Real Escapes Properties se complace en ofrecer este condominio de dos dormitorios y dos baños en Ocean Walk Community. Ocean Walk es una comunidad de 16 acres, bellamente diseñada con robles centenarios y un estanque. Las instalaciones del hotel incluyen dos piscinas (una de ellas climatizada), un gimnasio, canchas de tenis, un parque infantil y una casa club con acceso a Internet.

Dos cómodas habitaciones con dos baños completos. Gran sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana grande. Hay un patio fuera de la sala de estar. La cocina ha sido completamente actualizada junto con el nuevo piso. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama tamaño king y la habitación de invitados tiene dos camas gemelas. Hay mucho que hacer, pescar en el lago o alimentar a los patos. Juegue al baloncesto o al columpio en el patio de recreo, o tenga un buen trabajo en la sala de ejercicios con vista al lago. Ocean Walk está a pocos pasos del muelle donde el cangrejo siempre es bueno, o tiene algunas ostras en Half Shell. Construye castillos de arena o vuela cometas en la playa. Puedes andar en bicicleta por toda la isla. Ven y quédate con nosotros y enamórate de St. Simons y Ocean Walk. 0. 9 millas al pueblo, la playa y el muelle.

First VRBO…..thumbs up.

Lovely accommodations. Not decant, but very nice. Very quiet area with respectful neighbours. We had to drive to restaurants, to the beach, but very short distances and were pleased with the location. I used the fitness centre a few days. A bit small and tired, but manageable. All in all, very happy and would not hesitate to return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were visiting for the RSM. Originally we booked another place that smelled so musty we could not stay. This was a wonderful alternative. Clean, fresh, updated! Only downside, which was not the owners fault, was the asphalt paving of parking lot. We almost couldnot find a way out or place to park when returning. We had to leave earlier than planned because of the paving.

Loved the property and amenities

We loved everything about this unit. There are plenty of amenities and my boys loved fishing in the pond. The only thing we disliked was the janitor (man with long grey hair) was rude several times to me and my children. There was a sign on the pool that it closed at 10pm and one night at 9:50pm he was screaming at my boys to get out. I understand rules but we were following them. I personally witnessed him being rude to several people. Other than the ride janitor, we had a great time and we will certainly be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and comfortable overall. The interior was very stylish and had everything needed. The exterior area was also clean and well maintained. The only issues for us was the extremely firm mattress in master bedroom was so uncomfortable and I had to sleep on sofa due to numbing pain in shoulders and lower back. Yes, I’m a side sleeper,so a firm mattress is a challenge for me. My fiancé is a back and side sleeper,so it was tolerable to her. The other issue was the cookwear is old to the point that the nonstick coating was flaking off. We actually bought our own fry pan.

Condo not worth what you pay!

Master bath was extremely dirty! The shower had mold and dirt all over it and there was mold on the walls! Floors were barely swept and there was trash behind furniture that had not been picked up. Really made us question if anything had been cleaned before we came. Kitchen had dirty pots and pans! Also for the price you pay for this condo you would think there would be an ice maker or at least nice ice trays in which to make ice. The ice trays were flimsy plastic which made it hard to remove ice had to be careful not to break them as several of them already were. The condo is in a nice location to get to beaches, restraunts, shopping and other activities.

Cute, clean condo

This property was in a good location, 5 minute drive to the beach. Condo was clean and kitchen well-stocked. The only negative is the bathrooms are a little small with little counter space-not a deal breaker or anything.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was not clean though it was vacated since Thursday before our Saturday arrival. Took over 5 hours to be clean & a bag is dirty linens remained all week. The AC was not working still at 8 pm so we had to spend the night at another property, which meant packing & unpacking to move & then return the next day. Finally by Monday the condo seemed to cool down so I think that the freon must have been added the AC needed. Although the realtor was kind, it was just a disappointing way to begin a vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and well maintained. A problem with the plumbing was fixed quickly and efficiently. The front screen is somewhat broken, we fixed it temporarily with duck tape. The drawer in the main washroom cabinet didn't work. Enjoyed ocean walk. Unfortunately one of our neighbours was a smoker forcing us to keep our windows closed a lot of the time. This could happen anywhere.

Our home away from home...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 7th year renting unit L-4 at Oceanwalk. This unit is very well furnished, very clean and it is ideally located overlooking a small garden/park. As usual the great staff at Real Escapes always do everything to make you feel welcome and to ensure you have a very enjoyable stay. Over the years, I have referred at least 4-5 other couples to Real Escape and all have commented to me how wonderful their experiences were. If you are looking for great rentals and want to deal with a staff of professional renters, then Real Escapes is the Rental Agency for you.
