Hermoso 2 dormitorios y 2 baños privado Regal Beach Club Condo ubicado justo en la mundialmente famosa Seven Mile Beach. La unidad de la fachada en el segundo edificio, ofrece un balcón de gran tamaño, con vistas a las piscinas, exuberantes jardines tropicales, palmeras y las aguas turquesas del mar Caribe. Una cama King Size de espuma de memoria en el dormitorio principal te hará dormir como un rey después de un día de diversión bajo el sol. Cocina totalmente equipada, con todas las sábanas, toallas de baño y playa.

Privado, pero convenientemente ubicado en el centro de la playa de 7 millas para caminar a restaurantes y tiendas. Alquiler de deportes acuáticos justo al lado, en la playa. Internet de alta velocidad, televisores de pantalla plana en cada habitación y sala de estar.

5 minutos a pie de Camana Bay con tiendas exclusivas, restaurantes gourmet, cafeterías, heladerías, tiendas de delicatessen, vistas del North Sound, vistas panorámicas de 3 pisos y sala de cine con asientos en el estadio.

Dentro del condominio: este condominio del segundo piso le ofrece hermosas vistas del mar y puestas de sol. El condominio está completamente equipado con todas sus necesidades. Servicio de limpieza incluido, toallas de playa. Lavadora / Secadora dentro de la unidad. Servicio gratuito de Internet inalámbrico. Televisores de pantalla plana con biblioteca de VHS y DVD.

Cerca de todo: el condominio cuenta con una ubicación céntrica en la playa de 7 millas ya poca distancia de excelentes restaurantes y tiendas. Los deportes acuáticos se encuentran justo al lado. Los operadores de buceo y snorkel ofrecen recogidas de cortesía en el condominio. Realice una excursión de un día a Rum Point, visite Turtle Farm, nade con los delfines, dé un paseo por los Jardines Botánicos o conduzca por la isla y asegúrese de detenerse en las fumarolas del South Side. We stayed in 523 for two weeks in December 2025. Everything was as described, the place was impeccable and Carol our liaison was very helpful getting us settled in. Our questions were answered promptly and accurately. We are extremely pleased with this vacation!

Not what I expected..could use some updates, new couch,new beds, new refrigerator and we thought from the description it had a hot tub on site..it didn’t and that was the main reason we choose the place..wouldn’t stay here again..

Smaller beach but great condo and location

We loved staying here and being able to walk to many different amazing restaurants! It was considerably less expensive than most hotels in the area (we stay in 4 stars or higher), and we had a very nice view and semi private small beach that was only a short walk to. We would definitely book here again!

Beautiful view and grounds. Almost zero beach front. Lots of rocks upon ocean entry, bring water shoes. Convenient location. Peppers across the road has great jerk chicken. Accommodations were very comfortable.

We had a great stay for Thanksgiving with family in Grand Cayman. Well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, everything we needed. Loved the central location.

Beautiful Fall Getaway

Wonderful stay for our family of 5. Unit was well appointed with an amazing view. Easy walk to the pool and ocean. Host went out of her way to bring us beach chairs and pool noodles. Recommend a car to drive to all the beautiful snorkeling spots around Grand Cayman. Walkable to restaurants, shops and much more.

Great family rental

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. The location was convenient, with plenty of food/shopping options within walking distance. The property was spacious and good repair, with the balcony locks being the only exception; thankfully my family was there to let me back in. We ate in a lot and loved being able to do laundry when we wanted to. In 2023, the beach is pretty much non-existent, but the ocean is warm and shallow, and there's plenty to see if you swim to the hotel next door. There are great beaches on and around 7 Mile Beach if you rent a car (but some don't have showers).

Regal Beach is a hidden gem!

Regal Beach was the perfect location and close to everything. Having the Marriott next store was a pleasant surprise to grab lunch & drinks during our stay. There was great snorkeling about 1/4 mile off the shore from the resort if you are a strong swimmer. We made a trip out there each day. The condo was well equipped and so much better than staying in a hotel with the full kitchen & washer/dryer. Also enjoyed playing tennis/pickleball in the evenings. As others have mentioned the beach was washed away, but the lounge chairs around the pool facing the ocean were perfect and worked for us.

