Newly renovated and furnished listing
Located at Cayman Reef in the very heart of Seven Mile Beach, this unit has recently been upgraded with new bathrooms, kitchen, furniture and amenities. This second floor duplex has three bedrooms, two full baths and sleeps 6 people comfortably. You can relax in one of two private screened in patios overlooking the pool while enjoying lovely ocean views and gorgeous beach sunsets.

Head downstairs to the world famous Seven Mile Beach where you can relax under the shade of the umbrellas, walk on the white sandy beach or take a dip in the swimming pool. The open concept kitchen, dining and living space is fully stocked and has all the desired amenities.

Cayman Reef is centrally located, and is walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops and and bars, including Camana Bay

The condo was perfect for our trip and the host had thought of everything we may have needed. The location is good with many restaurants in walking distance. We always felt safe and enjoyed our stay. If there is a downside - the only thing would be the beach is small and not really accessible during high tide. There is, however, a sand deck near the ocean for sunbathing.

The unit was beautifully kept and very clean. We had a view of the beach which we enjoyed during our morning coffee. Kitchen is very well equipped. The location of the property is great with nearby grocery store, restaurants etc.

We stayed for 3d to stretch out our trip. Tsui was excellent in communicating, and the move in/out was simple. The condo itself is "as promised" accommodating and super conveniently located close to Camana Bay and Seven mile. The pool and beach onsite is also a nice touch if you want quiet. cheers

This condo was exactly what we needed! The location was very convenient to lots of amenities and although the beach isn't wide enough to accomodate lounge chairs which are just up on the breakwall, it was perfect for swimming and snorkelling. The condo was lovely and well equipped - we were able to cook and eat in easily! The only thing I would improve is the dresser storage and proper night tables with lamps in the bedrooms. Overall, we had a great trip, the host was welcoming and communicated in a very timely way. We would come back for sure!

We had a beautiful stay in Grand Cayman. The condo was great and in a wonderful location. All of the needed items were available in the condo, like chairs, beach towels and floats. There was even a nice touch including a bottle of wine and a rum cake. I’d definitely recommend this spot for someone looking to vacation in Grand Cayman. A few highlights of our trip included lunch & dinner at the Sunset House, Cayman Turtle Center and lunch and snorkeling at Macabuca

Fantastic spot

We had the best time here! Short trip from airport. Clean condo! Great location for the beach. Early June is a perfect time of year because the island seemed not busy what so ever! We could walk to dinner and souvenir shopping! Highly recommend!

Beautiful view and great location

The condo was clean and perfect. Beautiful beach, pool and pickleball courts. Beds were comfortable and the veiw is so nice. I would stay again!

Relaxing and Peaceful location

The property was just as the pictures displayed. It was very peaceful and relaxing. We had beach chairs and umbrellas to use to visit many of the other beautiful beaches. Restaurants and supermarket within walking distance.

Great centrally located condo

We decided to extend our stay on the island by a few days and found this lovely condo! It was walking distance to several excellent restaurants and stores. The unit is clean, the pool is lovely, and it is a short walk down to the beach. Everything was provided for our stay and the host was very responsive.

Family Thanksgiving

Perfect 3BR for our family of 4. The house was perfectly appointed with all the necessary kitchen items. We ate breakfasts and lunches at the house and were able to walk totj Camana Bay for dinners. A favorite is Peppers that’s walkable too. We tried to snorkel but couldn’t because of the waves. It was nice to have the choice to be able to without having to buy all our own equipment. Tsui was quick to respond to any questions we had and would rent here again thanks for a great thanksgiving week!

Condo at SMB

Amazingly clean and centrally located. The condo was equipped with everything we could possibly need. The host was available and answered all questions quickly! Thank you so very much for a wonderful stay!!!!

Pleasant Getaway

Condo was everything we expected internally. Clean and well outfitted. Especially liked the counter top ice machine, very handy. Laundry equipment also a big plus. Location is perfect and you can walk to 4-5 restaurants easily. We stayed at the same complex about 6 years ago but much of the beachfront has been eroded, maybe from the recent hurricane. We would stay there again.

Cozy in the Caymans

My group and I were visiting for a wedding and it was the perfect apartment. We were close by to the wedding venue, right on the beach and now you can rent the Bird scooters to get around. The host allowed us an early check in, which was so helpful and everything was as listed in the apartment. Thank you again

Total Scam!

The appliances didn’t work, hot water in fridge dispenser was not fixed, no ice maker and dishwasher broken. Furniture was not great months in guest rooms. No beach as shown in advertisements and pictures terrible area with dilapidated closed down bear bar and neighboring property. Do not recommend!!

Amazing

Beautiful condo in the perfect location. Quick drive from the airport, walking distance to lots of restaurants and stores, and most importantly the resort is right on the beach! Very clean and had everything we needed. We had a tiny issue with the TV, but the owner was very responsive and quick to get it resolved. Will absolutely be going back!

A great place with a beautiful view and location

Everything was good and we really enjoyed the space Thank you! There were a few appliances that were not functioning to capacity- the dishwasher was not working at times The dryer - some times it dried and others not very well. The tea kettle stopped working also I hope they are easy things to fix. We tried our best to fix them

Great vacation

Overall great place. The only negative points I have to mention is that the kitchen is not very well equipped for my liking. We actually bought some strainers and dish cloths (to clean the dishes and countertops). The appartement lacks a little lighting, and I must say the couches in the living room are not that confortable, which is not the case for the beds! Like anything else in Grand Cayman, expensive. Otherwise, great condo, great location, and great service.

Another great stay at Cayman Reef

This was our 4th trip to Grand Cayman, second stay at Cayman Reef and our first stay in this unit. We really like the location of Cayman Reef for 7MB, short walks to restaurants and Fosters/Camana Bay. This unit was fantastic, nicely updated and well stocked. The beach is small but we didn't mind as we always walked down towards the big hotels. The owner was responsive to my communication and followed-up very promptly. Also there was a very unusual storm, for the time of year, while we were there and the property manager kept in close contact with us during the storm. Overall, it was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here when we return next year.

Wonderful vacation

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect for a family of five. It’s updated and very clean. Walkable to restaurants and shops. The beach is beautiful and the pool is great as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation spot

This property is just as wonderful as described. All the amenities were appreciated—plenty of pool/beach towels and bath towels, the chairs to bring to the beach were very nice, and there were games and snorkel gear. The condo was very clean and well maintained, as was the whole development. Highly recommend!

Clean updated condo perfect for 4-6 people

Fabulous stay at Cayman Reef Condo. Updated and clean with a nice view overlooking pool and beach in the distance. Unfortunately you can’t walk all the way north on 7 mile beach from here. You have to walk a portion on the street the ocean comes all the way up to the sea wall so you have to sit on chairs in the grass which was unfortunate. The pool was closed for the first few days due to deep cleaning. We made great use of tennis/pickleball court.
