Located on East Beach, our 2/2 gated Shipwatch condo is a short walking distance to many of the local St. Simon's spots and a quick drive to the Red Fern Village/Pier Village as well as many other local attractions. Enjoy biking, fishing, and golf as well as the property's own pool, grills, and beach at this beautiful setting in the Golden Isles! Contact us for specific duration inquiries!

We really enjoyed our stay! We walked down to the beach every day (what a nice little walk!) and spent part of one day sitting by the pool. We also enjoyed our evenings in town.

Beautiful property and was very clean and quiet. Power went out one morning for a few hours due to work down the road. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Earth day visit

Shipwatch is ideal for an Earthday visit to the beach. Tucked in a quiet street between parks, with both a pool and a scenic path to the beach, this is an excellent island retreat.

Shipwatch St. Simon's

This is an amazing place to relax and spend time with family. The property is in great condition, convenient to the beach and all that St. Simon's has to offer. We loved our stay here. The owners were extremely helpful.

Perfect getaway

Perfect getaway

We loved staying at this condo at Shipwatch condos. It’s the perfect location short walk to the beach and walkable to some restaurants and short bike ride to downtown. We loved having beach chairs available for us to use. The condo was clean and comfortable beds, just what we needed for a relaxing girls weekend. Would stay here again!

Perfect, exactly as listed and then some!

Small family of 3 adults plus pets for a long weekend, this property was exactly as described and exactly what we needed! Spotless, decor was lovely, the host super responsive. Conveniently located in a small, safe, gated community and though the walk to the beach was too far for us “old folks,” the drive to nearby public beach access was quick and painless. Slight mix up about the pet fee was handled promptly and professionally. We all enjoyed it and would love to stay here again. Book it, you won’t be sorry!!

A Relaxing Beach Getaway

This was our first time visiting St. Simons Island. The location of the property was great, the access to the beach was easy and the walk from the condo unit to the beach was not long. There was an elevator and luggage racks for use to bring luggage/supplies from the parking lot to the condo. It was very quiet and not many people on the beach. We were able to take advantage of covered parking under the unit. The pool was very nice and kept clean. There was a shower to wash off the sand from the beach before entering the pool area and condo units. We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo.

Beautiful condo, excellent location

The condo had an excellent location and while its an older complex, the interior has been completely updated and is beautifully decorated. The condo was very clean and kitchen items were plentiful especially given its small size. Our family of five (17,14,9) were very comfortable there. The owners closet was very well stocked but could use a couple of more beach chairs (there were 3). The complex grounds were immacultately maintained. The owner (or manager?) April was always super sweet and very fast to respond, even when my hubs bumped a lamp setting up the pull out and broke it (phew..Amazon made a fast replacement!) We would definitely stay here again!

First time in St. Simon

Bath / tub/,showers are stained and are past practicals life.. The refrigerator leaked condensation at base.The door was very difficult to operate. ( locking / unlocking) . Screen door to the balcony was ripped - door was shot. The people we met where all very nice and the location was also a great.

The perfect spot

Property was well kept with private entry, security, and beachfront access. Most of the island had a more mature and affluent crowd so if your wanting a quite vacation, this is it. Walking distance to a small WWII museum and lighthouse. Host was very responsive. There is laundry in the unit and they have a garage area with a closet that contains beach chairs, bikes, and umbrellas. Floors in unit are tile so sweeping any sand away is easy. Great linens and towels. I do with there where some items such as salt/pepper and oils availabpe but the grocery stores are within a 5 minute drive. Pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, utensils all avaliable and cared for. Amazing place all around. Book it and stop looking elsewhere!