Regal Beach Club VRBO

This was our 4th attempt to come due to Covid shutting down our other 3 attempts. The owner went above and beyond letting us reschedule and we cannot thank her enough! Even though it was HOT, we still had an absolute wonderful time and this property was great! We are from the US so the exchange rate was unfortunate (very costly here), but the people are amazingly friendly and welcoming. The Marriott is right next door so you have the best of both worlds with the condo experience but hotel amenities available (tiki bar, restaurant * check out the Sunday Brunch at Marriott - need reservation!)

You won’t regret it

Beautiful and comfortable 2 bedroom condo with an ocean and pool view. Couldn’t ask for anything more from the unit and the owner was efficient communicating with us on our last minute booking. There is a nice sandy beach and the water is incredible for going for a dip right in front of the property. Plenty of good eats right across the street. Stay here!!!

Paradise awaits!

Returned to the island with my hubby and family/friends and our condo was perfect! The view was out of this world. One would think I paid extra for this particular unit because the view is front and center and perfect! The unit was stocked with towels (including beach towels), a W/D, Internet for those that need to stay connected, plenty of comfortable places to sleep including a pull out couch which worked perfectly! You can’t beat this location either. It’s central to just about everything on SMB. Close to a brand new grocery store and lots of great places within a very short walking distance for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My mom is originally from the island so I’ve been here many, many times and I will continue to stay here when I return. The host was readily available to answer a couple of questions before I arrived as well. A+ stay

Paradise found again in Grand Cayman

We had another wonderful trip to Regal Beach Club! This unit was perfect for our family - 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We were so comfortable and had everything we needed. Thankful for a washer and dryer and we used it daily to refresh our beach and bath towels both of which are stocked for you in the condo. Quick walk to the pool and beach. I’m a beach girl all the way so we grabbed chairs with umbrellas almost every day on the little strip of beach. The weather has taken away some of the beach - yes it is very narrow (fits one row of chairs), but It was perfect for us and the light crowd there. We snorkeled right off the shore at Regal Beach and saw probably a dozen different kinds of fish as well as a sting ray! Recommend packing your own snorkel gear (our new cheap gear from Walmart worked great!!) since that’s something I wouldn’t want Used even if it was there for me. We also packed some floats for the ocean which we loved having. There were some floats in the closet but we had our own so we didn’t pull them out. This unit is very well stocked! I was amazed at all of the cookware, kitchen gear! And there were even basics like S&P, cooking oil, seasonings. You’re at the mercy of whatever previous renters leave behind so just check it out before you go to the store. We left behind all sorts of goodies! Sharing is caring! If you are picky about everything being brand new - bathrooms, furnishings, etc, this might not be your place. We couldn’t have cared less. It’s clean and we go for the Sun not the condo! The owner/manager is easy to communicate with though we didn’t need a thing. Check in is a piece of cake - here’s the door code and you’re in! Door was easy to lock and unlock with no key needed. We liked having a safe in the room for our passports and such. The location of Regal Beach is ideal!! You will love how many places you can walk to from there!! We had a rental car as well and glad we did, but be careful if you are not used to driving on the left. It can be a little stressful. :) Buy the extra car insurance! Love this place and we’ll be back!

Great Cayman Island base!

This was a great location on Seven Mile Beach. There has been beach erosion, but there is still some beach in front of the resort, and a short walk (though some may want water shoes) takes you to a wider beach area. The condo was great for our family. The kitchen was well equipped. We did have a car, and had no issues parking at the resort. Some restaurants in easy walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Grand Cayman Island Very Welcoming

Overall nicely furnished but a bit rough with regard to mechanicals. Blinds falling apart, inside of interior door master bath in rough condition, shower bath sliders need a bit more cleaning within rails, no conditioner in shower, one side of slider door inoperable going out to balcony. Island workers in this community are very nice and welcoming.
