the room. Luckily there were two fans to keep it cool. You can tell the owner does not care for the space as it is up for sale. The building is old but is in good shape. Just not this room.

3rd stay at this location.

This was our 3rd stay at Fontainebleau, we absolutely love it here. Every unit is owned or managed by a different individual or company. We enjoyed our stay, being right on the beach is something you can’t get everywhere.

Location makes it worth it

Decent place on the water with parking . Awesome location to things nearby, plus nice beach area with a pool. No fuss for check in or out. No hidden cost. and good communication from Vacasa.

Right Near The Beach

First off, bravo for the quick (within five minutes) response to any question I may have had!! That makes for a great trip! The bed was super comfortable and we had more than enough towels for the three day two nights trip. Staff was super friendly. When I say you walk off the elevator and can take a left straight to the beach I mean it! So convenient and easy to get around in the area. I will definitely be back to stay!!!!!

Great access to the beach, awesome pool. Walking distance to some restaurants and other places. Liked that I was able to cook breakfast every morning. The unit could use a deep cleaning, the smell of cigarette smoke knocks you down as soon as you open the door. Bed was awful.

In substandard condition, floor peeling off, holes in the walls, horrible TV, I didn’t they made TVs this small, bed was good, felt like I was in the eighties and was not much less money than watch my son paid closer to the pier, his was gorgeous. Would not recommend to anyone

A Great Weekend Getaway!!

we only spent the weekend here but it was all we needed for a perfect little weekend getaway. It is by far nothing fancy but when you’re traveling, you usually don’t stay in the room anyhow except to sleep and shower. I will say the shower is a little small. But It was perfect for me and my boyfriend, since we are around 5’6. If you’re over 6’ you might face some challenges. The bed was comfortable and the AC was on point!! the location is right on the water and there is no hotels to the left of you so it is basically like a private beach. You are in walking distance to a lot of great bars so we did not have to move our car a lot and that was great. Our favorite Place was runaway Island that was just next-door.

Wonderful getaway!

Beautiful location with easy beach access and a gorgeous pool! So much great food nearby and places to get whatever you may need. Of course a couple things weren’t perfect but it is just not possible for everything to be (the spatula for cooking is a bit broken, i don’t think the windows open, not a big deal at all) and nonetheless the stay was absolutely amazing! Especially for the great price, you can’t beat it! The room was clean and supplied - I have never had a place supply so many towels and washcloths it was great. I would definitely stay again without hesitation! Property manager was great at communicating and checking if we got there alright and if it met our standards. Thank you so much for a wonderful trip!

No good

Check in was terrible . Our keypad code was changed multiple times , then maintenance had to come out . Our check in time was 4pm - we did not get into our room til 6ish. After the rude comment from the maintenance worker “ don’t you need to go get groceries or something ?” - Actually , no Karen , I have traveled 10 hours to get here and had to wait another two hours . I was exhausted. The elevator stopped working - then the passcodes to the gates were told to us wrong - another renter had to give us the passcodes . The grounds worker was rude to my kid when she went up to our room to get something and threatened her saying she wouldn’t be allowed back in when her wristband was on our cooler because we were afraid to loose them in the beach. Will not rent from here again. It was clean tho when we got into the room , air was cold , but the ceiling was leaking and had water marks .

Right on the beach

This place is right on the beach which was really great! Parking can be a little challenging on site, but there is additional parking across the street. Heavy traffic on the main road in front. Pros: Location Laundry on site Cold AC Large comfy couch to hang out on. Huge refrigerator Cons: Need coin exchange at site for laundry 1 elevator No option for recycling Some flooring is coming up, large holes in wall in the bathroom from previous wall hangings, broken hook and paint peeling. Its the little details that make a big difference. The curtains are too long and unable to close them due to the AC. Filters in AC were extremely dirty so we cleaned them Small TV The beach is not crowded and definitely made the trip.

It’s a nice location right on the beach. It would be nice if the unit provided beach towels or chairs but they don’t. The unit needs updating. The work that was done was not good. Broken tiles, holes in the walls, painted cabinets, broken barn door not installed correctly etc. There was hair in the tub when we arrived and we saw a cockroach.

Great!

Perfect location with private access beach. We walked to Runaway restaurant twice for delicious food. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It didn’t affect our stay but the sliding bathroom door needs adjustment and this is more of a first world problem but I really believe the TV could use a Smart upgrade and larger size. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely return! Thank you

Excellent location, average rooms

The location is excellent. The rooms however dint meet the expectations. The bathroom doesn’t have vent fan and also the door was broken. Also the floor was tipped off. Called in for maintenance as soon as i checked in but it was only looked day before our departure. But that does not take anything away from the excellent location and proximity to all the good stuffs to do and eat. Overall good experience but room needs to taken care of well.

Good stay if you want to be right on the beach

Overall it was a nice stay for the price. It's right on the beach. The t.v. remote has sticky old tape on the back of it which gets on everything. We did hear constant sirens and the traffic through the night. However, I would definitely book again.

Just ok

The place is ok. You can tell it’s been updated but it’s like a half way update. Wood beams are exposed and not in a fashionable way. Light switches are extremely dirty. The TV didn’t work and they didn’t come until the next day to fix it. Also, they didn’t even have a back to the remote for the TV they just taped the batteries in. One major problem for me is there isn’t much lighting of the building when it’s dark. Seeing that the elevator does not work you would think they would at least provide good light in the stairwells and hallways. The best part about the place is that it is directly on the beach and it was 2mins from the venue of my friends wedding. If your not looking for much thrill this should be ok to stay at.

NOT The Best, Not The Worst

I was a little disappointed in the room. There were no rugs or other floor coverings, which made it feel like a hospital room, and the walls had been painted since the pictures were taken...Ugly blue. The only good thing was the fact that Fontainebleu Terrace is located right on the beach. The fridge made so much noise it woke my husband and me up. The west of Pier Park location is problematic, as the traffic is so bad that it is difficult to get into the parking lot, and once you get into the lot, there are not enough spaces for the number of units. I would suggest staying elsewhere, or at least in another room.

Enjoyed our time here. Wish elevators worked, cuz that walk was serious but probably needed, lol. Overall great.
